YOU WILL NOT HAVE A BETTER MORTGAGE EXPERIENCE!!! I cannot emphasize that enough. From the first minute of the first phone call I felt like I was dealing with friends I d known a lifetime. After dealing with Chase bank for all my previous mortgage needs, I walked away from them in the middle of a refinance after a 10 minute conversation with Treadstone. I had no idea how simple and effortless a refinance could be all while beating Chase bank by over HALF A POINT on my interest rate. They are true masters of their craft. Every single person I dealt with through the process was unbelievably knowledgeable, personable, and outright exceptional in every sense of the word. From my first phone call until we were clear to close took 9 days!! 9 DAYS!!! I d spent more time than that back and forth trying to jump through hoops and provide redundant documents for Chase without even being close to a closing. I lost 500$ walking away from chase as they require a good faith deposit that they refuse to refund, Treadstone never asked for a dime. But my financial savings, as well as time saved BY FAR outweighed that loss without a single breath of regret.
