I was initially quite embarrassed to approach a lending company because I knew nothing of the process and didn t think I could get approved for enough to buy a house. Kalah at Treadstone listened to me and made me feel so valued and empowered and helped alleviate my fears with facts. She was always available to help answer my questions and made me feel as if I was her only client. She held my had through every step of the process and was constantly communicating with me and being transparent about what came after each step. She was very clear with my closing costs and explained every single line item and made sure I understood it and was comfortable with it. There was never a moment when I was confused or felt like I was being taken advantage of. I am a happy homeowner because of Kalah and her team!
