Working with Mike and Penny seemed like I've known them for a while. Very accommodating and friendly people. Both handled processing of loan with professionalism and care. Knowing when submission of documents was, they made sure we met the deadline. They're on it every step of the way. If 10 is the perfect score for they're performance, I'll give them 11 points.

For sure, next time I am in the market for a real estate mortgage need, they will be on top my list. It was a pleasure and really enjoyed working with them.
