Wade is the best...hands down. Mortgages have become more and more complicated to obtain - requiring more information from buyers than in the past, but Wade and his time team are on top of every detail. They stay multiple steps ahead to make sure you don't get behind in the process. Wade's personality fits what he does perfectly. He is detailed when necessary, patient with all parties, and calm cool and collected under pressure. He helped us close the day we left for our one year anniversary...a deadline most in the industry would not be able to hit. His connections helped us sort an issue that could have kept us from closing on our new home. He is a great people reader (I am very detailed and cautious and my wife more laid back)...he picked up on that right away, over the phone no less.
