We have never had a problem. Aircraft are less comfortable, but for shorter flights, fine. Staff super. Lietame often and would be damned, but at the expense they have in the summer, they have my admiration.

We would rather drive than fly with this firm again.
Badly damaged bags, and only robots and web forms to file your grievances with.
My friends call them White-Trash-Air but I simply call them sad.

Cleanliness of the aircraft quite good, personal nice. I place a big minus on the food that is served on board on flights to the Canary Islands. Toasts from a gas station (way there) or a small dry hercules baguette (way back). Does this saturate an adult for 5-7 hours? Especially if we consider the cost of a ticket. You can't even order another meal for a surcharge because they didn't have a seat on the plane for food on board. Over the last two years, evidently, there has been a lot of change in this airline, and they are beginning to resemble an expensive truck. For years we and my family were flying this company and we were always very satisfied, warm food, drink 2 times during flight plus if you still needed to call. I hope at least a little better change in the near future.

I hope that any micro-seat thrombosis, potentiated by dehydration and abominable diets, will be judged with this company to the last halter. low cost is low cost, I have seen Ryan Air, Air Asia and many others, but this is the first airline to avoid

On TVS 1286 (QS 1286) flight from PRG to TLV on 14...

On TVS 1286 (QS 1286) flight from PRG to TLV on 14.10.17 we, a group of 4, were the first to check in. The lady at the airport who did the chk in for us, assigned us to seats in row 27, saying that (a) this is an exit row; (b) the seats are reclinable. This was her respinse to direct questions.
All her words were a manisfest LIE. We were not in an exit row and the seats were not reclinable.
It is a shame for a carrier to employ such empolyees.
Be aware that rows 16 & 27 on the 737-900 are not exit and not reclinable.
Travel with this company is at your risk.

Poorly laid agenda. If you cancel your flight for whatever reason. You will pay penalty, that's fine, written black on white when you order but and BE ALERTED They won't return the money for extras. Like additional luggage or premium seats. Disgusting. Never thought its even possible to just steal customers money. You know they're gonna sell those seats and make double profit....

When I read reviews of people as they complain about everything, I'm sick. If the fleet of new aircraft did not have to stand in the hangar because of the ban on flights for safety (travel at Boing), the company would not have to hire aircraft elsewhere and older free food for 3-4 hours flight? on regular flights across the ocean, tickets and luggage are no longer included. So what do you complain about. Do not regret much, so once a year with CK. Certainly this company belongs to very good

Year after year, worse and worse. Even one star is too much! Aircraft are old dirty wrecks that regularly fly late. You will not receive any food. When they were still serving it, you got a disgusting baguette that had 32 bags in it and the cheapest lemonade. The last flight was terrible - 4 hours late and as an excuse a small cup of water like a dentist. Are you doing pr ... ??? The company is regularly ranked in the worst airlines - one of the 20 worst in the world, 2nd worst in Europe and 3rd most expensive low-cost in the world. Really disgusting!

The flight was delayed by 12h from Ras Al Khaimah to Warsaw, only a glass box and a sandwich were provided. No response from the e-mail addresses provided by the carrier, great ignorance on his part towards the passenger, the only contact I managed to get was browsing the internet forums, which led me to contact the Polish branch, but the case transferred to the Prague branch again stands still.

Staff on board super! But ... for small baguette 120, - and drink at 60 - is also on the plane too! You will not get any refreshment on a five-hour flight! The aircraft are outdated. Application monitoring flight in mid-flight stopped working and he did not run. However, when ordering the tour must be at Exim you have no choice and you have to fly them :-(

Worst experience I had in my life.
The attendant during the boarding literally was shouting at me because I had two carry on bags, important to mention that one of them was my computer inside a tiny bag.he keep doing it although I was about to pay in order to try and educate me about following the rules.

If I didn't have to travel with TS, I wouldn't have done it, but it was from a travel agency. Reality: We didn't get anything or water at all on the almost three-hour trip from Djerba, not even the kids. We had to buy everything.
I do not know how it has travel and TS between each other, but as clients we were totally dissatisfied because they did not keep what they wrote. WE WILL NEVER ORDER TRAVEL (NO) SERVICE.

Flight to London was supposed to depart at 19:50PM...

Flight to London was supposed to depart at 19:50PM, but got delayed until 21:45PM, so everyone made their way to lounges and to grab food, and then by surprise SmartWings announce that everyone should make their way to the gate ("Last Call" displayed shortly after) - that was pretty bad to be honest..

Don't bother purchasing 'economy lite' if you have two small bags, as one will have to go in the baggage hold ( 35) - take my word for it and don't bother trying to clarify anything with the staff at the airport.

Planes are super old and really loud!

Good points:
---------------------------

- Staff on-board were surprisingly very friendly

- Free water was offered on board

- Safety demonstrations delivered over a video in English & Czech

- Free newspapers available as you board the plane.

- Checked in bags arrived back to London Gatwick in one piece.

Bad Points:
---------------------------

- Flight delayed / badly organised.

- Horrific leg room (avoid if you're any taller than 5'9)

- Can't upgrade from economy lite if you've already purchased a ticket

- Staff at airport in Czech were not very helpful (perhaps due do English not being their first language) but that's understandable..

- Landing was a little rough, plane slammed down onto the runway at great force.

- The mobile app is horrendous

- Onboard wifi did not work (My devices failed to obtain an IP address)

- Old Boeing 737-800 plane

- No USB charging ports

Conclusion:
--------------------------

- An OK airline for the money.

Advice:
--------------------------

- Don't use this airline if you're tall (as I say, the leg room is non existent)

- Use the Lounge at the airport while you wait for your delayed flight

- If you're traveling with an economy lite ticket, remember that you can only take one bag (Bag Drop is 2 hours before the flight) - if you have an additional bag it's going to cost you 35

- Do not use if travelling on business (you'll be tired at your destination or won't arrive)

- Pre-book a meal and add extras to your flight using the full website (Don't attempt to do so via the mobile app since it is absolutely terrible)

- Allow plenty of time to get to your gate at Prague Airport (Security is AFTER duty free)

- If you book with Czech Airlines, you may end up on a smartwings flight (Code Share + same parent company), this also applies to Delta air (not owned by Smartwings, but also members of the skyteam alliance)

We had the 'honor' to fly with this self-proclaimed airline, and I believe that if you're the kind of people who like to waste time waiting for flight delays every time you want to use it, this is the right company. Every flight is delayed, no explanation and everyone looks as if it was a commonplace. Not to mention the condition of the aircraft. Contact forms on the website and even do not work - you can not even submit a subject.

Bottom line - Fly smartwings only in the last case.

Flight from Djerba to Prague. I did not mind the flight delay as cold in the plane, when I asked the flight attendant for a blanket, which unfortunately did not have. And the biggest disaster was the service, after an hour's delay, we were counting on buying their famous baguette. We were surprised after they told us right at the start of the snack that baguettes or sandwiches are not, but that they can offer us cakes or nuts. Most disappointing. After this experience, I will carefully select another airline.

Sensational experience - the best landing! Although I love the airport, I've been a little scared of flying since I was a child. That's why I'm best when the plane gets down and the first people start clapping. I am very happy to join, because at that moment all my nervousness, all my worries fall off and my nerves calm down. Yesterday I experienced probably the smoothest landing of all. I looked at the glowing Prague, it was beautiful to see, I also got to know the i kov tower and then suddenly, applause. I couldn't believe we were on the ground. I was excited! I already confided in the flight attendant yesterday, but I would also like to thank you very much for the wonderful end of our holiday, I will like such flights and landings. So soon up again to heaven! :) Thank you

Terribly unpleasant stewardess, tight as a can, plane taped and dirty. A broken toilet in the front. We waited for sandwiches for an hour, we got so salty that it was impossible to eat it. Despite the purchase of seats, they seated us in other, worse ones. Stewardess' mines suggest that they work here as punishment. Bury !!!

The worst airline ever, a major deterioration in the last two years. There is no meal for a 5-hour flight (Cape Verde). There is very little foot space on their airplanes (two additional rows of seats are added to the aircraft). Very reluctant staff. Never again.

On the Travel Service plane, we use the Soft Drink + Spirit offer at the price of 4.20 .
We order 4x, calculating that we will pay 16.80 .
The bill is 17.20, and the steward says: because it beat me out
Apparently only 0.40 but that's my 40 cents!
Seemingly small, but still a scam.
Or service incompetence.
And the service is sluggish and rude

I'm amazed where you can go because of the monopoly of these airlines. When you want something on board, unwillingness and drinking more expensive for plain water than at a decent NY restaurant. To order basic refreshments in advance, their operator surpasses the unwillingness to claim a chewed cell phone. Space on the plane is also a problem for an average 6 year old child. Whoever has the option to use another airline should definitely use it. Even a trip to Burgas will be cheaper, better and more pleasant Bulgarian charter than Travel service / smartwings /.

This year I traveled twice with Travel Servcie (Crete, Cape Verde) and unfortunately I have to say that this is a tragedy. Services have deteriorated significantly in the last two years, the aircraft dirty. Served food on short flight and long flight of poor quality (baguette with highland (brrrrrr) respectively something unidentifiable and bad). Even the cabin crew enjoys "swore a lot?". Travel agencies claim that Travel Servcie has changed the quality of services without their knowledge. I do not believe that travel agencies have built contracts so badly that TS could afford it. Perhaps the existing services are adequate for tours of CZK 8,000 to Bulgaria, but tours of tens of thousands? If possible, never again. I am convinced that Travel Servcie management confuses passengers (ie their customers) with cattle.

Banking connection between their web and payment gate is not working. I have tried to pay fly tickets many times and something went always wrong. I had to try to solve this problem with call centre operators but nobody is able to help..they should contact their IT department, but I am afraid nobody at Smartwing is smart enough to understand the problem is on their side and they should apologize to their potential customers who wanted to spend money. Smartwings doesn't care about their customers. Nevermore.

Delayed, always.

Delayed, always.
All the flights are delayed and they know, they plan it like this. 2h15min delay one way, they refused to provide refreshment for free (they have to but they refused to provide). 1h30min delay on the way back.
They do not inform about the departure delay upfront. You cannot find it at the airport not even at Flightradar app, so you need to check the plane that goes for you, and then you seen it's 2hours late. The flight with them is not worthy.
Time is money and almost 4h delay in total is a lot. You arrive to the final destination late, look for the accomodation at night, everything is closed. Really poor experience.

We flew on holiday with a girlfriend to Egypt for a week, but the return flight to the Czech Republic was disastrous! After we passed the whole plane to the very front where we had our seats, which were occupied. Here the mother with the child was sitting on the right and the same on the other side, after asking us if we could sit across the aisle in order to have children close by, we noticed that there was another free three-seater in front of us, after the steward passed and we asked him if we could sit there, he told us: She is not a problem until we reach the altitude of the required km, so you can. After flying for some time and considering that it was time to change, we did so, after about 3 minutes or not, Peter's flight attendant came to us and told us to leave these seats and sit back after we answered her. that her colleague allowed us to do so, she didn't even answer us and she left and we thought it was won, but soon a third steward came and said let us sit back where we sat, the first places are blocked for the flight attendants and steward, so we had to squeeze with obese mothers, while in the seat in front of us it was outside 10 minutes, when, so as not to say, the flight attendant sat there still free in a similar 4 hours of flight! The overall meeting of the whole crew was worthless and if you are still screaming from left to right and a year old child behind you, then it is a really pleasant flight !!!
Travel Service is worthless, I really always prefer to fly something else, or sacrifice a few more money for better services than to experience this again.

First time I d used SMART WINGS and the flight was just fine. Used to travel back to London. Cabin crew were fantastic and very helpful. Food and drink reasonably priced. Seat was comfy plenty of room. Very good experience!

I do not understand why everyone scolds them. I fly with them often and I am satisfied with the price / quality ratio. Flights are always smooth and on schedule. Price perfect. And that I do not get a baguette or there is not enough foot space, I do not solve.

You call the infoline, waiting for 30 minutes, and then SmartWings hangs up. You can't get there. I also tried calling from multiple phones at once and on different numbers and it always happened that the machine hanged all the phones at once. You call for hours and hours and you do not call anywhere. That she's not ashamed!
