Delayed, always.
All the flights are delayed and they know, they plan it like this. 2h15min delay one way, they refused to provide refreshment for free (they have to but they refused to provide). 1h30min delay on the way back.
They do not inform about the departure delay upfront. You cannot find it at the airport not even at Flightradar app, so you need to check the plane that goes for you, and then you seen it's 2hours late. The flight with them is not worthy.
Time is money and almost 4h delay in total is a lot. You arrive to the final destination late, look for the accomodation at night, everything is closed. Really poor experience.
