I bought a ticket online and it was mentioned clea...

I bought a ticket online and it was mentioned clearly czech airlines ticket. Once reached the gate, it was smartwings division and plane. It was a disaster. I felt i was in a Bus. Worst experience ever with Skyteam member. Also, delayed of about 40 min.
