So my sister works for DGDG and always told me if I need anything to give her a call, so I did and boy am I glad I did. She sent me Aaron Ulrich's contact info and from that point forward he truly made me feel like a VIP! He made the process so easy and stress free. I can't express how nice and helpful everyone was who I dealt with at DGDG. If you or your family are looking for a car I recommend you give them a call! I just had the nicest, most pleasant, and most comfortable new car transaction with Aaron Ulrich, from the VIP Team. He is easy going, down to earth, and stress-free. He is also completely free of even the slightest hint of that car salesperson sleaze . I drove out of the dealership with a beautiful new vehicle, with the exact features I was looking for, and most importantly, I was treated kindly, fairly, and respectfully through every step of the process and with every individual I encountered. The Volkswagen service department in unbelievably ...

The Volkswagen service department in unbelievably bad. Several years ago, I brought my car in because of a malfunction in the radio. I picked my car up after hours and had to drive home with two warning lights on. Various dashboard connections had been screwed up, and no one checked to be sure that all was OK before releasing the car.

Last week my wife brought her car in because of an air conditioning malfunction. After keeping the car for 5 days and replacing various components, they released the car to my wife yesterday. Tonight I found that 3 of the 4 dashboard air outlets were not functioning and that cold air was being released behind the dashboard! Again, no one had bothered to check that what they serviced was actually working. So now it's back to the repair shop for who knows how long.

Go anywhere else to have your VW serviced. This place is just incompetent.

Waiting for 4 hours for an oil change, tire rotation & car wash. There is no sense of urgency at this location. The service staff is snappy. Always on the defense with any question or request you have.

I gave 2 stars because some of the staff was nice.

Is it possible to love buying a car? Well, this time I did! I loved the entire experience. I've got to say, it was all because of Aaron Ulrich, from DGDG. What a professional!

At every step of the way, I felt like he had my best interests in mind. He worked hard to understand my needs and helped match me with the right vehicle -- I just knew I was in good hands.

They are very honest and work with you, never trying to sell you something you don t need. I love them so much that I ended up buying a Nissan Rogue and continue to get excellent service from Nick.

It was one of the worst overall experiences i have...

It was one of the worst overall experiences i have had at a car dealership. Sales rep by the name of Mia used racial references while talking to a former employee while in front of me. Was sold a car with bald tires and the car was not even detailed. Overall customer service is bad and it does not seem like they are interested in helping anyone if you don't fit the mold for what they are looking for. I wouldn't recommend going some place else to buy a car.

On July 16 Capital Mazda in San Jose sold me a car...

On July 16 Capital Mazda in San Jose sold me a car with bad brakes. This was obvious the first day it was driven in rush hour traffic. I called Capital Mazda and took it back immediately. Capital Mazda assured me they would fix the problem.

Capital Mazda called me a week later saying they had installed new front pads and rotors. To be clear it took Capital Mazda a week to install new pads and rotors on a car they claimed had passed a safety inspection!

I get the car back for a few days and notice issues with the rear brakes. I go for a test ride with a Capital Mazda mechanic. He agrees the brakes have an issue and says "we are just going to tell you that's what you get for buying a used car." He also says the control arms are damaged but not unsafe.

An independent mechanic says says the Co trol rear pads and now the rotors need replacing. Sure. I was lead to believe thar I buying a safe used car.

Compounding matters, the sales rep knew that I was working away from home and needed a replacement car due to an accident.

I knew the vehicle I wanted and Google said Capital Mazda had it. I test drove it and we discussed price, registration and fees and and sales tax. No sales tax in my home state and it was factored into my buying process. I was assured the plates and registration would arrive in Oregon. This was not true.

Capital Mazda can not register a car without a California address. After many calls I reached the person who files Capital Mazda's dmv paperwork. She said the sales reps knew better. She said sent my title to Oregon. She did this just days after I called the sales rep and was assured that the plates and registration would arrive in Oregon.

I trusted that sales rep. I waited on those plates for three more weeks. Finally, I called the dmv. They had no records. I trusted Capital Mazda and now my only option is driving to oregon with no plates. But first I will need to repair the rear breaks.

I literally went from picking out my Vehicle to waking up and having a Professional Driver Team drop off my Vehicle in my driveway. I even screwed up the paper work and they sent out another professional Driver by the name of Ben. Not only was this dude on time, he came to my work! Unbelievable. I love DGDG. They treated me fairly and with respect, without any bullying or pressure. By contrast, other dealers just try to impose a purchase on you with no regard for your actual needs or budget. Not DGDG. I am happy and confident with my buy.

Stevens Creek Infiniti is THE best car dealership ...

Stevens Creek Infiniti is THE best car dealership I've been doing business with. I brought my Q50 Hybrid in today for its 35k service and recall installed and the car runs as well as it did when I bought it with just 200 miles on it. Nora Vong set up my appointment and Service Mike Lyons handled the car's service. While there have been some personnel changes there, Stevens Creek Infiniti still has THE best customer service and mechanics in the auto business. They gave me a loaner car while they did the service to my car which came out washed and polished. If I could give them 10 stars, I would! Bravo, guys and gals, once again!

Aaron and the VIP Sales team worked extra hard to get the lease terms we wanted for our new Bolt. Once we'd agreed on terms, he had all the paperwork ready to go at it took less than an hour at the dealership from when I got there and when I was (silently) on my way home. See you in 36 months!

What an experience. Aaron Ulrich from the VIP team walked me step by step to secure a 2016 Chevy Camaro SS. I say he should be employee of the year and we were only 11 days into it.

He was booked solid on the day and it looked like we weren t going to be able to meet for a few days due to our schedules. He ended up having a cancelation, in which he called to see if I was available. I test drove two Camaros at Capitol Chevy, and Aaron knew he had the right one for me. However, it happened to be in Fremont. We both drove up there and secured a great deal for me. Can t thank the entire team enough for landing my dream car. HAPPY customer. Staff friendly. My battery was replaced by the Chevy mechanics. But they put the wrong screw in on the negative terminal. Now it doesnt sit all the way down on the post. And they want to charge me 40 dollars to replace the enitre negative terminal. Disappointed because I looked at the battery posts before to see if there was an issue in the first place and have only had the car serviced at the Chevy service and its where I bought the car.

I've worked with DGDG before with a great experience in terms of communication, price, quality and customer care. I felt incredibly well cared for, which is why I still use them when living in San Francisco. I certainly could use a dealer closer, but I don't want to.

The experience I had yesterday topped the one I had 3 years ago. I already knew what I wanted and DGDG got me my car with 1 day of me reaching out. I worked with David, Aaron and Adam and couldn't ask for a better trio.

They made everything absolutely seamless and were incredibly attentive. They thought ahead and I really appreciate it.

I feel so confident sending my family and friends their way as I know they would be invited with the same care.

This dealership group takes pride in what they do and continually works to improve making them exceptionally worthy of anyone's business.

Bought a Fiat 500X for my wife here. Got the best service package so she wouldn't have to worry about her vehicle. Time for the first oil maintenance, and they say they no longer handle Fiat Servicing. We will now have to drive to the next dealership 45 minutes away to get service.

Even though it was his day off, he was quick to respond to our texts and was able to complete the pre-paperwork before we even arrived at the dealership to sign off on everything. We really appreciate him coming in on his day off to get us taken care of. Great customer service!

My wife and I went to the DGDG Capitol Ford Dealer...

My wife and I went to the DGDG Capitol Ford Dealership to buy a used car and they refused to honor the price clearly listed on their own website for the specific car we were looking at. They updated the price to something substantially higher as soon as we walked in the door. Next they flat out denied that it was ever listed at the original price that I saw that same morning when I called. I had to go home, pull up the saved printout of the website showing the price, and escalate the issue up to the general manager just to get them to honor their own listed price.

A customer should not have to go through all this when they are trying to buy a car. A customer should not have to put up with this level of false advertising and lying, even at a car dealership.

I am not a happy DGDG car buyer and I would strongly recommend that people look elsewhere or prepare for the dealership to rip them off and lie to them repeatedly.

was absolutely wonderful and extremely pleasant, and Maria the lady who did my paperwork was also very pleasant. NOW!!! Sam the finance closer on Capitol Expressway Subaru, he was opposite of my experiences with Kevin and Maria. I asked Sam if I should buy the car 40k in full, he replied it didn't make a difference because they don't make any more money. WOW!!, 40k is no big deal according to Sam. That's a great way for the dealership too loose money. Sam's comment was followed by I couldn't afford the car and to go find something cheaper. WOW!!! Super professional. Sam said I could go somewhere else while standing up in front everyone on the sales floor holding $20k in check vouchers from CarMax as my down payment. This guy is not Del Grand Dealership material, he's too aggressive and his delivery is horrible. He belongs at a Dealership on San Carols where they are demeaning to their customers.

We have had the car for 9 months and it has been there several times. We now have to take it back for the 3rd time this week because it is leaking water in it. We just picked it up yesterday and they said it was fixed. Full of water again today. Thank you DGDG for making the first experience of buying a vehicle memorable.

We have had such a bad experience trying to get ou...

We have had such a bad experience trying to get our Ford Explorer fixed. Our car was in the shop for nearly a month to have it diagnosed with a timing belt that needed replacement, and there were also some metal shavings noted in the oil. A few thousand dollars later, the car was supposedly fixed. However, two days later, the engine began making a terrible thumping noise. When we brought it back to the dealer the next week, we were told that this was a new issue, and that they would need a couple thousand dollars more just to diagnose the issue. We have been unsuccessful in getting the issue resolved, both through talking with the manager and also with the corporate Ford office, so we will probably try another dealership and hope for better workmanship that comes with a guarantee.

Bottom line, it seems that honesty and transparency are lacking, and they do not care about customer service.

Describing Jon Grande's service as beyond exceptional is an understatement. I was disatisfied with my previous car and he helped me achieve what I thought was far from reach. ! Once you buy the car you are on your own!

My plates were never delivered after paying for them and the the head of finance, Salvatore Deangelo, has done nothing but give me the runaround and ask me to go to the DMV. Terrible service. Kevan Del Grande, this man should be fired by management. The damage he is doing to the brand will not be offset by how many high interest loans he is able to convince buyers to sign off on.

The DGDG group is better than this. I am very disappointed.

Perhaps good service, BUT there is no waiting room area big enough for the customers! 5 of us are outside sitting on the concrete or standing around for the 2 or 3 hour wait time.
Yes, other options like going home or a walk are there. BUT this company makes millions off its customers. How about a reasonable waiting area????
I have choices and will go elsewhere!!!!!

Aaron Ulrich took great care of us when he sold us our new 2018 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon. He was very professional and very knowledgeable. We ordered the Jeep via email which was by choice and it worked out great as we were busy and not able to get to the dealership to do all that stuff. When our Jeep arrived, Aaron cleared his schedule for us in a moment s notice and met us at the dealership to deliver our Jeep!

This was a 5 star experience from a 5 star guy and dealership! Thanks DGDG and Aaron!

I ordered and purchased my camaro from Aaron Ulrich, who gave me the VIP car buying experience. I went in on Sunday to pick up the car and all the paperwork was ready prior to when I arrived. I signed a few papers and the car was all mine. Very quick and seamless process. I ll definately be calling Aaron again In the next few months when my girlfriend starts looking for her Subaru.

I had an exceptional experience buying a car from Aaron Ulrich of the VIP team. Aaron made every step of the process incredibly easy, worked around my schedule and went above and beyond to make sure I got a great deal and that I was happy and comfortable with the process. He shared my level of excitement and enthusiasm about the car, which showed me he truly cares about the experience I have both during and after the sales process.

I took delivery of my new car around 7 pm, by which point the detailers at Capitol Ford had already left for the day. I had told Aaron that it was no problem and I was okay with coming back later for a detail, but that didn t stop him from personally detailing my new car. I am eternally grateful for Aaron s commitment to delivering an exceptional experience. Even though he had a full schedule and multiple customers to help, I felt like I had his full attention at all times.

Aaron Ulrich was absolutely fabulous to work with! He came highly recommended and I was very impressed. I was treated very well and ended up with a spectacular deal on a new Jeep Cherokee. Julio Perez in finance was also EXTREMELY helpful. I would recommend DGDG to ANYONE looking to buy, lease or trade in a car! I've already been referring my friends and family and it's only been 4 hours since I bought the car!

Let me say: this place is THE place to buy cars. After dealing with Aaron Ulrich in VIP, I have left a changed customer, and has completely changed how I view car salespeople.

Aaron was beyond accomodating and went way beyond the call of duty to make sure I got the car I wanted. His knowledge and expertise in the field was outstanding. Aaron is one of the most likeable people you can meet, and I have been so fortunate to have him as my sales expert. The car he helped me chose was a Mazda6 Sport, and I couldn't be happier. Not only was I given a great price, but a great warranty to help me in the future! DGDG has some of the greatest customer service you can get. This was not your typical car sales vs consumer experience, but rather a team effort with a common purpose: to get YOU the right vehicle!

So Aaron Ulrich and Adam Ischia, and all the people at DGDG, THANK YOU for the opportunity to buy a car at an unbelievable price with an unbelievable sales team. Keep rocking!!

I had a stellar experience working with Aaron Ulrich and Adam Ischia from the VIP program. I usually hate going to dealerships because of all the unpleasant haggling and negotiating over prices, but Aaron and Adam gave me the lowest price straight away, no negotiating necessary. The experience was totally painless and I was in and out in only a couple hours. Love my new VW, and I am confident that I got the best deal! Would definitely recommend going through the VIP program at DGDG for anyone looking for a new car- what's cool is that they can help you out with any brand of vehicle, so you don't have to deal with a bunch of different people. Awful experience. Employees are rude and the service department is useless. I had to bring my car to them 4 times for a warranty repair on my fuel pump. They just couldn't get it right. When I asked for options like a vehicle buyback I was almost laughed out of the department. I had to buy a new car somewhere else. I just don't trust their work or ethics. Stay away from any DGDG dealer!

Never posted a review, but I had such an easy experience with Capitol KIA, i wanted to say something....
I live in Rocklin, CA about 125 miles away from Capitol KIA. I had been price watching cars for about 2 months when they had a car that caught my attention. I reached out to Capitol KIA to start to negotiate the car that I wanted. William is the online manager at this dealership. We went back and forth a few times, but he was very open and direct, which I appreciate being a salesman myself. We agreed on a price which I was very happy with, I drove down on a Wednesday night. William was off but Matt stepped in and did the paperwork with me... 1 1/2 hours and I was back on my way on Rocklin with my car.... This is how a car buying experience should be like, I applaud Capitol KIA!!!

I just picked up my Ram 1500 from the service department early because I just found out that even though they said several times over the last few day its been there that theyre trying desperately to diagnose my transmission problems in reality it hasnt had anything done to it even though my apointment was monday at 8am and its now Thursday afternoon. they staff obviously has no problem lying to their customers and they should be ashamed. I didnt even receive an invoice for any "diagnosis" let alone an in person sincere apology for wasting my time.
