The worst of the worst services in town!
It has ZERO respect by users. One among VARIOUS notes: the 210.2, direction John Boyd / Campo Grande, which was to be sent to PUC I at the students' departure at 10.43 pm, does not arrive there. The driver goes whenever he wants, and lately has not gone, leaving the students on point until very late. I myself, when he does not come, I get home almost 1h when 210.2 does not come.
That's even a minimal difference that he would spend to pass near the college.

Poor service delivery to users of public transportation in Campinas Full time drivers to mobile. I passed the card on line 380 when I went to pass the simple ticket, and the driver said that I should look for the ministry, because it was not his problem. If you require the user to have the wallet because it is the only way to pass then they have a billing system that works.

I did the whole online school pass process, and it was rejected for incorrect documentation, but they didn't tell me which document was wrong. I tried to call for hours, but ALWAYS busy !! Total disrespect.
