I went to the Transurc company website to simply see my balance on my Single Ticket and it simply shows a grotesque error saying that my birth date is wrong! Is it wrong? Heck ... you expect to access a service (in this case the company website) to see something simple, and you type right your date of birth in the field due and such ... and the site shows you in the face of that date dick is incorrect)!

On the Facebook page of the company there are 2 useful (in) phones, one of which is programmed to not receive the call, and in the other the attendant can not access the terminal to see my balance! I do not know why it has "companies" available site, page in the Face, contact phones, etc ... if all this implies a bad disservice to society! We pay dearly for shipping for even a website or a business phone number to work right!

Incidentally .... we pay a lot in this transport, for so little or no return to the population, in terms of transportation efficiency, website and phones that really provide!
