I went to Campinas Shopping to get a duplicate of the single ticket card. TRANSURC was not working, as the system was down. I waited 2 hours and gave up. I ended up going to TRANSURC downtown. I wasted time, fuel, money to pay for the mall's parking lot and my patience. Public organ vagabond, ordinary, incompetent and scrotum. Bad experience.
