Terrible customer service. We had several problems with our account and they always refer to the web portal, instead of trying to help you. If the information in the portal is incorrect (in our case it was) it is impossible to change it. It has been more than two years and we still experience problems with invoices, account names, etc. We also use other providers for our domains and they are way more customer oriented than Transip. I would not choose Transip. In fact, I will remove all remaining services with them.
