My wife and I have purchased multiple vehicles in a few different states but we had the most incredible experience at Tracy Nissan. From the Sales Rep to the GM, everyone was fantastic! They fixed my AC after they had fixed my AC. First it was a blown hose but Rich figured it out and my condenser had to be changed. It took two weeks to get my car back but my AC is working properly. I know a lot of that time was waiting for parts and to insure that it was working properly before returning to me. So although it took awhile I appreciate them doing it right over doing it fast.

We had great customer service and was able to fix any issues with the used car they were selling before we left. I would highly recommend there friendly staff.

I have been buying and trading in cars for the past 17 years and I have to say that this was by far the best buying experience ever. Alex and Tex were fantastic from the get go. During my initial call I had mentioned the price I was getting from other dealers and also the fact that I will only purchase if I can get a fair value for my trade. The whole deal literally took 5 minutes. They gave me a fair offer on my mini cooper and on my new Nissan leaf. I didn't negotiate on either because the offer was very fair.

Even during signing of papers many dealerships try to provide add on services (extended warranty, gap insurance, etc). Tracy Nissan offered this as well but did not oversell. When I said no they completely understood my position and proceeded to signing the contract.

I was in and out of the dealership within 2 hours and actually felt great about buying the car...I am definitely going back to this dealership again for my future needs. What a difference compared to other dealerships...keep up the good work.

Aaron was fantastic and very knowledgeable. Had an answer for all of our question on features of the Rogue and showed us how to use them. Jerome was also great and went above and beyond to find the model we wanted. The best experience I have ever had buying a new car.

My experience with the Service department was amazing. My car broke down near this dealership and in a short notice they came out to help me. I could have gone to honda right across the street, but these guys came out of the dealer and helped me push the car.

Needed to get a diagnostic for my vehicle. Was super skeptical because of previous negative encounters with "stealerships" but my experience was AMAZING. I took the entire day off of work expecting to be there all day but it took only 2 hours for my vehicle to get checked and to get an updated module. The service department was fast and friendly. Definitely a great choice. The previous positive reviews were very reliable!

He walked me through the process of the repairs to be done to my vehicle and even offered a complimentary shuttle ride while the vehicle was being serviced. The customer lounge was very clean, had delicious snacks, hot flavorful coffee and, a variety of entertainment for customers awaiting their vehicle's completion.

Some time ago I came in and purchased a car. I was very happy about that car until January when I took my car in because of an airbag sensor light that wouldn't stop blinking. The service staff told me that it wasn't covered under warranty. That was a lie just to get out of work. I took my car to Stockton and they replaced the seat and the sensor still went off. Apparently it's a faulty airbag module that could have gone off at any time while I'm driving or even go off at all when it was needed. I am contacting the Better Business Bureau because of Tracy putting me in a bad situation that could be very dangerous. While the sales staff is decent Beware of the service department because they don't like to work.

My stress level was high walking into Tracy Nissan. 2 days prior I was in a accident and my 2012 Nissan Rogue was a total loss. As I walked in I was greeted by Aaron and Robert excellent guys. Aaron and Robert went over and beyond for me. I'm now a owner of a 2017 Nissan Rogue. I LOVE MY NEW SUV. These guys got me the best deal. I didnt feel rushed nor like I was being scammed. I felt like I was one of there sister who they wanted to be happy. The customer service they offered me was excellent. I left in tears of joy. I would recommend Tracy dealership to the world if I could this place and the guys there ROCK. If I could give them 10 stars I would. Thank you Nissan of Tracy.

Each and every time I have taken my car they have provided me a thorough review of the issues and needs of my vehicle. Richard and Benjamin are both key roles of the service department and certainly made sure that they kept me informed at all times. They have definitely earned my trust and loyalty and I will continue to bring my vehicle for repairs or any issues to Tracy Nissan.
