I had the great pleasure of being helped by Anthony Huerta who listened to me and made sure not only did I get the car I wanted but that I didn't waste my time being stuck at a dealership all day. I use to go to Noho Toyota but had the worst experience there last time my lease was up so I decided to try somewhere new and informed them about my experience. I told them that I wouldn't put up with that again and they made sure it didn't happen. I love my new lease thanks to these guys who were efficient, nice, and actually cared what the customer said. I'm not rich so I had a very strict budget of what I knew I could spend on this car and they worked with that to give me a deal I was comfortable with. I highly recommend them and Anthony for his great help.

I had my first car service which was good and quick and Nelson Figueroa was very helpful. The only thing that was kind of disappointing was they didn't wash my car or offer a free car wash. When I use to lease from Noho toyota they use to always wash my car after the service or give me a voucher for a free car wash at local car wash. I do miss that.

Truman De La Cruz is THE MAN!! If you are in the market for a car you MUST SEE Truman!! I have never had such an amazing experience at a dealership like I had on the 15th of March! I drove to Toyota Santa Monica in a car I was hoping to trade in as that car was a HUGE mistake and was costing me so much money (I was given a really horrible deal but was too new at this car buying deal that I didn't know any better). I have tried to get out of this car multiple times and have always hit road bumps as everyone was offering me horrible deals and I would be still losing so much money. So I was Very nervous at first but I knew what I was happy to take and I knew what I wasn't happy to take. Truman De La Cruz couldn't have been more polite and understanding, I was shocked he literally knew everything I was going through with my car and was more then willing to make it work for me to get into a new car. Not only did he get me into a NEW car but at an absolutely AMAZING deal! I am so happy! I feel like I won the lottery! I have never been treated so well at a dealership. When other car salesman have told me "they will get me the best deal" and it was always ridiculous and way too high priced, I was shocked that when Truman said it he actually made it happen! No Joke he wasn't lying. That is huge to me as now I know I will always be taken care of with any of my car needs! So thank you so very much Truman De La Cruz and all the others at Toyota Santa Monica that helped make this happen! I will be telling EVERYONE to go your dealership and see Truman when they are in the market for a car.

After my car was vandalized, and catalytic converter stolen, I was very upset. I had my car towed to Santa Monica Toyota where Sam Mull took excellent care of us. He assured me I d have my car back by the early afternoon, and he delivered as promised. While I waited comfortably in their plush waiting area, I enjoyed complimentary coffee and bagel with cream cheese and was able to get some work done too. Thank you Sam, and Santa Monica Toyota, for getting me back on the road so fast in my Prius which I love.

I just had my 30 K maintenance with Terrell Calton and it was the best I ever. I had been there before, every 5 k, I am a leasee with them, but this time it was the best. Get him to help you, it will make a world of difference, friendly, professional, courteous, very nice.

I talked with Jorge about the Toyota Flex Program. He was very helpful and I was easily approved for a 2015 Toyota Prius. He helped with all the paperwork including insurance, uber, and details on the lease. For only $111 a week! Way cheaper than the Uber Xchange lease deal which they were offering $174 a week. Within 3 hours, I had insurance and I was driving on the road. I recommend that if you do not have a car for Uber, give this dealership a call and get on board!

My Toyota has only been serviced at Santa Monica Toyota, because of their excellent service, attention to details and always making sure I understand what they are going to do for my car. Best of all, I get an itemized rundown of what is recommended so I can choose what I can afford. Mark Lewis is the absolute best service person ! He remembered me, always cheerful and super knowledgable. It is so great to be able to get in and out of a dealership without the long wait, although their customer lounge is very comfortable. Purchased a used Rav4 had a great experience at first. Purchased a extended warranty and couldn t be honored so I filled out forms to have it refunded. That was 8 months ago i keep calling and emailing they seem to be to busy to help. They have their money and they don t want to let it go. I have necessary documentation to sue the dealership unless addressed soon.

Dale Strauf is an amazing service manager. He takes care of everything and is polite and completely competent. He is also warm and friendly, and has a sense of humor.

I'm used to doing service here due to their high-quality work and convenient waiting area. Last week when I went there for maintenance, Jacob did it so well that I was able to pick up my car 1-hour faster than expected. It's a good place if you wanna walk around Santa Monica while waiting for your car.

I went to do 10k miles maintains here this morning, I know this is a big service that should be more service to do, but after 20 minutes later they tell me its done! I seriously doubt they did all the service on the list!

everything here is so old and dirty: office, restroom, waiting room....

Last time i did the 5K miles maintenance at Irvine, everything is new and got free car wash there.

Drove in to Toyota Santa Monica to have my Prius serviced yesterday without an appointment. Service rep Farrouk Masri not only was professional from the get-go, but explained precisely what would be done to my vehicle and approximately how long it would take. Expecting a 2 hour wait, I settled in to their comfortable lounge, and was totally surprised when :30 minutes later Farrouk came in and told me that my car was ready to go. In all, a wonderful experience. From here on out, Farrouk is gonna be my go to guy.

This is a long over due THANK YOU to Erica Simmons! I purchased my Highlander from Toyota Santa Monica 15 years ago this month. Yes, you read that right 15 years ago. It's never been serviced anywhere else. I loved my service rep, Holly, and was sad when she left due to a promotion. I've been waiting for someone to take her place and I can finally say that I've found her. Erica was wonderful when I brought my car in for regular service, but she really impressed me when I had to bring my car in because the dreaded "check engine" light came on along with a few other lights. I was able to bring my car in right away. Erica was wonderful and so was the tech who worked on my car. Erica put my mind at ease. I don't understand cars and I melt like a candle when they don't work, which why I bought a Toyota. I appreciated that she and the tech worked together to fix the issue and give me options if it happened again. My Highlander has 128,000 miles and runs perfectly thanks to Erica and everyone at Santa Monica Toyota. Erica, you are stuck with me!

I also wanted to give a shout-out to Ryan in the rental car department. He always has a smile on his face, so you forget whatever your car is in there for. He takes great pride in the quality of the rental cars so you don't have to worry that your rental is going to look like a clown car or that it belongs to your Aunt Tilly. This last time, I received a Camry. It was gorgeous and I found myself smiling while I was driving it. Who smiles when they are driving in LA, wait...who smiles when they are driving to work on the 405? Me! I'm still dreaming of that Camry! Even my boss was jealous! His extra large BMW was in the shop and his dealership gave him a mini-van!

Good service short wait times, Will drive you home if you live near by but will not bring you back.

We purchased a used Volvo here & in no part of the whole experience has this team lived up to Toyota's reputation.
An axle job that was completed to prepare the car for sale was completed incorrectly. When we purchased the car we had it inspected by Volvo of Orange who discovered the axle repair was done incorrectly & leaking significant oil/lube. We struggled getting someone to take ownership of this repair with Toyota of Santa Monica but thankfully they did the right thing & fixed their work.
Now it's 3 months later & our lender has never received the title & we still don't have plates. As with the other issues we experienced, no one calls back or takes ownership. I literally don't know what to do at this point except to see if there's an organization like Better Business who may be able to advocate for us.
I want to add to my wife's review that the axle repair is reflected on Carfax report as "Tire Condition and Pressure Checked" when we all know that an Axle repair is a big and important repair that can affect the security of our family! They are ( all departments) negligent and incredibly hard to communicate with.

I made an appointment for service before a road trip to Las Vegas, and got in the same morning. Ricky was my service advisor, and I must say, as a former BMW owner - - Toyota service professionals are by far friendlier and more efficient. He was warm, and handled my service appointment with integrity and care. I really enjoyed having a great experience as an initial introduction to Toyota service. The valet, cashier, service - EVERYONE there was friendly and approachable. I will definitely come back again, very convenient to where I work as well.

They took care of me on my brake actuator warranty enhancement issue. After my momentary brake failure. Chris Rinker arranged for me too have the actuator checked. Dale Strauf Asstant Service Manager in service told me my brake fluid was dirty and it need to be changed to isolate the problem. After the fluid change he said he could still hear the chirp so he decided to fix it under the warranty program . No muss no fuss from that moment on. Picked up the car and the brakes are like new again. Toyota Santa Monica service department just worked their way to top of my list. Thank you.

I love getting my car serviced because Chris Rinker is so good at his job. He is kind, pleasant, takes time describing what is needed, calls and has the car done when promised. He acts like he really cares. He is probably the best customer service person alive today, it's like he's from another time period living in a small town. And he likes dogs.

Cesar Torres provided excellent service to me for the recent repair of my Toyota vehicle. The problem was quickly diagnosed and Cesar kept me updated on the progress of the repair which was completed in the expected timeframe. Cesar was friendly, knowledgeable and professional during the process. Cesar provided the customer experience one would expect and deserve that is increasingly rare to find.

Anthony Doyle is the consummate professional. He assisted me in returning my 2011 Prius and I am now leasing a 2015 Prius. The service is and was outstanding. I will continue to bring my business as long as there are representatives such as this.

we were misled by them not disclosing there were 3 different 'levels' of RAV 4 SE when we came into purchase. WE had driven 2 different RAV 4 SE weeks before in other area before we came into purchasing as we were out of town on a vacation. We agreed on terms on lease and money down and signed
and then realized it was not the same' package' that we were familiar with
numerous weeks before. They never said THERE ARE 3 DIFFERENT 'PACKAGES' OF THIS MODEL. They never asked if we knew which one we wanted to buy!!!! WE are senior citizens in our 80's and we NEED safety features on the car we own and we are left with few!!! We were
taken advantage of by this dealer!!

Hands down, the people who work here are awesome!!! We worked with both Ricky in the service department and Charlie, the internet manager. Both men were outstanding! I am so, so pleased with the customer service in both the sales and service departments. Not only did they give us a great deal, but they addressed all of our concerns and in both cases were a pleasure to deal with. I was very apprehensive about buying a car again. But, between the deal and the customer service we received we will be back again when my husband's car decides to take its final drive.
