We first talked to Jason Lee who showed us a Prius and a Rav4, then my husband test drove them. We also looked at a Mirai and talked to Ben Girmay. We were really impressed with his knowledge and liked what we saw. We came back a few days later to test drive the Mirai and signed a lease that day. We are very happy with our new car and enjoyed working with Ben.

Service associate Eddie Sandoval was amazing and helpful beyond belief. Not only was his friendly demeanor welcoming from a day of frustration, he was able to calmly help get my car on the road in two hours before my roadtrip od 800 miles. Afterwards I needed additional services and though the repairs took longer than I hoped he was quick to help, getting a rental vehicle to resolve my problems once again.

I am relatively well-versed with my knowledge of the Toyota Prius hybrid systems and not only was he genuinely honest and fair, his extensive knowledge of my vehicle was impressive.

He accommodated all of my needs and went above and beyond all expectations. The dealerships are known to be notoriously expensive but Mr. Sandoval was able to get me fair deals much better than I expected especially compared to my regular repair centers.

I will take my car to Toyota Santa Monica any time I have problems in the future. Thanks to Eddie, my faith in dealerships is back! A;though I don't look forward to future problems with my car, I look forward to working with them again.

Easily scheduled routine maintenance for my SUV via their website. The adviser, Joseph Hernandez, was very helpful and efficient. I mentioned a problem with my transmission and he immediately asked a technician to go on a test drive with me to replicate the issue. Excellent service and would definitely recommend.

Sheri Atkins was friendly, informative, and very helpful. She explained everything that had been done, and what to expect on my 30,000 Mile check up for my 2011 Prius. I waited for my car in the waiting room, and she is the first service associate who let me know without my having to check back, that my car was ready, and what to expect on subsequent service check ups. I felt very comfortable and informed when I left the service department today. I will definitely make my next appointment with Sheri.

I bought my Prius in this place 3years ago. One day, I was there for regular service oil exchange, filters etc. I told them to fix something on bumper. I was told, that they don t have the part and that I must go to different service. All right! Unwilling to fix something! Just charge for the expensive service every 1/2 year?! Bye Toyota SM!

There is very little worse than enduring the process of buying a new vehicle. Underneath all the great offers, free water bottles, test drives that actually turn out well and guarantees of quality/service, many times you feel like there's still something you don't know (but the dealer did) that could screw you over. Is that residual value good? Am I putting too much money down? Am I putting too little money down and paying more than I should a month? Why show MSRP if it doesn't matter? Do I get the gap insurance???
At Toyota Santa Monica, that simply was not the case. My guy, my new lease aficionado, Patrick Quiroz was completely straightforward with me the entire process. I told him what I wanted and he offered me a fantastic deal the same day. I came back the following week and left the lot a new lease owner. Service was impecable.
Making a 3 year commitment is never an easy thing, with Patrick & Toyota Santa Monica, I'm confident I made the right choice and would do so again in a heartbeat.

Prior to going to Santa Monica I visited culver city Toyota to buy a car, however, their lack of customer service turned me away and created a sale for the competition -even though I could have bought the car cheaper there. My Prius seems to be making a sound that s a bit off? I call to make an appointment to see if it s ok. I asked about the price and she said there would only be a charge if something is in fact wrong with it and they would give me a call to let me know after taking a look. I drive across town in traffic for a 7:30am appointment only to be told I have to pay a $150 diagnostic check fee in order for them to see if it s ok or not. Terrible experience with Aaron Wimberly, he said I must have heard them wrong no accountability for the misinformation, terrible customer service. Avoid this place if you can.

My husband and I had a wonderful experience purchasing a new Toyota Highlander at Toyota Santa Monica, thanks to Kamiran Beck. After a horrible experience at Culver City Toyota, which ended when the sales associate yelled at us, we were greeted warmly at Santa Monica Toyota. We had called ahead and, when we arrived, Kamiran was already getting keys for two cars he thought would meet our criteria. He answered all of our questions in a straightforward manner, which was key for us after the shady business dealings we witnessed at Culver City Toyota. We drove home in our new Highlander that same day!

3 years ago we were browsing to lease a car. Because moved from Italy to the US just 1 year before, our credit history was not that long or good enough to buy a new car. We went first at Ford Dealer Burges to ask some information and they were very rude and unhelpful: they told us they were not going to show us a car or a price if we had not good credit. We leaved the dealer very upses.
After that we went to Santa Monica Toyota dealer. Diana Loncar welcomed us gently and after we explained her our situation she nicely offered all the necessary help to get around our needs. We have seen few cars and liked the Rav4. With Diana's help we were able to get a very convenient 3 years lease and we walked out the dealer with our new car. Easy and smooth! During those 3 years we always had services done quickly and professional by the dealer that also offer a ride back when you bring in the car. A month ago the lease was expiring so we visited again the Toyota office in Santa Monica. Diana welcomed us again like we were old friends. She remember our story and she was asking about our life in LA 3 years later. We felt like family (even if this toyota dealer is a huge store with thousand of customers). Again we were professionally helped in getting the best loan to finally purchase our car. Convenient rates, 3 additional years of services included and a special offer to repair a couple of little damages I did on the car. We are very satisfied and we highly recommend to look for Diana Loncar if you are planning to get a new Toyota, you will be not disappointed! Thanks Diana!

This week I got my Toyota serviced at this location. My service advisor, Eddie Sandoval, provided me with a really great service experience. I highly recommend this dealership and especially highly recommend Eddie. He was very efficient in the entire transaction, very considerate of my time and my money, and made sure that my experience was more than I could ever expect.

I went to see Eddie Sandoval regarding a small noise in my vehicle. Eddie had me road test the car with one of his top experienced mechanics before he even wrote the service order. Amazing experience - the mechanic identified the issue quickly, Eddie wrote up the paperwork, and the car was fixed in the next few hours. Toyota of Santa Monica really knows what they are doing.

I took an appointment for regular service just a day prior and arrived at Toyota Santa Monica at my appointment time at 2:20 pm . I was received by Mark Lewis who is very professional and extremely courteous. He told me that he will try to have the car ready by 5:15 pm. Mark called me at 4:45 pm and left me a message on my voicemail letting me know that my car was ready for pick up. I returned to pick up my car within 3 hours after I dropped it. Mark told me that I can call him if there is any problem with the car. I was very satisfied with the service and professionalism of Mark and I recommend everyone to visit Toyota Santa Monica.

Eddie Sandoval was great to work with on getting my 2009 Toyota Camry in for services. He went above and beyond to find a way to save me over $500 on replacing my water pump by digging through my car history and discovering that it was under power train warranty for another 7k miles.

We was genuine with his interactions and really was there to help me out! despite the santa monica dealership being busy, waiting for the service was worth it with Eddie!

Dale Strauf went above and beyond during my recent 30, 000 mile service call. He went out of his way to explain the nuances of service plan that I had purchased when I originally bought the car, something no one else had ever done and he offered me a 10% off coupon for what was going to be unexpected and expensive service. He also assured me that my car would be ready on time even requesting it for half on hour earlier than I originally planned on picking it up. I will definitely request Dale again the next time I need to service my 2010 Prius.

Toyota Santa Monica service is great. I've never had any issues. Twice now, my intake has been done by Joanna, who is great! She's very friendly and open and always makes sure I'm getting exactly the service that is needed for my Prius. Most recently she was able to help me get my door lock actuators fixed pretty quickly and confirmed they were still under warranty. I appreciate how Toyota Santa Monica always goes above and beyond for customers. It's why I bought my car here, get it serviced here, and will buy my next car here as well.
