Buying a car is the one thing in the world I hate. Alaint changed my mind. I will never do business with anybody else. I could not come in because of my injuries so he delivered the car to me. and had it all set up. What guy ! I have already referred to him to a friend of mine.

Prior to meeting Alejandro Ramirez in person, we conversed over the phone and I made him aware of the written offer from Toyota of Huntington beach. The offer was a lease cost of $375/month for a 2020 Rav4 Hybrid LE with $2,000 down payment. Alejandro Ramirez assured of either honoring the offer or even beating the offer. After I test drove the vehicle, Alejandro Ramirez final offer was $475/month. This deceiving practice was quite unexpected and disappointing. I am not sure whether the Toyota of Santa Monica continuously in the business of deceiving potential customers or it was only the action of single individual: Alejandro Ramirez.

I have attached the signed lease from Toyota of Huntington Beach where they not only honored their own offer, they also allowed 15,000 miles per year as their gratitude for leasing the vehicle from them.

Manny Fernandez was simply terrific. I went there for a relatively small item, just replacing the rear wiper blade on my Prius. He was so kind and helpful, and I was impressed, that I brought the car back later the same day for additional service. Both times Mr. Fernandez was exceptionally professional and attentive, making sure everything was done exactly right. I recommend Toyota Santa Monica without reservation, and particularly Manny Fernandez.

Had a price in mind for my new RAV4 and Hyon Park emailed me promptly to come through, and within minutes of arriving showed me the car and started the paperwork for me. Not a single hiccup or attempt to push the price up, I was truly amazed because I've come to accept the usual back and forth going into a dealership, it's just the name of the game. Very happy with my purchase and the customer service here at Santa Monica. Make sure to do your research go to a few dealerships to get the best price though!

Aaron Desouza, whom I've had a deal with - was a great representative of a dealership. He was extremely friendly, communicative and useful as a dealer. He spent hours to help me to find the best, cheapest and the most useful choice. He was very polite and at the same time not too much formal, which made very warm and easy atmosphere. I could (and I did) call and text him almost any time, and even despite not being at work he was still helping me, answering all my questions and was trying to make sure, that I've got everything which was necessary and that I would stay maximum satisfied.

It was a pleasure to have him as my dealership representative and helper. HIGHLY RECOMMENDING to use his help and to have a deal with him!

Coming to Los Angeles all the way from the east coast of Boston, I needed to lease a car as quickly as possible to help me get around. Being the first time I've leased a car, Patrick Quiroz was very helpful in explaining information and keeping me up to date on a process that normally would be very hectic. Though I did get transferred to other departments from time to time, Chuck Ueno and Tony Garcia also were very assisting. Despite me being young and inexperienced, I was happy with the fact that Patrick and everyone else treated me equally with the respect you would any normal customer. The process was quick and efficient and I was out with a car within a week, which was faster than I expected. I recommend anyone young or old to come in and give this location a chance!

Once there I find that my part was now back order and they hadn't told me after intially saying it would be available to pick up the next day.

The experience I had dealing with Gary Benson, Service Director at Toyota Santa Monica was nothing short of outstanding.
We live close to Boston, MA and needed to ship my son's RAV-4 to Santa Monica for the Summer where he had secured an internship with a well-known record company.
Logistics were complicated given approximate delivery dates. So I called this dealership out of the blue and asked to speak with the service manager to check whether they could take delivery so my son would not have to take time from work.
Gary Benson took the call and could not have been more helpful. He offered to provide me with his cellphone number so that the car transport company could reach him quickly, he stayed in touch with my son and immediately called him upon delivery, and displayed throughout the process the most professional, friendly, and helpful approach. When I asked him how much we would be charged, he kindly explained that his dealership was happy to provide this service for free since we were Toyota owners. I own a Sequoia and my sons both own RAV-4s! ( I sheepishly need to say that my wife drives a Lexus RX hybrid).
The frosting on the cake was that when my son went to take delivery, the car had been detailed inside out because Gary thought it looked pretty dirty after crossing the country on a car transport truck.....and again all this free of charge as a service to a Toyota customer.
More than anything else, it is Gary's positive "how can I help" approach that struck me the most. I can imagine how an extraordinary Service Director he is for his Santa Monica customers and how he must have assembled a team of "can do" individuals truly focused on service and client satisfaction.
One more reason for us to remain a faithful Toyota family....We'll be buying our 10th Toyota vehicle this Fall!

He was my salesman for both cars purchased and was very concern with getting me the right car after my 2016 Toyota Corolla purchased 11/15/16 was totaled by a rear end collision on 3/22/17. Edward had me approved for my new 2017 Toyota Corolla XLE even before my insurance co had paid off my 2016 Corolla. Edward had several cars for me to choose from based on my request for same model, color choice and interior. Trung Tran met with me and allowed me to test drive a 2015 Prius. He was cordial and professional and knowledgeable about the vehicle. The dealership ultimately made me the deal on a lease that I wanted.

I didn't have suffer through any of the tricky sales tactics that this dealership had pulled 3 years earlier (haggling over the price, trying to put me in a Camry when I asked for a Prius, etc.), and they lived up to the deal they promised me prior to coming in.

My only complaint is that they still kept me waiting for hours for the financial people to meet with me, and they tried to hard sell me on the gap insurance, despite the fact that I declined it several times.

Otherwise, leasing my new 2015 Prius was a surprisingly good experience, thanks largely to Trung Tran.

It is so bad that everyone is writing this great reviews about the service department, But for me it has been nothing but dissapointments every time I bring my leased vehicle for maintenance service.
It almost seems like they don't know the fact that it is because of us customers they have a job.
I am not getting into any details but today service advisor Sam M treated me like I don't matter and the way he talked to me was like whatever they are doing to my vehicle was coming out of his pockets.
It has happened more than once at this dealer but it does not help to complain to anybody since they know each other well and there are no consequences for bad customer service.
I wish I did not have to come here and deal with these people but my lease is from this dealer and I have to bring my vehicle here no matter what.

My last service with Brandon Donis as my service advisor was outstanding! Brandon gave me a full explanation of what to expect on this service and on my next one. There are never any surprises! Brandon also followed up with me a few days later to assist me with another issue. Brandon is truly wonderful!

I love my Prius and prior Toyota cars, but this dealer is the worst. When I went to buy my Prius, they quoted me a terrible price and I therefore bought it at the Manhattan Beach Toyota dealer. Because I live close to Santa Monica, I occasionally take my Prius to the SM dealer for service. The people have generally been nice and accommodating. However, I have had an ongoing problem with my headlights going out every few months, and finally received a recall notice regarding this issue. As my headlights just went out again this week, I called to see if I could bring my car in today to get the headlights fixed. I was told they do NO work related to recall issues on the weekend--only Monday through Friday mornings (the time most people are working). Because I don't get paid time off that doesn't work for me. The SM doesn't give a darn, and they don't care if someone is driving around without headlights for the weekend. I have had much better experiences at the Culver City and Manhattan Beach dealerships. I may have to drive farther, but it's worth it!!

I had the best service at Toyota Santa Monica yesterday. Normally purchasing/leasing a car is a hassle and takes forever. I want to thank Jose Alonso and Chuck Ueno for their excellent customer service. They were both professional and beyond helpful during the whole process. I will definitely be a returning customer and tell all my friends and family to go there! And I love my Sienna/Swagger Wagon!!!

I drive a 2007 Prius and recently broke down on a road trip. I was towed to the closest dealership in a town just outside of LA. This dealer took at look at my car and told me I would need a whole new transmission which was estimated at $5000 and my car was no longer under warranty. (AH!) This all sounded very suspicious to me... My car is just over 5 years old, 65,000 miles, and I need a whole new transmission??? And its not under warranty??

Well thank goodness I decided to have it towed to Toyota Santa Monica for a second opinion. Before my car was even off the tow truck, Marlon Castillo greeted me and after telling him what was going on he responded with "no no, you are definitely still under warranty." (!!!!!!)

And indeed I was! Thanks to Marlon and Toyota of Santa Monica and their expertise and knowledge in their profession, my car was completely fixed (about $6000 worth of parts and labor) under warranty! Needless to say this was a huge weight off my shoulders. Marlon kept me up to date with everything that was going on and even though my car took a little longer to be fixed than I was told, he made up for it by completely waiving my whole rental car fee! I drove my fixed up car away without paying a cent!

The customer service I received from Marlon was 100%!! As a customer of Toyota I went from being completely disheveled and angry with the other dealer to happy and thankful with Toyota Santa Monica. I felt as though Marlon went above and beyond his job title by making sure I was completely taken care of and not taken advantage of. He even made sure I knew exactly why and what warranty my car was still under so that I could get my diagnostic fee back from this other dealership.

All in all, I had a great experience and give mad MAD props to Marlon Castillo for being a great serviceman but above that, having class and tact with his costumers. I felt like he was on my side the whole time and was really truly there to do anything he could to help me out. (And thats hard to find...) I highly recommend the Toyota Santa Monica service department next time your car is feeling blue! :)

He called me when he was supposed to, made sure the service was completed on time, and had the car washed-- as promised. All around excellent service!

Customer Relations Manager, Mike Gonzalez greeted me as soon as I approached the drive. He said that a Service Advisor would help me shortly. It took about 2 seconds before a Service Advisor was there to help. Lucky for me it was my usual and FAVORITE, Joanna Morgan. I didn't have time to make an appointment but they were able to take me in right away and help me with the issue. The service was prompt, with a smile and they even threw in a car wash! I highly recommend Joanna. She been helping me for the better part of 6 years and has never steered me wrong. I recommend booking ahead. She always does her research and knows my service history. She's the best!!!

Henry Park took his time in assisting me and my mom.
Being a older lady my mom needed a patient sales person to explain to her the modern functionalities of a car.
Henry provided just that by answering every question my mom had for him.
