Leon Poole is the best salesman and always takes care of my needs and understands what I am looking for in vehicles. I purchased the RAV 4 and a Tacoma Truck this year. My consultant Seth was very professional and compassionate about helping me! He got to me as fast as he could, and gave me a courtesy call before completing the work in my vehicle! I have owned a Toyota for many years and I continue to come back to Toyota after owning other brands of vehicles because of the service like I received from Toyota of McDonough! Seth even called a couple of days later to follow up with me to make sure my vehicle was running better after the work that was done! Sales-had problem trying to purchase new vehicel, ended up purchasing at another dealer. Sevice - have never had a bad event regarding service. Maintenance has always been done in a timely manner and the vehicle is brought back clean. Small issue as to where they put ones vehicle when it is ready.

I went for a specific car that they said they still had when I got there it was gone and the tried to pass another car on me saying it was the same but the price was 4,000 more. They were pushy and I felt they didn't think I knew what I was talking about because I was a woman.

My wife took her 2014 4runner in to have the airbag recall done and asked what it would cost to have it cleaned up and she was told 49.95 . When she went to pick it up the charge was 74.91 . After bringing the overcharge to the service writers attention the charge was dropped to 58.25 . The detail charge of 58.25 was 49.99 plus other charges including 5.00 shop supplies and 35 sales tax and 2.95 epa compliance fee that no one bother to mention . I do know where I come from when you tell a customer a price that is the price . Plus she spent 30 minutes trying to get someone to answer the phone at the service department and finally had to call the main office to see if they could find someone . Jim Ellis may have bought McDonough Toyota but it remains a smoke and mirrors dealership . BTW , don't insult my intelligence by telling me to call a manager . The manager can find me and call me just like the folks calling and wanting me to trade there can find me but that will never happen .
I have purchased 2 cars here during the past year. I have been extremely satisfied with my purchases. Both salesmen I worked with were very professional. My first salesman moved into a finance role. Most recently I had the opportunity to work with Milton Hall. He was professional and not pushy like salesmen at some dealerships I have visited. Even came back to the dealership to meet me after his shift. Ask for him by name.
I have also been very satisfied with the service department so far. I feel that my wait times here are shorter than other dealerships.
Long wait time set up an appt for 8:30. Was there from 8:30-12:30. They where out of freon so the problem was never Fixed.

Some of the people here were great. Two sales people in particular really shone. But the back room tried to bait and switch. Kept saying the car I wanted was available, only to run in to problems, delays, and disappointments even after we put a down payment on the car. Ended up investing at least eight hours of time over three days, and getting no car. Can it really be this hard to find someone who actually wants my money?

I went to this dealership for a used 4-Runner and was very happy when I left - it was a Sunday and Greg was a real pleasure to deal with. I received a call almost 2 weeks later that I had to come back in to "re-do" my loan, because apparently the paperwork I signed initially did not mean anything. Meanwhile, my BMW that I traded in has now been listed on their site while they have not even sort of paid off the loan. I went back in and was forced to put money down AND had to re-do my loan with a higher rate, or I could give the new car back?? Then after this, I have now found out that the full loan was not paid off on my car that I traded in, so now my credit has taken a hit AND the car is still sitting on their lot without the title in hand. In my opinion, this dealership is one of the worst experiences I have ever had, and went from being really pleasant to really terrible to work with. Every time I call finance and leave a message, or even speak with someone in person, I am told it will be handled which is a complete joke. I would steer clear of this dealership if you have the option.

Malcom is the bomb.com. Him and his Mgr Lacy got me into what I came in and wanted. They also completely took my headache away from my ( other brand ) car. I have been stressing because of the other brand not having the best rep as far as reliability and mine was coming up on 200k miles. They completely got me out of my negative equity with their special of 4K above KBB on your trade in when purchasing a new toyota. This is exciting and such a peace of mind.

I had the best experience with Jim Ellis Toyota. I worked with Myles Payne and he was great from start to finish. He was super responsive, answered any and all questions we had, and from the time I called to purchase a vehicle to home delivery took a day- and this includes Myles driving over three hours to pick up the vehicle from a different location. I've worked with other dealerships IN PERSON and they took much longer than this. We are both very pleased with our new car, and would gladly work with Myles and his team again!

This was the WORST car buying experience EVER. The most incompetent and inconsiderate set of salespeople I ve encountered. We were in the process of purchase a car for my mother in law. She realized she didn t have her pay stubs. It was 5:30 and they closed at 6pm. She lived close by and we asked the salesman Marquis if they would be able to accommodate if we to get them a returned five minutes after their closing time he said without hesitation, sure come on back. My father in law stayed at dealership while we rushed back to the house. We returned as discussed 5 minutes after 6 pm. We rushed in with the pay stubs and found our salesman. One the finance managers came out and looked me up down like a was an alien. He was dismissive and disrespectful. Our salesman came out and said we are closed we won t be able to finish because the finance managers are closing up. I looked at him and I asked if he didn t communicate to his managers that he had us leave to come back. He stood and looked at me like a big dummy. What kills me is my father in law sat there for 30 minutes and he never once thought to let him know to tell us that they wouldn t be able to help us. They clearly didn t communicate and the jerk managers were too racists to even give us a second look. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME AT THIS PLACE! So disappointed in the lack of customer service and lack of professional courtesy.
My son went in with a Pre approval for Capital One. The salesman was nice (Doing his job). Capital One said pre approved, no down payments and low payments. My son is 20. They ripped him off so bad it is ridiculous. NEVER EVER EVER AGAIN will we shop for ANY Toyota again. The Finance Manager came out and said " 17 % interest, 671 payments for 72 months"....then he said if you have a down payment I'll get your payments around $585 per month. So he pit a $500 down payment. So as my husband and I went to go to an appointment we came back my son had already signed the paperwork. But when my husband looked at it it said "22% interest rate, $671 per month payment and the loan was NOT even through Capital One. Then my son gets 5 alerts from Hard inquiries. Which brought his credit score down. He's going to pay $48, 000 for Toyota Corolla. Don't trust this place. UNLESS YOU PAY 100% CASH! I would give a zero but couldnt.lo

Next day, I came to pick up my Van, they wanted for money( 2000 more), I was told I signed for L model. Luckily, I had VIN and all the paperwork to proved. They did not honor the contract. Customer service lacking after the sale. Didn't receive my tag registration. When I called Toyota to inquire, was told I should go to the tag office. Tag office advised that Toyota never had the emissions done. Toyota sales manager advised me to go to Honda to get the emissions. Thanks... think I'll go to Honda to buy my next car.

I own a Lexus ES350 and take it here for service since there isn't a Lexus dealership nearby. They never disappoint! Service is extremely quick...I never make an appointment, but I'm always in and out. They make reasonable recommendations for service and are good about letting you know what needs immediate attention and what can wait. Love the car wash provided, too. The exterior looks like new after a visit here...the inside...not so much. Lol.

Went to Toyota McDonough for routine oil and filter change. While servicing my car the mechanic noticed additional problems with the car. Stephanie, at Service Dpt customer service, was very informative and helpful. I opted to have the repairs done. Stephanie had the dealer's van to drop me off at a lunch place. Everyone made my stay comfortable and my car drives like a charm now.

If you want an honest and fair deal for a car you are purchasing New, then do not purchase a vehicle from this dealership. Jim Ellis s sales manager Gary Escoto is shady and dishonest. He was very rude to my wife and I cutting us off multiple times while we tried to negotiate a better deal. He even went so far as to call us Ridiculous. Jim Ellis also advertises that they will match Kelly Blue Book prices; however, when we brought that price up we were told by the sales manager that they wouldn t be able to meet that price offer. I gave this dealership multiple opportunities to gain my business and they mistreated my wife and I. Their prices offers aren t even aggressive. We got a better more aggressive offer from a rival dealership and Jim Ellis said they would only be able to match that offer rather than try to give us a better offer or some type of incentive to purchase the vehicle from their dealership.

All went fine, rotated tires, checked fluids . Rear wiper blade was not covered so will have to gt my own. Quite expensive at $21.00. I was told that it was over 12,000 miles. I has always been noisy so , So be it!
