I really enjoyed purchasing my new 2021 Corolla at this dealership. I am generally very cautious about purchasing at a traditional dealership due to some very negative experiences in the past, but Jim Ellis surprised me! Luis Robertson was a great salesperson. I test drove the 2021 Corolla, he explained all of the features in detail to me, they appraised my trade in vehicle and offered me a very fair amount for my old vehicle. I went through with the purchase and think I ended up with a really good deal on a vehicle I truly enjoy driving. Thank you!
I ended up with a nail in my tire 2 weeks after purchasing the car and luckily, included road hazard insurance when I purchased the vehicle. I showed up without an appointment at the service department, but Dana Hull got me in and out in less than an hour and I could still make it to work! I really appreciated that this morning. Very nice, modern waiting area. Looking forward to getting my car serviced here! :-)

It was my worst experience!! Poor sales talk and rude sales manager. Online sales price I checked, was ok. So I drove down to have test drive and after test drive I felt it should have some work to fix. So I offered my price affordable to me. Instead of saying we cannot accept your price, Sir . They said what did you think in your mind to come here. Wow!!! This is call poorest customer satisfaction. This could be my forth car from Toyota dealership but this particular dealership has arrogant sales team. Forget about customer satisfaction I would not treat any human like this.

This place is fake the post a use car on CarGurus just to bring people to this location then the want to offer you a finance even though speaking with someone online and making appointment and when you get there the tell you the car is not available or due to the law the car is in the shop so we can show you. Just a waste of time because I have beg my husband after work to get to this place so we can pay cash for the car which was online for $4000 and the online specialist named was Stephen slagle and he directed me to ask for Malcolm at this location and we got there was no one named Malcolm but was greeted by a little boy trying to help us finance a car. People be careful because it just a business tactics.

I purchased a 2011 Toyota Camry from Toyota of McDonough. We have owned the vehicle for about a month now and it was in great shape for a 2011 and runs great. The salesman was great. Believe it or not, most of the time spent was not the negotiation on price, but, agreeing on the financing rate. I was a little firm with that because I had been pre-approved with my credit union at a certain interest rate. Thy did eventually match the rate and I was able to drive the vehicle out that day. The only negative I had was that the vehicle only came with one Smart Key remote and they stated that they did not have another. Then after researching on the internet, I realized why they did not offer to give/make me one. Dealerships are now charging customers $500 - $900 for a new Toyota Smart Key. Gouging us. With further researching on the internet/Youtube, EBay and a local Locksmith, I think I can get one for a substantially cheaper price. Overall, my experience was pretty good.

I and friend went there three times on 2/24,25,26/17 to trade my Toyota Camry 2015 SE with getting 2017 SE and financed a new one for my friend. The deal was supposed to be $16878.00 but in fact that they were trying to tell us that there car had a special addons which I didn't believe them at all and charged us $2000 after I spoke with a Seles manger to get the price down to $599 instead $2000 By the way I already financed my 2015 SE with Toyota bank 18 months ago with 0% Interest at Atlanta Toyota. The seals person was horrible his name is Erin Sims who didn't do nothing other ways was complaining about our negotiation on the price which he already added the $2000 a special addons and $2400 VSA also the Tax was different every time I went there whether I got same deal or not Which was very weird. Finally I was there today and spoke with Seles manger who said that he wouldn't have that much of time today MR. Joe No more negotiations While the store wasn't busy at all at 12pm after he added 7.99 Interest which was almost $5700 for whole 6 years, so my goal is if you are looking to weast your time and throw your money in the trash than I suggest you to go there with 0% results .

I recently had the opportunity to buy two vehicles, one through Toyota of Mcdonough the other through Carvana. The experiences were extremely different. At Toyota I spent practically half a day, Carvana 20 minutes finding the right car 20 minutes doing paperwork at home on my computer and had the car delivered to my front door. At Toyota I got to deal with the back and forth of let me talk to the manager only to get the price as high as possible for the best possible commission. At Carvana I was offered a no haggle price well below blue book without all the extra fees. At Toyota I was able to take a 20 minute test drive, at Carvana I was able to take a week long test drive. Honestly there is absolutely no comparison the customer service with Carvana is top notch, I will never again deal with the brow beating of a traditional car dealer when there is a company like Carvana. They will be getting all my business from this point forward.
I would love to share my experience with on purchasing my VERY FIRST own car of January 10, 2018 by Mr. Leon Poole . I ve been talking for days with my mother on buying a car and she encouraged me to not do a buy here pay here car place. So I took my time to look at car some dealerships and Toyota of McDonough was my first option to look for a car . I searched and search and just feel in love with any Toyota Corolla and I got pre-approved online to get one. I was immediately contacted by a representative from the dealership. I was very nervous on going up there by myself so I ask my cousin if he could help me on what should I do and join me to look at a car for information. So as I walked in on Tuesday January 9th 2018 and Mr. Leon assisted me And my cousin on what I was there for . First, he ask me question that made me think real hard on if I should take this big step . As me being 23 years old I m practically a grown woman and Mr. Poole said now are you willing to do this yourself or do you think you ll need you momma s blessing? I thought hard a said Ima need mommas blessing but Mr. Poole gave me a EVEN more blessing . He got all my information and during the experience he gave me adult life advice, made a couple jokes on while we wait to see if I can get car. My cousin and I felt comfortable around him there was no shame in his game .. he kept everything real with . Next thing you know Mr. Leon comes back with 2 good news for me .. as being a first time buyer I didn t need Mommas blessing and I was able to get a 2018 Toyota Corolla like I asked . I felt excited but still had a little bubble guts lol . He showed me the car like a young adult I am and made me feel even more in love with the car and it was PERFECT . Test drove the car LOVED IT . So long story short he told me I can leave today with the car and once he said that I was too nervous to even think right but my cousin said No let s talk to our main ladies at home and see what they say . And the next day Wednesday January 10th 2018 I left the lot with my own car a 2018 Toyota Corolla with no co-signer nor my mommas blessing. I did it all on my own and I greatly appreciate Mr. Leon Poole on with my experience on making my first step of my Dreams/Goals come true this year as a grown young lady I am. His presents, atmosphere of a good personality he will work with for top and bottom and of course keep it real until your satisfied with your purchase. If your looking for a great Salesman I ll recommend Mr. Leon Poole to ANYBODY because he s the man to make your dreams come true.

I went in to do some research on options we were looking for since our 2007 Camry was starting to give us some issues at 120,000 miles. Went through the USAA Car Buying Service to get a point of contact. (Told USAA I was looking for a 2017 Toyota Prius Four Touring and they gave me three Priuses but none of them the Four.). We had ridden in a friend's Prius a few years back and was surprised at how much room there was. It also had the hatchback storage which somewhat made up for the battery pack that took a lot of room out of the Camry Hybrid trunk we had seen. To thoroughly check it out, we rented a Prius in 2015 in California and drove it from San Francisco to LA and back. Very impressed. But just wasn't ready to buy.
Spoke to Alexis Fuller and explained I was just looking and wanted some information on the Prius Four Touring. She connected me with Leon Poole, one of their PRO (their acronym) sales people. He's been in the business for over 14 years and was ranked as a PRO, their top line sales person. He spent the day with me with very few interruptions from other customers. Showed me the Prius Four Touring they had, showed me the RAV4 Hybrid (which I hadn't considered but it was nice to compare). Did not have the Avalon Hybrid I would have looked at (closes to the Camry we already owned). Answered all my many questions and if he didn't know the answer (a rarity), he went and looked it up to make sure he was giving me the correct info.
During this time, they were working on my wife's care and told me the expected costs for the 120K mile check, tire pressure sensor, and the potential impact of a "Check Engine" light + "Check Vehical Stability Control" light. Decided it was time to buy rather than pay a large repair bill that may indicate more difficulties coming as the car was getting a little old. Called my wife to come down and check out what I had found.
Since we had already been talking about getting a new car when the time was right, she agreed that with the issues with the 2007, the time was right. She drove the RAV4 and the Prius and decided on the Prius for the features and gas mileage. The fact that the price was the same as the one I got through USAA (well below MSRP). They also gave us a fair trade-in on the Camry and didn't have to pay the large repair bill we were accruing. At the end of the day, we drove out of there in a new 2017 Toyota Prius Four Touring and continue to enjoy it.
Thought the Service Department was excellent and, of course, the Sales people (Alexis and Leon). Would highly recommend Toyota of McDonough. We have had both of our Toyotas services there and have never been unhappy with the service.
I purchased a 2015 Toyota Corolla and the experience was amazing. I spoke to the finance guy and gave him my information over the phone. I was extremely adamant about not wasting time due to past credit issues. He called me back and told me to come in, I WAS APPROVED! I went later that evening. He had already left for the day, but another salesman handled the paperwork. Mind you they close at 9 and it was 8:30 ish. The salesman was tired. He had been there all day. I could tell. But, he was so pleasant and patient. Everything was already arranged pretty much when I got there. Due to the finance guy not being there I could not finalize the paperwork that evening. That day was on a Wednesday. I had to come back that Friday. But I drove out with a basic certified pre-owned 2014 Toyota Corolla with 28k miles. (Which is what I qualified for) When I returned to finalize my paperwork; somehow, the finance guy asked me if I wanted to keep it or upgrade to a 2015 standard Toyota Corolla with the same payment and terms. I was totally in shock. & Of course I drove off in the 2015 with 11 miles. THIS WAS THE BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!

This dealership will have you do unnecessary repairs and not actually fix the problem. My car was making a sound and I bought it in for a Full diagnostic. The diagnostic indicated that I had a bad bearing. I got the repairs done which cost me close to $600. As I was driving out of the dealer the sound was back. So I turned around to tell them. They started saying well we don't know what that is and for them to get to the root of the problem they would have to do another diagnostic. I was furious. Now they're telling me that I have bad rotors in the rear and that they need to be replaced. That's BS. Rotors don't make that type of sound when they're bad. They vibrate if they were bad. You need to stop taking advantage of folks. We work hard for our money to be lying to us like this. The money is not even going your pockets because you're not Toyota. You're only an employee. So tell the truth. Never go here. Nothing but con artist...And I don't want no reply from the owner trying to defend your position unless you are willing to give me my money back.

I had a great experience both purchasing the vehicle as well as have the first 5K mile service. very friendly and to my surprise the car was washed. I will recommend this dealership to all. the sales group is also very knowledgeable and at the same time not pushy at all. you can walk the lot without getting harassed every 5 minutes.
Overall it was pretty good and I feel like I got an okay deal but on my purchase order the truck said it had 6 miles but when I drove it off the lot it had over 300 miles on it and a parking pass for the Atlanta airport on the dashboard. I know they had to take it somewhere to have the spray in liner done but seriously doubt it was at the airport or that far away from the dealer. The salesperson who was nice told me after I was about to drive it away that the owner had been using it. So I was not too happy about that. I was never informed of this until after.
Horrible service. We arrived before 9 am for s 9 am appt. Almost 2 hours already, just for an oil change and tire rotation and our car is still not ready. This is beyond ridiculous. Why make an appt

Very pleasant buying experience. The salesman Erin Sims was very professional and not pushy at all. When we first pulled up he started walking toward us and I was thinking oh no.. here comes a pushy salesman (shark) I just want to look without pressure and atleast get an idea of cost and options on car But to my surprise he asked if we needed help or did we just want to look by ourselves. He went and got the key to unlock the vehicle and was willing to just step back. We talked with the salesman and came to a buying agreement then when we got into the finance office I feel the finance mgr. tried to pull a fast one adding 3 months to the term we agreed on and hoping we wouldn't notice but we did and he tried to say that's what we needed to do to get the pmt. we wanted and we didn't agree but in the end the original terms were honored....Just be very care when it comes to that. In the end I got the vehicle I wanted which was hard to locate this vehicle anywhere else (White 4Runner withXp package)at a term I Could live with.

Whenever I've taken my car into McDonough Toyota, I've been greeted right away, and the service techs have always been very helpful. I'm treated like a valued customer, and they get my car taken care of in a timely manner. It's always been a very good experience for me, and I feel that I can always trust them.
The only reason I didn't give this a 5-star rating, is because that says "loved it". While I'm very happy with Toyota of McDonough, who, honestly, can say that they actually "loved" going to the car dealer??? Sure, they're nice, do a good job, the donuts are great, but.....
I bought a Tundra at the McDonough dealership a couple years ago and had a generally good experience with the process and the price was great. The issues arose after the sale. They could only find one key for the truck and promised to send me the other. They never did, and after a few phone calls I gave up. Also, they charged me for floor mats ($300!) that weren't in the truck. They said I could come by and they would give them to me so I did a few days later.
The kicker to why I write this email is because now, 3 years after buying the truck, I had a flat tire on the highway while moving to CA. No problem... I got out to put on the spare... went to pull out the jack and... NO JACK. They didn't even put in the tool to get the tired down from under the bed. ALSO while I bought the extended warranty, the driver's side door lock stopped working, and somehow wasn't covered when I brought it in for service in CA. Nor could they provide the missing items.
When I emailed, and called the McDonough dealership, I got a run around between different personnel and was called about "My interest in buying a new vehicle." Thanks, but no.
So lesson for anyone else is, go here and get a good deal, but make sure you get EVERYTHING before leaving the lot, because they won't help you once you've paid.
Toyota of McDonough is the absolute Best. They have Very reliable staff, dependable customer service, and professional service. Charles helped me get my Lola serviced. I was very impressed and when I got back Lola he made sure that there wasn't any accidental dirt caused by the service that can happen and has happen to me. It's always a blast going and hearing Charles's stories. I'll definitely be back again and again . Thank you Charles for your professional and courteous customer service which is rare these days.
Great customer service. I had a screw in a tire that I didn't know about. Went in to just get a car wash and they found it before I was stranded on the side of the road with a flat. Took care of it in just a few minutes!!

Efficient and courteous service from the minute I drove into the bays, had the car's needs assessed, through the time I checked out and drove off the property. Everything was carefully explained and they were willing to give the assessment a second time over the phone to my husband. Having the comfortable customer service lounge helped as well. Wouldn't take my car anywhere else.

I came and brought my vehicle in for a wheel bearing issues right before the 4th of July. My vehicle was under warranty still. Got a call saying there was a nail in the sidewall and I needed to replace it. Had a bad feeling about it for some reason and told them to wait. I have taken my vehicle to TWO separate tire places since and both have said there is absolutely no nail in my tire whatsoever. I called to speak with the service manager about this. I was told the manager was with another customer and I could leave a message or hold. I chose to hold. After holding for 15min the lady told me the manager wouldn t be able to come to the phone at all that day. I drove up there. They wanted me to bring my car back up, so they could evaluate it themselves and see if they could find the nail in my tire. Again, I had a horrible gut feeling that if I brought it back by that there would in face magically be something wrong with my vehicle so opted not too. I say all this because I want people to make sure you check and see for yourself something is there. Easily could have told them to go ahead and change it and charge me the $200 they wanted for no reason at all.
For the past 5 yrs I have saved for my dream car. Knowing exactly to the tee what I wanted and have saved for, not only did they locate my car but over extended my expectations. I was very frightened at purchasing a new vehicle but with the best sales associate and the price I was able and 100% satisfied with my purchase.
Worst car experience of my life! Not upfront very sneaky and manager tried to sell me a car for not only $3k over market price but then lowered to $1k OVER what it was advertiSed for online!!!!! Check online prices first before you go here!!! Oh... For extra fun while the sales people were trying to figure out numbers a very irate customer came storming in cussing up a storm looking for someone who he clearly felt had screwed him over too!! Then Seth called and decided to call back and try to save deal by arguing about how they need to find ways to make a profit
