the maintenance was good however, not everything was included as per the verbal quote given by john (service) which was the air filter to be included in the price but I guess that is what it is the way your company does business.

I called the day before Thanksgiving for a service on my Highlander. They got me in for the service that same day. They diagnosed that I needed brakes, I was sure they would schedule another appt but they got everything done the same day. We are a toyota family and Toyota of Huntington Beach has always
handled our cars, they are friendly and professional, we trust the work they do.

Horrible parts dept "service". I've never experienced a less polite approach to any transaction in my entire life. I get it, it was close to closing time, but they didn't want me in there from the first second I walked in. I'm pretty sure their job is to sell parts to make money, but this dept is not interested in customers or doing their job. I typically get in and get out, no fuss...but I was enraged by the time I left the HORRIBLE HUNTINGTON BEACH TOYOTA PARTS DEPT.

Steve G. Of Toyota has always looked out for my car. Always makes sure what is the most on my Rav4. Service is great I love the changes.

My car was due for it's transmisson and 90k service. Tyler was so helpful with explaining everything that was going to be performed, listened to my concerns about a shifting issue, and followed through to make sure everything with my extended warranty took care of me. I'm so thankful for his awesome attitude and attention to my car. He rocks!

Facility is very clean, got my truck back right away (2-3 hrs for diagnosis of a long time squeak in the suspension and trans flush/overall inspection)
Omar figured it, lubed it and it went away, Bought new shocks per recommendation and will have them do the job if/when squeak comes back (I ve had three other Independent shops look at it and they were guessing). Great communication, professional and will work with you. Dealer rates are higher but better than your car stuck at a shop for weeks with more complicated issues (I ve experienced this). You get what you pay for! The car wash is a plus as well

Had the pleasure of working with Paul Dankin and Todd Eyster to lease my 2017 Prius. This location has a very large selection of vehicles and they had the exact model and color I've been looking for. I felt at ease with Paul who did a thorough job of explaining all of the vehicle features and finance options. Very knowledgeable and friendly. The negotiation process was quick and I got a great deal. The paperwork process was also very quick with Todd. The thing I appreciated most was that neither tried to sell me products that I clearly said I didn't want or need (unlike a lot of other dealerships I visited before).

The only complaint I have is that I set a very clear total monthly payment budget for everything. However, during the negotiations, I guess Paul forgot to include the gap insurance fee. He made it sound like it was already included in the total. It wasn't until after I had signed all of the papers that I was told this would push me over my budget (this might just be my mistake as a first time buyer).

Nevertheless, this doesn't discourage me from coming again and I would still recommend this location to others. I still got a great deal and Paul and Todd both provide quality service and I had an enjoyable experience.

Very friendly, courteous and most efficient. We purchased this vehicle new from this agency this past August and the experience was outstanding in every respect. We just had our first service the other day and that was outstanding experience as well. I highly recommend this agency . The salesman even called me recently to see if we were happy with the car and if I had any problems or concerns with it. Most impressive.

After visiting some pushy irritating salesmen in a few dealers in Orange County, it was an excellent experience in Huntington Beach Toyota. The dealership is clean and well maintained compared to other Toyota dealers on the same street. All staff members including the receptionist are very friendly. The price is very competitive and approximately matched with the prices that we saw on the Internet.
The salesman Paul Danklin is excellent. He patiently listened to what we had to say, explained the pros and cons of various models and recommended a few cars that best fits our budget and needs. After an hour discussion, we got the feeling that they are honest. So, we decided to buy from Paul even if we didn t get any price reduction.
I had to take it to service for a minor problem but the service took care of the issue in short time. Steve and Lars were very helpful in addressing the problem even though I took the car without an appointment.
Overall, I am very satisfied with the dealership.
A year later: Service is too busy. Adding someone to pick up phone calls is recommended.

Offered advertised price, they said great! offered a deposit, I said I didn't want the car sold out from under me, they said not needed that could not happen. I said I wanted to have the car inspected, they said oh?.....sorry we sold it to someone else. This company sells its dignity cheap but they do a stellar job of up holding the used car salesman stigma.

The sales rep Robert Irvin was attentive every step of the way. My car buying experience was incredible and enjoyable.

No solid opinion other than a slight postive one, I've only bought parts from them not a car

I purchased a used car from this dealership (Matt) 3 months ago. Very happy with the car but unhappy that after purchasing the car I was told there was no spare key when we went to drive off the lot. These things are expensive! Matt told me he would call the previous owner and he would return the key. I had to follow up. Matt did not get the key but said he would send me to an after market guy to get a spare done at my expense. Did not follow up again. I called again so he said he would send me the key guys phone # and I could do it myself. He did not. Each time I expressed that the contract we made included the expectation of 2 keys in the deal and that I thought they should pay for the second key. The next time I called because there was no follow up I spoke to a manager (not Matt's manager?) and he said the car was priced based on the fact there was no second key. I told him he was incorrect, see above story. He promised to get Matt's manager to call me back by the end of business that day. Guess what? That was a month ago and there has been no follow up. I see that the reviews on Yelp and Yahoo are not very good but seem perfect here. I wonder if my review will stay? I am still planning on more attempts to contact this dealership so hope they will eventually pay for my second key and I can provide an updated review. Still very disappointed that there has been no progress this far. Honestly, I think they are lucky that I am not demanding that the car be re-keyed since there is a key to my car out there somewhere.

Update: Matt did call me after this review was posted and we did arrange to come get a second key made. It looks identical to the original key and they paid for it so I am now satisfied. Special shout out to RJ who helped us when no one else was available. He explained that the key we would get would be fine in a way I believed and made me feel better that the dealership cared and that I would get a resolution. Thank you Toytota of Huntington Beach for following up on this key issue.

There's a reason why I bought my Toyota from Toyota of Huntington Beach from the moment I walk in there I was greeted by Oscar, I was impressed by not only Oscar and the whole staff that Toyota of Huntington had I will definitely buy my next when they're Android would recommend.

Long and hopeless search for a car in Huntington beach until i visited Toyota of Huntington beach! Someone is always there to help and direct you where to go. Pedro was great in finding the best car for me although i didn't know what i was looking for in the first place. But he was very positive and kept my hopes high and didn't give up until i found the right car. The leasing process was very easy, and they went above and beyond to get us the best deal. The manager Luis was very helpful too and didn't let us down either. Marc the finance manager was great too and made every detail clear and he even gave us a free beach parking pass for a year. Thank you so much, after only one week in california you made me feel at home!

I had a great experience here the first time around but when coming back for promised damage to be fixed, horrible time. They gave us a really hard time over missing a deadline IN A PANDEMIC. If you are immunocompromised, DO NOT come to this place. Half their employees are not wearing masks, they don't ask unmasked customers to put one one and sometimes even had unmasked employees in small enclosed rooms with whole families who were wearing masks. I had to sit there in this environment for two hours to be told to come back Monday. They saved face once I got upset and made a scene but I am looking forward to never going back. So glad I was forced to purchase thousands of dollars in service plans I only got to use once.

They keep me informed....and support me by prioritizing my maintenance/repair items.

I called in ahead of time and talked to John K. to see if I could get my car serviced. He told me when best to drop by and helped me get in and out super quick. Also got a coffee and donut while I waited. I didn't buy my Toyota from hunting beach Toyota but I wish I had because the service is great there.

I lost the transmission out of my beloved SUV and needed a new truck for my work.
We saw one we loved the look of at Toyota of Huntington and drove from San Clemente.
Daniel Rodriguez was up to bat and he was amazing. Walked us through it all, friendly not over pushy.
When we went to sign papers, they took me in to see Marc, again what a guy. Just made me feel welcome and taken care of.
When I'm ready for another car or have a friend in need, I'll be sending them there.

Worst car buying experience ever! After negotiating a price on a pre-certified used vehicle, they ran the financing paperwork for $3000 more than we agreed to. A total scam-double and triple check these people. They will lie, cheat and steal. They are not to be trusted, especially Matt.

My experience with Toyota of Huntington Beach has been more than I could ask for. I have never had a better experience with a car dealership in my life. John in service was extremely helpful and great.

As far one of the most horrible costumer service I have received. I bought a car about a month ago...
They were very rude. The only one that actually help us in a nice and pleasant way was the person that did all of our paper work. They gave us a wrong key to the car to up to this day I have not received. I have called and email and no one has etched out or anything. All they care is to make the sell.... I have gotten Toyota s before but I have NEVER experience such HORRIBLE costumer service.

Rudest customer service experience I have ever gone through in ANY sector and it extended all the way up to the "alleged" supervisor. Very pushy and disrespectful. Take your business elsewhere!

Ok I picked up my car, I must say that the service department look at you wondering around and they don't even bothering to ask you what do you need, so my 3 goes to sales dept.. half goes to the very bad services department.

Toyota if Huntington Beach has always been professional and efficient. They keep us informed all the way through the service. They are quick and always clean the car thoroughly when they are done. Everyone we have worked with have been friendly and knowledgeable.

Sales side try to be good but there all really old and not in touch with todays youth and how technology helps us know more about the deal we are about to get into. Old school dealer tricks do not work anymore! I'm giving a one star rating for the service side of things. I bought a brand new Prius C and have been taking it to service two days in a row now. They don't understand that people have jobs and can't cater to there schedule.........I'm writing this after waiting 3 hours for a shuttle to come pick me up. Very disappointed

I'll try to keep this short and sweet.. This was my second time buying a vehicle here. First was a 2016 Tacoma so you can imagine the amount of money they made off me on that one. "The reason this matters is because Frank looks at deals as winning". Six months later my wife needs a new car so we found a Subaru only good deal on the lot and only because they had the vehicle for 100 days+. They said they are doing me a favor on selling me this car that's under blue book. They don't do deals like that frank the sales manager says... lol so I got my own financing which they did not like because they weren't going to make money on that end. Then my pre approval letter from credit union was "FAKE" they said. Oh then I got accused of hiding things on my credit like a bankruptcy, repos etc...! So no deal unless I let them run a "soft" inquiry on my credit so I can prove to them I'm not hiding anything even though 6 months prior they financed my $36,000 truck lol... they tried to finance me with out me signing any paper work! have a denial letter from the credit union that I used! And those soft inquiries were hard ones on all 3 bureaus! Left that dealership getting mean mugs the whole way out. Even when I brought them their check the next day.....CROOKS & LIARS. Take your business elsewhere! I'll never be back not even for an oil change !

People to avoid at all cost Frank & Jerry both mangers and class acts oh and you can't miss Jerry, the fat angry one that wears his pants past his belly button and his glasses at the end of his nose..the bad attitude pours out of him as he makes eye contact with you...

Had a condescending saleswoman named Rachel or ali Russel. She stated that the car is too much car for me. Lol. She has no idea how much money i make or anything. But i wont personally insult her on her intelligence or ignorance... Definitely not coming back to this store. Also to note they are not about giving any discounts so dont expect much. Keep it up guys thats how you lose customers to your competitors.

We leased a 2020 Rav4 at Toyota of Huntington Beach! Todd Wilson was wonderful to us, and patiently showed us the options we had until we found the exact car we wanted! Our finance man, Chris, was awesome, too! No high pressure, relaxed and very friendly! We have bought all but 1 of our cars at Toyota of Huntington Beach over the last 15 years and love it there! While I was away for the weekend, these snakes scared my parents into trading in my 2015 Toyota Corolla Sport with a $250/month lease payment for a 2018 Toyota Corolla Le for a $390 lease payment WITHOUT ME BEING PRESENT. Mind you, my lease was supposed to end towards the end of the year, and I did NOT have any co-signers when I leased my previous car... Does this mean that you can turn in ANYONE S car without their consent or them being present?! YUP. With Huntington Beach Toyota, you can!

These IMMORAL salespeople took advantage of my parents lack of car knowledge and tricked my parents into leasing a new car with them because they said that my current leased car was losing significant value. This is my second bad experience with Toyota. I am NOT spending my hard-earned money on this brand again... Oh wait. I m stuck paying an additional $140 per month for the next 3 years on a lower-tiered car. Thanks Toyota HB and you re welcome for your commission!

We live in Temecua, Riverside County and drove 85 miles, passing over a dozen Toyota Dealerships along the way to HB Toyota, in hopes of finding a RAV4 that fit our budget and requirements.

And the long drive from Temecula to HB Toyota really paid off!

We purchased a Pre Certified 2018 RAV4 LE that is in like-new condition for a price that really made the drive worth it. We found a large inventory of RAV4s to choose from in our price range and class of vehicle. Our sales team, Jose Gerardo and his manager Brian Maxwell, did an excellent job listening to our requirements and explained all the functionality and features of the LE and XLE trim packages in a way we could easily understand. .

It has been several years since I purchased a car from a dealership. I appreciate Jose and Brian's professional consultative sales approach that put us at ease and guided us to the vehicle that made the long drive to and from Temecula worth it.

Finally, when it came time to pay for the car, the financing manager at HB Toyota had some excellent recommendations that protected the vehicle within my budget and made purchasing process simple.

I've been a customer for years now and have always had a great experience servicing my vehicle there. Service advisor Omar Munoz is very professional and knowledgeable for when it comes to service. He is always very accommodating and is alwsys trying to go above and beyond to make sure the customer is happy.

Went in to get a minor tune up for $75.99, oil change, oil filter change, tires rotated, windshield cleaner filled, brakes checked, and other fluids inspected. Paid my $78.08 and when I picked up my truck I noticed I didn't get that usual courtesy exterior wash or windows clean, but that was ok! but because of that when I got home I noticed the same mud on my right rear tire still clearly visible, which lead me to believe that my tires were never rotated as stated on the work completion receipt. I contacted the service advisor, and customer service manager, who had to go inquire with the technician. Sure enough my tires were never even taken off, the tires were never rotated, which means my brakes were not properly inspected. I had to go lift the hood of my truck to check to see if the oil filter was replaced and to see if the oil was clean. They offered to pay me back for the tire rotation, and throw in a free air filter!!! not worth me driving back to wait at this facility. Makes you wonder how many other victims of maintenance fraud is going on behind the scenes! and how many folks are paying extra for incomplete paid service! its a shame you have to inspect your own vehicle.

Everyone at Toyota of HB was incredibly helpful from start to finish. Gersain got me into exactly the car i asked for (2017 charcoal grey 4Runner). The team definitely works hard to make sure their customers have a fantastic car buying experience. Definitely check out Toyota of HB! And they have a pretty cool Yeti coolers section in their lobby too! :)
