I was able to purchase my vehicle from the comfort of my home and received exceptional service from Oscar who texted me photos and was able to work over the phone to complete my sale. I enjoyed his support and service.
They have this e-price gimick via their website to make you believe you are getting a better deal, when it is just a way to get your info so they can get you in the door. Granted this was on a used car so I don't know about the way they deal on new. If you don't want to deal with the BS go to CarMax otherwise just your typical dealership trying to get the most money for themselves but telling you they care about you. Oh and the car I was looking at was higher than they said because they added a paint protector and door guards $900 and $150. But they didn't put the door guards on and the paint protector is a known markup that costs them very little so they can make 4-5 hundred extra on a car they paid too much for. ***Update*** The response below from them seems automated. I called and left a message for "Gina" but never got a call back. figures.

Double check and GET IN WRITING what exactly you are wanting on the car. My wife and I asked 5 specific times for a roof rack but when the car arrived... no roof rack. How much to add? $1500! Very disappointing. We feel SCAMMED. David in sales and his boss Buckey will nod their heads yes, and then not follow through. Frank the sales manager barely tried to resolve and just checked off the boxes for "yeah, I followed up".
Griff in finance is nice but unfortunately our request was lost in translation. Jeanee is the customer service rep. Her and Griff truly seem nice but could not help.
I have record of seven separate calls and me stopping by with my new car, over a 10 day period with no help at all.

I bought my 2020 Tacoma last weekend and I m loving it! I saw the truck on their online website and I gave them a call. James told me the truck was available and that he would have it ready for me when I showed up. Long story short everyone was helpful and very nice especially James! If you are looking for a new/used vehicle I would highly recommend this dealership.

They sold us a used Toyota Tundra with engine problems, unbeknownst to us, a blown head gasket (with antifreeze in the cylinder) and an oil leak that had been leaking for a very long time. It was only 22 hours after our major truck purchase from Toyota HB that the Engine Light came on, which I contacted them immediately from the roadside and then drove it back to the dealership.
Through many conversations with management thereafter and considering the dealership to do the needed repairs, we decided to return the truck for a full refund which they agreed to 10 days following!
My biggest concern was: If this vehicle passed through their regemented inspection process before putting this vehicle on their lot For Sale (as it was originally taken in as a trade in) ...what other kinds of needed repairs are not being recognized by their Toyota certified master mechanics?
My trust and confidence in this Toyota Tundra as well as this Toyota dealership have been compromised.

I have been going to Toyota of HB for over 15 years now and they always service my car perfectly. There is never an issue or a problem they can't solve. We have now bought three cars there and will return for service and the purchase of another car. Since Toyotas are so reliable, we seem to keep them at least ten years at a time.
We have a warranty contract with Toyota if Huntington Beach. Each service visit we have is always quick, the reps are attentive and courteous. My husband even said that the service alone would have him back here to purchase our next car!
Most dealerships are the worst place to service your car. Toyota of Huntington Beach is the exception. Great service.

Had been looking for a very specific Tacoma wanted the TRD off-road 4x4 went to several Toyota dealers local to us which we will not name but, not only did we not find the car we wanted but the service was horrible. We actually walked out on one dealer in particular. With that being said super grateful to everyone HB Toyota. Super cool environment, younger staff, and everyone is super knowledgeable. Stay away from Toyota of Huntington Beach. They are a bait and switch operation. We called on an advertised used car, spoke to a salesman about it, told him we were coming in from out of the area and were there within 75 minutes. When we got there the sales manager told us the car was there, but had been under contract since the day before and would we like to look at their other cars? NO!! Then the sales manager said we should wait around just in case the sale didn't go through. They wanted us to drive 50 miles each way for them to have a contingent buyer or sell us something else.
Easy appointment setup. Fast, curteous service. Nice waiting area to hang out while my truck was being serviced. They also offer a ride service.
Had a pleasant vehicle purchase experience here st Toyota of Huntington Beach. Ryan was very welcoming and comforting when test driving new renegade. Made it real easy for me to comfortably set up a plan of payment and walked away with a new car that day. I'll definitely be returning to Ryan and referring friends and family to him.

Didn't have to wait too long for regular maintenance (135000 miles). This included replacing the windshield wipers and front light.
Sales person we talked makes us drive from Santa Cruz CA when we arrived they already sold the car we wanted very poor sales commitment.
They refused to sell me a used car at a reasonable price and I watched as week after week the price fall below what I would ve paid. I bought a car somewhere else.
I would stay far away from this place. Whatever price they advertise online, expect it to be $2,000 - $4,000 higher when you actually talk to them. I was told "they forget that they did $2,500 of interior treatment." LOL. Nobody asked for that, so why do it? The most dishonest sales and finance people I've ever dealt with.

He was very transparent at the beginning and offered me the most competitive rate on a 2018 camry XSE. The process was very smooth and only took about 1.5 hours. Very bad service by Chris he was supposed to send me price for the cheapest used or new truck he has that can take at least 3 people for my landscaping crew before 4:30pm yesterday he never sent it or called me made me look incompetent in front of my boss. I don t recommend this dealership to anyone.
I got a wonderful deal on a new lease. Everyone treated me with kindness and respect here. Even on a crazy day like black friday, Huntington Toyota reached out and gave me the best customer service. No matter how small of a job, or big and involved, they are courteous and helpful. They answer all questions. I have recommended this Service Center to all of my family and friends especially who own a Toyota.

Wait time can be pretty long even with appointments. Tv in waiting lounge should be playing something that s safe for kids. Every time it s violent action movie or trashy talk shows that are filled with adults swearing & attacking each other. Upper management should be more mindful of the waiting room experience. It just feels like an area where they ditch you & don t care what the experience is like because they don t have to sit there for an hour.

It has been a week since I purchased my brand new Prius Prime Premium, not the car I wanted but the perfect one for my college life. Toyota helped me a lot by getting me out of a ridiculous Honda World lease contract that was killing my budget with a $785 payment every month (cold hearted people from below and up to the general manger, they just wanted a car sale). Toyota helped me by giving me the car I need with lots of savings: gas savings, insurance savings, 0% interest savings, and down payment savings that gave me peace of mind to continue grad school. Rodrigo (salesman) and Marc (finance man) took the time (even though it was almost midnight) to convinced me to get the Prius, it s my first electric car and I m kind of starting to love it for the gas savings.Although I left the dealer with a little bit of extra debt than with my ex-Honda contract, I m staring to realized it was the best decision ever after talking with the general manager Brad Pringle, who s very responsive and helpful. I m so happy to see that Toyota HB really cares about happy customers rather than selling cars only. All my friends and family would know what a huge help were on getting me out of Honda World. It s a drastic change from driving top of the line SUV to Prius Prime Premium, but a super smart decision for my budget. Thank you Marc, Rodrigo and Brad.

Tony was very helpful with getting me a loaner car after they found a problem with my water pump. Other dealership (NOT TOYOTA) left my wife stranded with 2 kid (age 1 and 4) with no loaner or any attempt to help with a rental car. That went a long way with me of care that Toyota of Huntington Beach gives to there customers.

Had an appointment to purchase a pre-owned car, drove an hour (with small children) to get there and Literally as soon as we pulled into the dealership we get a call from the sales guy that they sold it.
They didn't even bother to call us beforehand. Very poor customer service!

Took my car in - was told my inverter was clearly damaged and would need to be replaced to the tune of $5000 - took my car to my mechanic... spent $700 on new hoses and belts. Inverter works perfectly and there is zero clearly damaged in anyway... spent $100+ for a diagnostic that was complete BS.

Bruce Tine at Toyota of HB really worked hard to find and get me into a great used car that I could afford. I had not planned on buying a car anytime soon, but an accident left me no choice and of course the timing could not have come at a worse financial time. So although he knew I wasn t a high ticket customer, Bruce put the time and energy into not just finding me a good (aka safe and reliable) replacement car that was within my meager means, but managed to find me one that was actually an UPGRADE, with enough bells and whistles to make me excited about getting to drive my new car every day!!! (I went from hand crank windows to power everything with a moonroof!! I even have leather seats that heat up for heavens sake!!!).
The supporting staff was professional, personable & at times downright funny, making the painful process of crunching numbers & paperwork involved much more tolerable for the eternally frustrating ADHD aunts in my pants afflicted brain and body of mine!
Why 4 stars instead of 5? Considering I read that Toyota has the best CERTIFIED PRE-OWNED program out there (they have the longest & most comprehensive criteria list a used car must pass before they ll certify & stamp their name on it), they had a surprisingly small fleet of used cars available to show me. I was expecting/hoping to look at an array of options that first day!! My heart sank because I had been told they would have the most options for my limited budget but they only had 3 to show me after I drove an hour to get down there! But space is a limited commodity in Cali, my criteria was limited, and they get used cars in daily. I realized Bruce really did need to meet me in person to get the full scope of what I was looking for, wanted & could afford. After that he was able to tell me over the phone when something came in that met my needs and was worth the drive down.

Like you, I read reviews and my priority was to select the best Toyota dealership to service my 2020 4Runner. Toyota of HB is positively a fit for me. Was just in yesterday for new tires and an exhaust. I was totally pleased with my experience and working with Tony in Service. I was in and out on time, and Tony certainly met this arrangement. In fact, the truck was ready, washed, and waiting for me before I arrived. I appreciate genuine service and each person I met was friendly and attentive. Outstanding, and I will be back ~
Stay away!!! They sold me a CPO car and gave me a clean car fax. I later found out that it was in an accident with frame damage. They also never disclosed the car my mom bought was previously a rental. I ended up sueing them and winning.

Sales: Very pleasant experience with David. Very knowledgeable, polite, & helpful. We knew the car we wanted & he explained the benefits of owning that car. A small, but appreciated jester, was not charging for a paint touch up for the car that we asked for. He got the full price for the car as we felt like it was a fair price after talking to him.
Business: Mark was quite pleasant, no high pressure, explained programs well, made special concession when we told him the total price exceeded out budget. We felt like we had fair deal when we left & had signed up for top programs and he was able to maintain his price. Pleasant surprise was when he offered a Costco Discount, which we had considered using.
This was the most pleasant experience we have had with a car dealer. We brought our son along for support & he also was very impressed. Even though the dealership is quite far from our home we bought the service agreement & plan to bring it back to its home for service.

I previously went two other Toyota dealerships and this place is by far one of the most pleasant experiences you can have purchasing a car. Hai Nguyen was the salesperson kind enough to take care of me. He is very knowledgeable and goes above and beyond for his customers. More importantly he is super straightforward. Would highly recommend him to anyone who is nervous about purchasing a car.
I took my 4-Runner in for what should have been simple warranty work on the dash.. They said that they needed the car to be left for the day, I could pick it up in afternoon. No one called so I called and they needed another half day to finish. Next day no one called so I did and was told to pick it up at 11:00a.m. which I did. My car was given to me unfinished and stalled in the middle of Beach Blvd. right outside of their driveway. I got it started and it stalled two more times when I was turning around to take it back. I waited another 45 minutes and got my car back. A few days later I needed to defrost the rear window and the defroster is not working.
Mr. Richard Rivera with Toyota of HB's service team assisted me with a 75,000 mile routine service check-up for our 2007 Avalon. Richard was very helpful in facilitating the timely servicing of our car. I have worked with Richard for at least 15 or more years. We have also purchased the last nine (9) Toyotas from Toyota of HB. Richard is very attentive to the details regarding our vehicle, and always provides clear explanations of and excellent recommendations on addressing vehicle repair and maintenance issues. He is also a very friendly person, who makes the vehicle service process a pleasant experience! We'll definitely be back in the near future to have our vehicles serviced!!

Usually the process of purchasing a new car is a difficult one, comparable to pulling teeth or waiting in line at the dmv. Luckily I was greeted by Gersain, who made the process smooth, easy, and was nothing but helpful every step of the way. Gersain and Toyota really went above and beyond, I recommend them for anyone who is in the market for a new car!
