Today they changed the oil in my car. The place is wonderful. Comfortable , you can watch TV, drink coffee or chocolate. The people treat you very nice. And was very fast to do the service. Thank you. Toyota.

I have been to the service department two times no...

I have been to the service department two times now with appointments. Both times i have been their not one person would help me. On the second time I waited outside my car patiently for over 15 minutes, i asked an employee for help and before i could even finish my sentence he said that someone would be by to help me.
After 20 minutes of nobody helping me I just left. I emailed them on two separate occasions and have yet to hear back from them.

My first dealing with the dealership. I needed service to assist me with a 60 month Toyota battery and was told by the service manager, Darren Palmer, that he would not honor the 60 month warranty on a Toyota battery that was in my brand new car when I purchased it. He insisted I purchase this battery as a secondary battery which was not the case. Due to his lack of customer service, and rudeness along with failure to listen to the customer, I would never encourage anyone to go to Deerfield Toyota. I will do everything to discourage anyone from going to Deerfield Toyota. I would never want another customer to go through what I went through with Deerfield Toyota. Do yourself a favor and go to Palm Beach Toyota, you will be thrilled with the outstanding service they provide.

Very bad attention from the service department (specifically Frank)

They agreed to contact me to resolve and they NEVER did. I went again since they have to solve that problem for me (it is a new car in 2021) and some manager drove my car with me and told me that he had nothing. I tried to explain to him and he said he didn't see anything. You have to be blind not to see it. Unless you don't want to see it and want to be IRRESPONSIBLE. Very bad service. I do not recommend it to anyone. If I could make public the number of times I have gone for the same problem, no one would do service with you. About 6 and they didn't solve me. Days of work and money lost in addition to my time, which is the only thing I will not get back. BAD SERVICE.

Got appointment for 11:45 am, got there at 11:30 am, i was told if the car doesn't have exactly 5,000 miles over last oil change, i would have to pay the free oil change that came with my new car. car got ready at 2:40 pm and they forgot to vacuum and check tire pressure, i complained and car went back, around 3:15 pm car comes back only tire pressure checked and not vacuum, i will never go back for new car.

This is probably the best Toyota dealership! My car had a weird noise when COVID first started. I went to Lipton Toyota and Toyota of North Miami Beach and they both said that it was caused by a car accident. They never even checked my car. Someone told me to go to Toyota of Deerfield and speak with Mike. Yes, I was in a car accident, however, based on the pictures from the insurance company, it had nothing to do with the noise. Toyota of Deerfield checked the car and the pictures and realized that it was my transmission and that the warranty would cover it. Those other Toyota's didn't want to do their job because my warranty was getting ready to expire. Last week, I started hearing a rattling noise, so I took it to Lipton. The same thing, they did nothing. Again, I took it to Deerfield, and of course, they fixed it and it was still under warranty. GO TO TOYOTA OF DEERFIELD FIRST!!!!

Went into the dealer with a lot of numbers and facts and got exactly the car I was looking for for the price that was my target price. Faculty was by far the most pleasant dealer I dealt with when looking for my new car. If you are able to do your own research and know exactly what it is you want I would highly recommend going to this dealer.

Won't be coming back. I honestly never leave reviews and waited a bit to be sure before posting this one. Made an appointment online, seemed pointless as I still waited about a half hour to even be spoken to (in which it was rushed and I seemed to be more an annoyance than a customer because they were busy). I have an older Tundra and knew the issue I was having with AC and was shocked when I was told repair (which included replacing items that were not defective) would be $2000. Received a bit of attitude when I expressed my surprise but it's all good, I have thick skin and more patience than most. Took it down the street to a recommended non dealer garage and had it repaired for $500. I lost $130 to Toyota dealer for even having the car looked at but I chalk it up to a lesson learned knowing that I'll never be returning.

When I told him I have a coupon and I asked him if he has available, he said no then I went to my car pick up the coupon I had but unfortunately the one I had it s expired and the same situation happen in the past in other Toyota dealer and the attendant give me the discount as a costumer for many years. I felt no consideration because the Toyota dealer always send me the coupon. Would be better costumer service if I go for service if i don t have the coupon to show, should has the coupon in my file. Specially now in pandemic time we don t want carry paper and pass by.

The best part about buying my car at Deerfield Beach Toyota was working with my salesperson, Bonnie Schaefer.

It s been 3 years now and she still helps me whenever I have an issue.

I just serviced my Camry SE on 5/3 and Manny, the service writer, was excellent! I wholeheartedly refer this dealership 100% for your next purchase but make sure to ask for Bonnie and tell her Lou Rodriguez referred you!

People were friendly but SLOW. We bought the car in 20 minutes and were stuck there for three hours and there was no financing. The background music had a non stop base beat to it. I complained to 6 different people about it with no one doing anything about it. The head of finance finally got it stopped but that was the other end of the building- extremely uncomfortable experience

Had a recall on my Toyota corolla so I called in at 9:05am to schedule and appt. By 9:20am I was in the dealer with sweet Larry. He was knowledgeable and super nice. By 10:45am I was in my vacuumed and lightly washed car- out the door. Couldn't ask for a better experience. It was clean inside and they have a cafeteria as well. Big waiting area. Would go to this location again!

Very easy experience buying our new car. Elizabeth was the only sales person of the three dealerships in my area that took the time to follow through on my purchase from outside the USA. Daniel and Jason took the ball from there as well as Richard in inventory. The team worked together to get me the exact vehicle I requested. It had to be ordered new from the factory in Japan. I was told by the other dealers it couldn t be done. Deerfield Beach Toyota told me 6 to 8 weeks, they did it in 5. Ingrid in finance wrapped up an even better option then my preappoved credit union loan. I m very happy with the whole process.

If I could give a rating of Zero or negative zero I would,
I purchased a vehicle from Toyota of Deerfield Beach on Dec 31, 2018. I was the last auto sale of the year.

The finance manager (Mike) ran me fast through the finance contract and I signed every page, I negated all the upselling he tried to push on me. Till this day I do not have a copy of the contract because I was told that I could pick it up later on January the 2nd 2019 which is the day I picked up the truck , furthermore, the salesman told me that all paperwork would be e-mail to me later, which has not happened.

On January the 7th I received the paperwork from the bank regarding my loan and when I checked the numbers I found a discrepancy of $ 2500 added to the loan. I immediately got in contact with the dealership (Mike and salesman) and I was told that they had to review the paperwork to find the issue.

This is a very expensive truck and to have an additional $ 2500 charge that has not been explained in detail is theft.
I have all the proof on paper of what the dealer agreed to sell the truck for plus in adding all the fees associated with this dealership, the numbers do not make sense, math is perfect and this is no mistake.

After trying on my own to get a credit and have no response, I feel that this is a deceptive practice that needs to be exposed and the players involved.
A week later and I have No: car manuals, copy of the Carfax, or any of the paperwork I signed, BEWARE OF THESE PEOPLE

WELL AFTER SPEAKING TO A VERY NICE LADY THAT REACHED OUT TO ME, IT SEEMS THAT MY DISCREPANCY WILL BE RESOLVED, 5 STARS FOR HER

Good price for oil change , I was going to give 3 stars because the oil change services took me 2 hours , but they did apologize, they explained to me that services was getting some bugs ! I understood and decide to give 5 stars . My car after finish the service was good , well balanced and the car wash is very good , they used some kind of car wash that makes my car shine as new ! I ll be back next month , just let s see about the waiting time !

I came here to see if they could put the rubber break peddle covering back on the break peddle to my 2014 Camry, as I'm in from out of town. As I stood around for 15 minutes, I never got greeted and recognized so I could ask if it was worth taking care of the rubber break peddle covering here, only to get a couple of looks by the service advisors as thier customers came and went. I finally said something to the one front desk area, who ultimately did get me someone to take care of the matter quickly and we on my way. That is why I am giving 3 stars, which is a bit genorus.

My experience at Deerfeild Toyota was nothing but excellent. I was in dire need of a car car and had already sold my old car, I originally spoke to Joel on the phone and explained my circumstances as my credit wasn t great. I didn t want to run my credit if I wasn t going able to get anything. We scheduled an appointment for me to come see some cars, at the very last min something came up in my credit history that I thought was charged off. For two straight day, Joel, Juan, Diago, plus more fought hard to get me approved by the bank. I am so happy and grateful I found them they literally saved the day! I would rate ten star if possible.

I just recently purchased a pre-owned 2002 BMW 530i at Toyota of Deerfield Beach. Heather-Ann in BDC told me about this vehicle when it came in knowing that's what I was interested in. I met with Craig S, who was very accommodating and friendly. After some negotiating Craig worked with Dominic to give me the best price they possibly could. Veruska in finance was a pleasure to work with to finalize the deal. The next day I followed up with the managers Matt and John regarding some questions with the warranty I purchased and assured me any issues would be resolved hassle-free. The people at this dealership genuinely care about their clients and I felt that in the way they handled their business.

Dropped in without an appointment for an oil change. Valet immediately greeted me and brought me to Advisor Mike. He was in the midst of helping another customer over the phone and had the actual tech working on that car conference with him to explain the issue so a decision could be made. Mike kept checking in with me and reviewed potential issues, but no pressure to do anything today. The car was ready within the specified time frame and I was comfortable waiting in their designated area.
The TV was inop, but everything was clear so you could effectively practice social distancing. AC was at a comfortable level and vending machines visible. I was offered courtesy shuttle service, but opted to wait and get some work done. They have booths with an extension cord so you can charge up your device and it gives enough privacy I felt ok to take a call
Based on my experience with Mike and the Valet will definitely come back again to this Toyota for service.

I've been there twice trying to buy a car, and both times left dissapointed. First of all, the worst customer service I've ever seen.. It feels like if you dont have a chunk of money and arnt buying the most expensive car, they dont really care. Went to Honda and was able to get what I wanted with the price I wanted to pay, plus being treated with priority. Never setting my foot there again, ever.

A couple weekends back my husband and I took my little brother shopping for his first car. We had been to quite a few dealerships looking for the perfect first purchase when our search landed us at Deerfield Toyota and into the highly qualified and extremely helpful hands of Berly Quezada. As my little brother had never been through the car buying process (his other vehicles had been purchased by our parents) he was a bit anxious and very new to the whole experience. Berly and the rest of the staff were so patient and helpful throughout every step of the process, calming his nerves and giving him plenty of time to think through every decision they asked him to make. They were able to put him in the exact vehicle he was looking for, never once trying to upsell him or pressure him into expensive add-ons he didn't need. Berly truly went above and beyond for my brother, even going so far as to contact the previous owner to obtain the second key for the vehicle. I just want to say thank you so much to Berly and the rest of the Deerfield Toyota team for making my brother's first car purchase a truly enjoyable and exciting experience! My brother loves his car and we will be sure to recommend Deerfield Toyota to anyone looking for a new car!

Probably the best car purchasing experience I ve ever had. Diego is amazing! He is knowledgeable, professional, and super friendly. Marianne and Bonnie made everything go very smoothly and quick. We were in and out with a brand new car for my parents quickly. Since the car was picked in advanced, they had it washed, waxed, with a full tank, in the display area!
