BUYERS BEWARE!!!!!! ...I had this company install a CCTV system in two condos that I have in Santo Domingo and both systems never worked properly. In fact as I am writing the systems have not been working for several days. I have made several calls to the proprietor without any success to have him trouble shoot the installation and specifically tell me what is wrong. Over the phone the blame is placed on everything from my WiFi to the electricity etc never once did he say it could be the install or the programming. . He went to the home one time and basically opened and closed the door and told me the system is ok. The condo is a modern 7 year old complex and my wifi is at the max speed that can be purchased. After several calls I continue to be told "I will go today to check". Never did he go. Basically taking me for a fool. I have screen shots of the system failure and video of me trying to connect. Clearly shows the system not working. I will contact the manufacturers of the equipment he installed, to inform them of the poor support I am receiving with Segumart. If the system is not repaired I am also going to seek an attorney to get my money back....Sorry it came to this but I paid good money to purchase the system and to have it installed. Not going to allow this company to railroad me. I am posting this so that other potential customers don't go through what I am going through ... If the problem is resolved I will be happy to delete and/or inform everyone of the disposition. I will do this on all on all the sites that I voiced my complaint. I will be posting on social networks and eventually youtube.
