Very bad attention from the service department (specifically Frank)

They agreed to contact me to resolve and they NEVER did. I went again since they have to solve that problem for me (it is a new car in 2021) and some manager drove my car with me and told me that he had nothing. I tried to explain to him and he said he didn't see anything. You have to be blind not to see it. Unless you don't want to see it and want to be IRRESPONSIBLE. Very bad service. I do not recommend it to anyone. If I could make public the number of times I have gone for the same problem, no one would do service with you. About 6 and they didn't solve me. Days of work and money lost in addition to my time, which is the only thing I will not get back. BAD SERVICE.
