Today I was attending by Frank who wasn t the friendly. When I told him I have a coupon and I asked him if he has available, he said no then I went to my car pick up the coupon I had but unfortunately the one I had it s expired and the same situation happen in the past in other Toyota dealer and the attendant give me the discount as a costumer for many years. I felt no consideration because the Toyota dealer always send me the coupon. Would be better costumer service if I go for service if i don t have the coupon to show, should has the coupon in my file. Specially now in pandemic time we don t want carry paper and pass by.
