I wish there was a "0" star rating. The most insulting and rude behavior from every service person sitting at the computers I have ever experienced. They literally, to a person, not only don't greet you, they don't even look at you!
Never again. As I said the last time I went there and finally walked out, "I can be ignored at a classier place than Deerfield Toyota!"
