Do not choose this company if you re looking for an E-commerce website made.

Don t even choose them at all to be honest.

I m not the type to leave bad reviews but I feel like I need to warn others from giving this company their money.

I ll tell you a few of the things I ve dealt with since August.

1. I gave them $1200 in advance (for 3 months) because I had extra funds and knew it d take about three months to start seeing traffic.

Well, after meeting with them, they had one phone conversation with me about my products and services. I told the ideas of how I wanted my site just like in the initial meeting.

They said they d help edit photos(they didn t)

They made my site live without my consent on a very busy holiday weekend WITHOUT a shop for my customers So I missed out on around $200.

2. They started charging me for a live site that was not approved by me. I had to have a meeting with them because they were taking money out of my deposit. THEY TOLD ME I WOULDNT BE CHARGED UNTIL I WENT LIVE. I understand that but I went live without even approving the site.

3. THE SITE. Was horrible. I asked for a commerce website and they pretty much loaded all this information in about how my customers can CALL NOW, LEARN MORE, EMAIL US. Nothing about a shop. It looked like a site you d go to to learn about a lawncare business and call them for their services.

4. After telling my account manager or whatever his role was about how I hated the site and giving him ideas of e commerce sites and templates, I felt good because he seemed to understand me.

He said he has NEVER DONE an E Commerce site. WHAT?! He said he d give the new ideas to the website builder people and I d have a great site.

They came back to me with an EVEN WORSE site.

At that point, I was over it. Told them I wanted my money back and that I d do it myself.

5. They refuse to give me my total amount back. They only want to give me 2 months back. At this moment, I just want that money back but guess what? It s been 7 days and I haven t even heard from them about a refund.

In conclusion,

Don t use them. They say anything to get your money and then leave you with outdated looking sites. They may know a thing or two about SEO but there are a myriad of companies that ll value your service and hard earned money than this place.

Great service. Knowledgeable about the internet and ranking. Staff responds VERY quickly.

So far Ann has been wonderful we just signed with them so I'll find out if they can help me get more business

Let me please tell the world how truly amazing Townsquare Interactive is!
I've experienced their goodness through & through. They had me on the 1st page of Google and everything was great and nothing was broken but like all Small Business Owners know you get calls after calls of SEO Companies trying to win you over. Well I have been dealing with this for almost 6 years but I fell weak and I switched. It happened immediately I was nowhere on Google (maybe the 20th page of Exterminators) Well I'm back because Townsquare is a GREAT COMPANY!

Bad company, all they care about is taking your money and definitely not returning it.

After canceling services they charged me for a full extra month and would deny a refund and just change the person on the phone and stop picking up calls.

Very Very disappointing on my returns from this company, 4 months worth of town square service couldn t even generate 1 months fee!

In one short week, Townsquare built and launched my website, linked to my social media business page and began a campaign to get my law firm to the top of the search engine rankings. While the jury is out on how effective the search engine ranking will turn out, I have every confidence that Townsquare will deliver results that meet my objectives for this marketing campaign.

Terrible company, they do not listen to simple instructions and when you ask them to change things on your website they create they do NOT do it. When I went to cancel my account with them they still charged me a monthly fee when I cancelled and refuse to refund it. Then when you call over and over they refuse to answer or return your calls. BEWARE do NOT do business with this company.

I m really discussed and dissatisfy with my experience with Town squared I had a website already build and a person i new recommended Town Squared to me so I decided to give them a call and asked if they could do SEO for my site and sales men said yes and that could build me a website and I said I already have a website so he said ok so is going to cost $400.00/month and I agreed to it. They ask for my web credentials so they can manage my site with the SEO and i gave them access. Every month I was calling them about the progress and they would say oh you have to it some time we are building your presence with google and said ok and kept it bugging them about any progress because I started getting one or two calls at month.
So one day I got a phone call from an advertiser offering SEO services and mention that my site register with godaddy needed to have some adjustments to really produce phone calls and I said I have not registered my site with godaddy my site is with domain.com. So I found that suspicious and I started calling just to find out that Town Squared had taken my credentials from my original site and had created a new site with my domain and registered with go Daddy without my authorization so I asked them to cancel and send my domain for my own site back to me and they agreed but said that the site they had build for me was going to off line for canceling so they took almost everything I had built. Terrible terrible company to do business with. I wouldn t recommend to anyone

I want to sincerely thank a few people from this organization. Anthony Reed for giving our website a much needed face-lift and Rachael Harvey for being a very good marketing and advertising professional. She was very attentive, responsive and her professionalism was top notch. These people know their stuff and go way above and beyond to serve their clients and make sure you are getting what you want for the money. Thank you Rachael and Anthony keep up the great work and let your managers know you both deserve the highest level of praise and maybe even a raise is in order!

I had a sales person call me and promise they could help my company get more calls and more visibility, but I didn't not get a single call or view from their campaign efforts. Also I was told they would call me each month to go over everything; I did not receive a call just another bill. I am out $1800 for nothing. These people promise everything and deliver nothing. Save yourself some money and choose another company. Update they have now deleted the website I paid for.

Townsquare is the best website company I have ever worked with in my almost 19 years in business! They work with me almost every week, collaborating on different ideas of ways to get new customers. I have nothing but good things to say about them! I highly recommend!

I'm a small contractor and I cant keep paying 300$ a month and absolutely no results. Actually they were offended that I did not allow enough time to build my websites reputation with Google [ was not explained in the beginning]
Its month to month service but you will get charged automatically with or without your permission.

Townsquare is a great company to work with especially when they have people like Michaella King to help with all your digital marketing needs.

When first working with the team at Townsquare, they were very attentive and responsive to my clients needs and requests. Once we decided to make a shift and not utilize their services, they continued to charge us a full months fee, for services that were not rendered and/or received. After much back and forth with my account rep, the decision from management was to NOT refund the difference of the services we weren't receiving. This is not how business should be done, especially over a couple hundred dollars. It makes your clients feel like they're just a number. I will never do business with Townsquare again.

McKenzie Cotton is probably the most effective and responive SEO consultant I've worked with in 15 years in private practice. To quote Diana Ross, 'Ain't no mountain high enough' to stop her!!!

I have been recently working with Jaime Tyo. She has been Fabulous! She is always available to take my calls. She responds and executes in a very short time. She is helpful with her ideas and wisdom. It is a pleasure.

This company is a scam. They do NOT produce all that they promise and when you go to cancel your service even before the next billing cycle they try to BULLY you into paying for another month. They DID not get us any business...we actually ranked LOWER on the web that when we had managed out own website. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!!

This company is GREAT. I signed up for who knows how many advertising agencies to help me with my online advertising and website, listings, social media, etc, and I got a lot of nothing. Townsquare gave me a call and asked if I knew I had multiple websites up and conflicting information - which I didn t - and for a ridiculously reasonable price are getting me all fixed up. AND in a short amount of time. Don t waste your dollars elsewhere, these people are the absolute best at what they do and they make you feel like you re in a warm and snuggly, marketing cocoon of awesomeness. Shout out to Victor and Fatiah! I can t thank you enough!

I have used townsquare for a few years and was satisfied with their work. Until the last 5 months they were responsive and took care of what they were supposed to do. Lately they have been slow to respond to anything except bad reviews. I have been waiting for 3 weeks to get some changes to my website. They have make excuses that my account rep has been promoted and I need to be patient and wait for a new acct rep. Its been a month since he was promoted and they still have not given me a new acct rep! I think they are experiencing some internal problems that they won't disclose. I would not reccommend them.

Everyone we have interacted with at TSI has been professional, helpful, quick to respond, and knowledgeable about our case and their services. They rescued us from a marketing company that did not care about us or pay attention to us because we were such small potatoes to them. But TSI embraced our small business and is helping us with our internet footprint and other marketing in ways we didn't realize were even possible! Great company!

Didn't feel our company got our money worth. Apparently the staff turnover here is very high and no-one was attending to our account for 3 months, worse yet, when we asked for a credit or extension to replace even some of those months, they alienate and deny everything. Stay away, there are better local, more accountable companies for you.

Literally out $300 and they delivered nothing. Missed con calls and left me hanging. Tried to hand off a junk website they quickly threw together which I rejected. They have ultra poor SEO capabilities and skill sets. I haven't heard a single word from them in almost 30 days, and demand a refund.

Rather than rant or use hyperbole of "Beware" I will just give you the facts and you decide if this company is right for you.

Pros: Provided social media marketing and provided timely google analytics. Updated my website.

Cons: Paid a deposit for a new website for a second business. One delay after another and never received a website. Since over 60 days had gone by, I couldn't dispute the charge with my credit card company. The monthly service to support my first business was about $500 a month and since I didn't get much return in new customers along with the no where to be seen second website, I cancelled my service. Daniel Teno provided me with the link to GoDaddy to reestablish my website but there were no files there. My son-in-law who is a IT professional, emailed him, phoned etc for the files as well as my calling for the files. Daniel said he would help but now its been three weeks and my website is nowhere to be found. I contacted the company who originally developed my site and for a small fee she will recapture my website and get it up and running. Sent emails to the corporation, tried calling. Couldn't leave a voice mail as their voicemail was full. No reply to the company email and no refund for the 2nd website fee. Not very professional, but I blame myself for not researching this company more carefully. Lesson learned. I am reminded every time a customer calls to tell us our website is down.

These people CONVINCED me to leave my company just to cause more issues than any business owner should ever have to deal with. They couldn't even explain to me what they were doing for my SEO. Run far from this company and save yourself the headache.

Do not waste your money with these guys. They built a half decent website for me, and the customer service after was terrible. I paid for social media support and they did not do a single post on my Facebook for 5 months. There are much cheaper, better options out there.

At first I thought they were great. But I had canceled my service in March and hadn't heard from them until I received a letter from a lawyer with terrible BBB reviews stating I owe them more money. I've tried contacting them through email and phone calls but haven't gotten a response. Very disappointed

I m a busy person with 3 business, it s hard to answer my phone while a client asking for estimate price. I finally got a chance to call back Townsquare for payment and the lady was so rude and felt bad for Stephanie who I really enjoy talking to first and her hard work, getting me on board. Just for this lady rude and unprofessional response on getting me back on the phone with who I had talked to. She kept on saying that, She does not work for Free and need payment.
I told her I didn t care if she shut down my campaign, since I already have another business, running my roofing company website. But I still wanted to talk to Stephanie!
Made it impossible for me and I did not want to be bother anymore and told her thank you X6 and goodbye. It makes me very sad it only takes one untrained person to loose a client.
