My experience with Townsquare Interactive has been great! They have not tried to oversell me on products I don't need, and have helped me and my company develop a professional looking website. I have been extremely pleased with the customer service I have received!! Mr. Anthony Dendanto has been a pleasure to work with, as has been all the staff who has helped us on this project. The pricing has been within my budget and I feel I am getting a better return on my investment than I have with previous advertising media.

JYVON ALDERMAN-- This man is incredible. I've managed hotels for Marriott and Hilton so I know about delivering World Class Customer Service. I've been the general manager of two car dealerships so I know what it's like to work with customers who have high expectations so I feel confident in saying JYVON ALDERMAN is a rare find. His knowledge and dedication to developing my website for my new business is remarkable. He has gone above and beyond so many times it's really hard to express my level of appreciation for him! I have been a client for almost 2 months and when I started they said 30 to 45 days I should be getting calls we are beyond the 45day mark and not one phone call for business yet its ridiculous 347.00 a month and nothing I am at the most critical time of the year for my business and no phone calls for business yet I will be canceling in the next 7 days if my phone does not start ringing 119 views to my website not one phone call but I hand out 100 door hangers and I get 3 new customers the door hangers cost 120.00 which works better ?
Listing one star at this point because they have promised so much. They have changed the pricing and keeps trying to add things. Wouldn't give clear direction on out come and they promised they would pay for their own from day one. I am not even love with them yet but looking to change company's.

I've had the worst experience ever with this company. The website was great..at first... Then we never was given access to it to make necessary changes and when we asked for changes, it was never done. Took forever to get anything taken care of. We were guaranteed our business phone would ring. Never! If you are considering town Square just keep in mind that you are only a number to them. It was a good steppingstone for our business. Until the end when we decided to try something that was better for us. We called the day that our bill should have been processed (because the processing day was a weekend that is why we didn t do it 24hrs in advance)to cancel everything because we wanted to seamlessly launch our new website. Townsquare would not cancel the payment that had not processed and they refuse to work with us. They re a big company and you are just another number to them. I highly advise not going with Townsquare if you are a small company because they will not work with you personally. Again, I did have a good experience until the end when they tarnished their name over a small amount of money. And if anyone at town-square would like to remedy this situation you can call us directly.
Was told I'd be on front page for my companies type of work and 1yr 4 months later and $4300.00 no where near front page , always wanting to blame me I'm not doing my part, that's why I pay you for my website, just a number to these people. Service is horrible

Their sales people are very very good. But their website people are terrible. 6 months later I have no return on my investment. Every other month they assign a new website person! If I could I would put -5 stars! Run away from them, block their marketing calls. Don't trust them like I did.
This pretty much says it all, especially with our most recent account manager, MS Amina Cheboubi. Here is my reply to a cheaper "website specialist" who won't take no for an answer: "Thank you for reaching out to us, but we are very happy with TSI (Townsquare Interactive), and would not consider switching at this time. We conducted over two years of research before selecting TSI, and they have been fantastic. Their customer service is beyond stellar, they are proactive, and they go over and above what we are paying them for. They aren t the cheapest, but I believe it would be impossible to get more value for our dollar. Thank you again."

Been with this company for the last three months. My business partner signed us up and I ll admit I was pretty hesitant after seeing some of the reviews. But the website they created is awesome and our phone has been ringing none stop. We tried things in the past that ripped us off. I m happy to state this is not the case and they actually know what they re doing! We plan on staying with them for a long time!

This is a scam company!!!!!!!!!!! They get you to sign up. Then they inform you the only way they can work on your site is if its switched to their servers! What a lie! Anyone can work on your site with the correct login credentials! They want to switch it over so they will have complete control of your site! They then force you to pay for them doing no work at all or they will disconnect your site completely and ruin your company/life! Hopefully, they want scam to wrong person someday! Lol, Their obviously a bunch of pagans!
I would suggest that you do not use Townsquare. I have been with them for years for my website. When we started doing social media advertising with them everything fell apart. The targeting they did for us was basically the opposite of who would purchase our service. When we were finally shown the back end of who they were targeting we expressed our anger that we had wasted half the month and money on the wrong set of people. They told us we would credit us for the useless time. Then proceeded to bill us in full for the next month with no credit. At that point we emailed to cancel service going forward. The following month they billed us again. When I asked why it wasn't canceled I was told that she thought I changed my mind because I asked her to make an edit to the expiration date to the running add. At this point I protested the month I was wrongly charged and the half a month credit I never received. I then started getting calls from lawyers demanding payment. At this point I am being harassed by their lawyers for less money then I pay them monthly to host my site.
Townsquare Interactive is amazing to work with! I've been working with them from the very beginning and all I can say is that the team, what they are capable of and their support just keeps getting better and better! I'm always amazed with the fast turn around, even when I tell them they can take their time and that there is 'no rush.' I am a handyman and small contractor. Small business and sole proprietors I do not recommend this service. The details from the sales team are key about what they provide, what the guarantee really is, response time to website changes and how you will see results. The salesperson promised to get me to the front page of Google via SEO within 90 days or I would get a full refund. They promised a great website. The result was the website was ok, not great, and the changes I asked for were slow to be made. Further, they did succeed in getting one austere search string to the first page within 90 days but not the main one my business is based on. The key for me was all this effort and money resulted in not one call that converted to a job, and therefore me questioning myself of how long should I pay a marketing company to do this when I am seeing no ROI. I chose to just bail out after 90 days and throw $1,200 down the drain before more was invested.
Townsquare and James my (Account MGR) Have provided my business a professional site and done great Search Engine Optimization work in a few short months. This is my 3rd SEO company and I'm very demanding. Kudos to your team! I'm a retired officer from the Army and I know a great team when I see and use it! Highly Recommended!

My contact person now is Lauren and she contacts me on a regular basis with suggestions on how to improve what was already an excellent product. I was told everything I wanted to hear including I would own the content and the existing website would remain once services were canceled if unhappy with service. The moment I canceled they revealed the domain would have a blue screen. I was strung along for a year with simple website changes unable to be done in a timely manner. I was passed around between no less then 6 different liars. Believe nothing they say it s a scam!!
They Get It! They understand the needs of unique companies that specialize in a market. They know how important getting to the correct market is to a business being successful. And they price a fair price with out a bunch of add on's. Best of all they are NOT Pushy.
Lathan was very pushy on getting a card on file and telling me to leave another marketing company that is working with my company. He ended up charging my card when i told him I needed time to cancel with the previous company and now they can t reverse the charge. Thanks for the sunk cost and talking trash on how terrible GoSite company is. I was going to be a future customer after my contract was over with GoSite but that s terrible business ethics.
I own an Internet Marketing agency. We outsource some of our efforts when we get busy. We gave Townsquare Interactive a chance with one of our clients. After two months they were unable to get NAP (Name, Address, Phone Number) right for our client. It was the only thing they were allowed to work on because we were finishing the clients new WordPress site. Totally focusing on NAP and not having it right after one month is inexcusable. After two months I had a phone call with a representative, lets call him "cancellation guy", and we visited a couple of the online listings and saw that NAP was not correct for the client. I told him to cancel the service and that if they wanted to continue and get NAP fixed they could follow-up with me and I would give them another change.
I noticed 3 additional months of charges on my card (shame on me for not being more diligent). Another rep., lets call him "rep awesome guy", was working hard to try and get things straight.
I told "rep awesome guy" and his supervisor, no name needed, very simply: get all the money that should not have been billed, back to me and I would still be willing to try them again when the next customer comes to me for which using them made sense. The best they could do was offer to retain the disputed money for credit at a later date.
My whole premise is, lets get everything square and I would be willing to start from square one. Because they did not have my cancellation notice in writing they were unable to make things right. BTW they actually fired "cancellation guy", the impression "rep awesome guy" gave me was he was fired for issues like this. There is actually no reason for them to doubt that I did cancel with rep "cancellation guy". It seems odd that a company would not return funds (1 month only) that arguably are due (even if not actually due, just arguably due) to an agency that could bring them more business.
If you use them stay on top of them and watch your billing.
Our account contact Jordan at Townsquare is responsive to our changes that we need done and is great to work with. Townsquare as a whole makes the website process very easy at a fair price.
Just look at the photos and it tells the story. Young and though I've never been the type to play on racism I walked through the building and it was highly uncomfortable seeing only one or two other African Americans out of hundreds....its odd that in 4 years the culture is still the same and clearly there is a "type" they're looking for. I wasnt surprised when I got my not considered called. I have years of sales experience and management.

Been with townsquare an entire year now, website build is good and very functional. High cost service with minimal results. I am also a low maintenance and easy client. Been offered same service for half the price from competitors, but have had so many bad experiences in past I'm reluctant to switch. I'd give a 4 star if price was more competitive.
Ever since I began using Townsquare to host my website (approx. 2 years ago) I have been getting more and more traffic and calls as a result of people finding me on my web site. whatever they are doing is working. More recently I had Townsquare rebuild my website. It looks great and is much more functional. I would recommend Townsquare to anyone wanting to increase their visibility on the internet.
Awful experience with townsquare interactive, I was lied to from day one, they over promise and under deliver all the way, starting with the sales person that told me they were able to do and provide some of my conditional request to work with them, that was a lie, since I requested that my new website, build by townsquare, had a product catalog like my original website has, well it seems no one in townsquare office knew how to do this.. and told me I should hire a 3rd party to do the job, so they can embed the catalog on the website.. well that was not what I sign up for. The website that thet built, was also, far from professional, I own a garage door service business, the website that they delivered had lawnmower company pictures.. was not optimized, and the few things that were optimized had typos, yes typos on something that is supposed to be "optimized". Another throwback was the fact that they told me it was a month to month thing and I never authorized an auto payment on my credit card, no only they charged me on autopayment, but for the full amount after I requested the website to be removed and bring back my old website. They charged me for website services they were not providing anymore!!!!!!! After countless hours on the phone, being promised someone would call me back, they never did, so I always have to call them back again, get the phone answerd by a different person, that most times would hung up on me. They took almost 3 month to perfom the refund that I requested from day one and never gave me a refund receipt. I strongly recommend to stay away from this company since they lack of business ethics and the crearly don't care about their costumers.

I want a refund. I asked that my account be canceled and im still being charged for a month that i was told they will do upgrades. I asked for pictures on my site to be put back up to my liking and yet and still the wrong pictures was replaced. The services are rushed and unsatisfying. Its no reason to run out business card 2x a day for 2 months when the service is month to month and i haven't gotten any results in 2 months. I am demanding a refund asap.
I had worked with Townsquare for 6 months in which, after 6 months I had received only 1 phone call for information. They limited my website to just the local area, saying I needed to prove to "Google" it was a viable company. They had taken my original website down and "made it dormant". After I severed our relationship, they would not re-instate my original website as was part of our agreement. Townsquare has so much turnover I had 4 different agents tend to my website as my representative. I wasted my time, effort and money working with them, although the website they designed was very nice. Just no follow up or effort on their part for mutual success. Only theirs.

We joined with Townsquare going on a year now. We could not be happier. We had a website that was just plain boring, the company we were using was not up to helping with our website, they basically were just plain awful. So I am normally reluctant to change, but this was something that needed change, so I went with Townsquare and boom, we have an awesome website! Our business is getting so many hits from it and I get compliments all the time on how nice our website is, and the customer service is exceptional to! I work with one person (Emily B) which I like because you get more of a relationship with them and they know our business and know us to! Emily is an outstanding person and does a great job! The price is cost effective to and we are happy about that! So I would highly recommend Townsquare to everyone!
