When first working with the team at Townsquare, they were very attentive and responsive to my clients needs and requests. Once we decided to make a shift and not utilize their services, they continued to charge us a full months fee, for services that were not rendered and/or received. After much back and forth with my account rep, the decision from management was to NOT refund the difference of the services we weren't receiving. This is not how business should be done, especially over a couple hundred dollars. It makes your clients feel like they're just a number. I will never do business with Townsquare again.
