I have used townsquare for a few years and was satisfied with their work. Until the last 5 months they were responsive and took care of what they were supposed to do. Lately they have been slow to respond to anything except bad reviews. I have been waiting for 3 weeks to get some changes to my website. They have make excuses that my account rep has been promoted and I need to be patient and wait for a new acct rep. Its been a month since he was promoted and they still have not given me a new acct rep! I think they are experiencing some internal problems that they won't disclose. I would not reccommend them.
