I m really discussed and dissatisfy with my experience with Town squared I had a website already build and a person i new recommended Town Squared to me so I decided to give them a call and asked if they could do SEO for my site and sales men said yes and that could build me a website and I said I already have a website so he said ok so is going to cost $400.00/month and I agreed to it. They ask for my web credentials so they can manage my site with the SEO and i gave them access. Every month I was calling them about the progress and they would say oh you have to it some time we are building your presence with google and said ok and kept it bugging them about any progress because I started getting one or two calls at month.
So one day I got a phone call from an advertiser offering SEO services and mention that my site register with godaddy needed to have some adjustments to really produce phone calls and I said I have not registered my site with godaddy my site is with domain.com. So I found that suspicious and I started calling just to find out that Town Squared had taken my credentials from my original site and had created a new site with my domain and registered with go Daddy without my authorization so I asked them to cancel and send my domain for my own site back to me and they agreed but said that the site they had build for me was going to off line for canceling so they took almost everything I had built. Terrible terrible company to do business with. I wouldn t recommend to anyone
