I m a busy person with 3 business, it s hard to answer my phone while a client asking for estimate price. I finally got a chance to call back Townsquare for payment and the lady was so rude and felt bad for Stephanie who I really enjoy talking to first and her hard work, getting me on board. Just for this lady rude and unprofessional response on getting me back on the phone with who I had talked to. She kept on saying that, She does not work for Free and need payment.
I told her I didn t care if she shut down my campaign, since I already have another business, running my roofing company website. But I still wanted to talk to Stephanie!
Made it impossible for me and I did not want to be bother anymore and told her thank you X6 and goodbye. It makes me very sad it only takes one untrained person to loose a client.
