Great customer service! Joe was great and very patient with showing us everything we wanted to see and test drive. Once we found what we wanted, Joe was able to work out all the details and made it so we where able to drive home in truck we wanted.
Lived in Huntley for years and always wanted drive a Ford, came in on Friday and left with a beautiful 2020 Edge. Dimitri was very professional and super nice, thanks again!!
Visited 5 different Ford dealerships before I came to Huntley Ford. The Escape that I came to see was sold just before I got there but Peter found the same Escape in a different color and gave a deal I could not refuse. Very friendly and professional dealership will recommend to all my friends.
I wanted to buy a car from them and it was darn near impossible. I message them on Facebook messenger... That was useless. Photos attached. Then I emailed them. Never heard back after several days. Then they raised the price $700... but I'm still interested. I called them... Had several different names thrown around. Got the info I needed from Jay and wanted to buy. Tried emailing again. No response. Went to the website to find my salesperson Jay who was really nice on the phone .. not listed on the staff page. Tried calling dealership again... Not open. No option on their website to initiate a buy online.
I'm willing to pay their asking price for the car and they do everything possible to make it so I can't even buy it. Soooo frustrating.

I ended up raising it to 4 stars because they called me 3 times after leaving a low review. They did sell the car I wanted, and it is still frustrating that its near impossible to interact with them.
Joe D. is kind and extremely helpful. He tried so very hard to find me the vehicle that I wanted. My short timeline didn t allow him to be successful but it wasn t for lack of trying. I highly recommend Joe. He doesn t give up!
I have never been to such as honest and reasonable car dealer before! I wish I had purchased my car here. I received an oil change and tire change. I did not have to wait long and everyone was very nice. This is a bit of a drive from where I live, but so worth it. thank you!

Your customer contact people are wonderful and do an excellent job. However, I have a bit of concern after my last visit regarding the integrity of the service. In July of 2015, I brought my car in for the Works package for oil change and tire rotation. Upon inspection at that time, I was told both front and rear brakes required attention but the rear brakes needed replacing due to a safety issue. Due to safety, I agreed to have the rear brakes replaced but left front brakes as is. Fast forward to this past visit in August 2016 and had the Works performed again for oil change and tire rotation. As expected, the rear brakes were deemed in good condition but miraculously the front brakes were in good condition too and that after a year of driving! So that makes me wonder if in July of 2015 I spent over $300 on brakes that weren't necessary. Plus I know I have a side marker and license plate bulb out and not even a mention. The only thing mentioned was my engine air filter was dirty and needed replacement. I asked how much and was told $25 (figuring $27 with tax) so I said no. Then on way home stopped by O'Reilly auto parts and bought an authentic Motorcraft filter for $18 (including tax.) Your department imposed a 50% markup on a retail part! (And I'm sure your dealership is getting those filters well below the retail price I paid at O'Reilly.) Personally, I don't mind paying the going rate for actual REQUIRED service, but on something like this which is about a 2 minute job, you may consider not nickle and diming customers on the small stuff. But going back to the real concern is of the integrity of the shop and any recommendation I would make would not be without reservations conveyed to my friends.
To be honest I met Joe Johnson thru Grindr and it was just a coincidence I was in the market for a car so I got more rides than I bargained for. It's not like he had to ram the sale down my throat but the Ram he did really give me, he did a great job easing into it.
Joe Johnson really lives up to his name, he's versatile in all areas and really pounds it out when it comes to closing the deal.
I really do not like to shop or buy autos because of the high pressure sales people. I recently bought a car at Ford Huntley Auto Mall and had a very positive experience with my salesman Joe Johnson. He was upfront and informative and did not pressure me to the point of feeling uncomfortable. He was curtious, polite, and helpful and paid attention to detail and I really appreciated that. He also went above and beyond his duties and returned some personal items that I left in one of their loaner vehicles to my home. The dealership was an hour from my house and he personally dropped the items I accidentally left in the loaner vehicle at my house for me. He is a 5 star salesman without a doubt. Their dealership also prices their vehicles very competitively. If you head out to Huntley Ford, ask for Joe Johnson.....you won't be disappointed :)
First of all when I think oil change I think that my car is going to be verified for its ability to perform in the future and have most of the system items checked
For instance on a new car when you take it in for an oil change, The reservoirs for windshield fluid maybe coolant should be checked and filled.
However in your facility sometimes the car gets washed sometimes it doesn't this time it did not get washed my windshield fluid did not get filled my tires were filled because I specifically asked them to be but why do you even have people working on the car if they don't perform a task.
If you're going to provide quality you should at least have a consistent quality of performance that the customer can expect. If I take 2 hours out of my day to sit and wait in line and then have the car oil change done that takes 45 minutes at your facility no matter if there's somebody in front of you or not then I expect all things to be performed because usually if somebody's getting an oil change it's because it really needs it or they're doing a road trip which they do not want to have to stop and buy windshield washer fluid while they're 500 miles into their trip and it's dark and bugs are sticking to their window and now they can't see because they ran out of fluid because the task was not performed properly
Thank you for being what I thought was my favorite automobile dealer I am glad I'm moving out of the area and now I wish to have no more questionnaires about your facility because you're not meeting my expectations, you're hardly even meeting the minimum requirement for service or what it cost for an oil change these days.

Good news was I found a great deal online, bad new was the price was not as negotiable as I would have liked. However, I found out this was to be competitive with a vast internet audience that Tom Peck Ford has. Satisfied with the price of a great used 2005 Ford Ranger as well as their willingness to accommodate as much as they possibly can. Only other down fall is the fact that, because of the online price, I am over 90 minutes away from Tom Peck Ford and wish I was closer.

Tried to make a service appointment for my Ford Fusion; was transferred to the service department where no one answered the phone and no voice mail available. Called receptionist back who took all of my personal info and what was wrong with my vehicle. Receptionist told me she would give my message to service department and they would call me back; that was around noon. Service is open until 7PM and I never received a return call. The next morning I called Sycamore Ford and made an appointment in less than 3 minutes.....

Called for a price on a transmission flush, was quoted $110 dollars more than 3 other ford dealers! Called and asked if they would match it I was told no it's a flat fee. 4 months later called to get the door code from another vehicle was told it was $55 plus tax for a literal 3 min plug in. Went to wickstrom ford for both things and saved money and they are way more customer friendly. To get the code was free!!! Will never go here and will spread the word stay away!
