Wow! Went to Huntley Ford on a recommendation from a friend. They take care of you like family there. Tom was great to work with making everything in the process as simple as possible. I have been a regular customer of Tom Peck Ford for 20 years. I purchased my 2006 Ford Explorer there. I have taken my SUV there for all my oil changes and repairs. I cannot say enough about the professionalism of the Quick Lane Service. Steve Murphy is outstanding.Today, November 3, 2018, I brought my 2006 Ford Explorer in for service. Based on the age of the vehicle and what it would cost to repair it, I made a major decision to trade it in and lease a new 2018 Ford Escape. Steve introduced me to Roger Svab. I recognized Roger from 2006 as he was the finance associate I spoke with in 2006. I am very pleased with the great service he provided regarding the lease of the 2018. I met Bogdan (Bugs) today and worked out the financial details. It's dedicated associates like Steve, Roger and "Bugs" the makes me a long service customer. Tom Peck, you are very lucky to have them on your team.

Great reliable used car at a perfect price for me. I didn t have a whole lot to spend and they were able to find me a car within my budget and it is mechanically sound without a list of expensive repairs still needing to be done.

Used car shopping can be very difficult but the ford dealers were notably easier to shop and my confidence level was much higher at Tom Peck than at the no name small game lots.

I m very pleased with my experience.

I would never buy or seed anybody to this dealership ever. The manager hung up on me he didn t want to help with my problem with the truck I bought from this dealership. I brought for my company. I called corporate on on this dealership. DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP. As soon as they get your money they treat you like shit. Maybe because I m black

At first I couldn t figure out what car I wanted but as soon as I walked into the dealership I was immediately helped out by one of the best salesmen I ve ever had Peter he was very helpful in my search and I finally found the car for me!

Visited this dealership for a used car. The salesman was great, but watch the financials with this group.

The main issue we had was the deal worksheet. The financials have several items in there that they would call value adds but they are not. The main problem I had with this dealership is that they make the worksheet include all these extra items that drive the sales tax line up.

I d recommend you focus on the individual line items of their worksheet and use your phone calculator. They tend to keep the extra taxed figures in that line item even when they remove the option. My guess is that extra thousand dollars helps their deal.

Lastly they are an email blasting house. I unsubscribed several times and blocked users but they continue to come. Not sure how many people work at the dealership but we have gotten an email from all of them and their relatives.

Not as bad as some dealers but you can definitely see some funny business in the deal sheets.

So I want to start out that I hate buying cars. No matter where I go, I feel that I was treated poorly, or given bad service. My opinion has changed though. I bought a car here on Saturday from Joe Tornabeni. I have never felt so comfortable buying a car. I had an excellent customer experience and would highly recommend Joe as a sales consultant. I love my new car! Thanks!

I made appointment for today , drove here 1 hour and upon arrival I wasted another 45 minutes to wait for them to pull out the vehicle but after 45 minutes I was told that vehicle is in transit and they don t know when it s gonna be here(((

Upgraded my f150 to a 2019 lariat they have a huge selection of preowned trucks. Definitely recommend Peter as a salesman, the finance department found me a very good rate and made my payments affordable.

Brought my truck in for servicing spent over 3 grand in repair work and issue was never fixed. Would never recommend this dealer to anybody. Pretty much a scam they will tell you they can get it done but don't follow thru. They have zero problems taking your money. Truck is now in repair at a different shop. Issue was discovered within the hour. Don't take your business here you will not be happy!

This Dealership is Horrible. They are not helpful at all after purchasing your new car and pushing rustproofing on you. But if an issue comes up they wash their hands of you! They string you along with platitudes but in the end don't care. They are the epitome of sleazy car salesmen!!

Go see Julian at Huntley Ford. That guy cares about people, and is good at what he does. He has a skill in hooking you up with the car you would want. He asked me a couple questions, and after that brought out a car that I ended up buying 20 minutes later! He had 2 other sales before me that same day. Never once did it feel like a sleazy car salesman place in there. You know the feeling of people just wanting you to buy something, and to make as much as they can off of you. Nope, instead this place is just successful and they don't seem to try too hard. They just want you to be happy, and to buy something you can really enjoy. I have no reason to push lies about this, but want to throw them more business for the gratitude I have from the experience. Julian and the finance manager are all I worked with, but I imagine the rest of the guys are cool too.

Mails out scratch to win games as advertisements to trick people into coming into the dealership. Makes them believe they have won a large amount of cash. This preys on the elderly and those unaware of the fine print and places them in a pressure sale situation.

I essentially bought this vehicle online through your representative Joe Tornabeni sight unseen. He assured me that the car was what I would expect, and he was right, it was flawless! Now, all this trust mattered as I was coming from Green Bay Wisconsin with the intent to purchase based on what Joe described, and the few photos that were online. I trailered the vehicle home and had a "TEAM" of associates helping with loading and securing in the hot humid sun. I would definitely recommend Tom Peck Ford, and will include them in my future searches for vehicles. A Mustang Convertible (V8) will be in the near future....Thanks guys!

Shady marketing to get you in the door with the "scratch off" cards. Says everyone is a 5k winner to get you in the door. Why would you ever want to deal with a dealership who tries to trick people like that? Go buy a car elsewhere...

I am writing this review for the benefit of Huntley Ford. I highly recommend this dealership. I worked with Mike Schmidt, and I actually have to admit, it was a very pleasant experience. Very respectful salesman focused on customer service instead of selling a car. On top of that, the car was for my 18 year old son. This was an great first experience for him.

Great helpful staff. I worked with Chris and Joe, between them and their credit guru lol they were able to get me a focus with zero interest for 72 months, I have far from the best credit but they got it done with a new focus.

What is usually good service was not so this time. Having charging/electrical problems with my 2014 Escape and took it to Quick Lane. They checked the battery and charging system and they said both tested good. They even ran some kind of electrical check and found "no resistance". Did not charge me for any of that.
Instead I had to make an appointment with the service department for 3 days later. The service department tested my battery and ran tests and found that my battery was bad as well as the negative battery cable. They were out of stock on the battery cable and I had to wait until the next day to pick up the vehicle. If seems to be working well, but I'm now very skeptical of Quick lane. What should have been easily diagnosed the first day took 4 days to solve. Not a great experience.

SALES PEOPLE ARE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL BUT YOU EXPECT THAT WHEN YOU SHOP AT FORD DEALER . WOULDNT SUGGEST BUYING HERE.
