The Tom Kadlec Team was awesome to work with. Had a unique situation that required a special effort by the Mgmt. Team to please the Customer. They put me first... and treated us very fairly. "Mo" Mohamed is a great person and super Salesman. Knows his product, does not try to "oversell" you to buy more than you need, and is someone you can truly trust. Kevin Decaluwe was just great as a partner and will do anything to help. I never felt like there was competion between these guys to get the sale. They simply put the Customer first. And finally, Tyler Kadlec was personally involved to go way over the top to make sure we could get this deal done. He truly put us first and wanted us to be pleased and to wind up with a fair deal. Can't say enough good things about our experience!

My wife and I had been searching for the right time to buy a new Odyssey and the right place. We made an appointment with Tom Kadlec Honda and set off to explore the Odysseys. Kevin DeCaluwe met us on the showroom floor and get us out to a new Odyssey for a test drive. He explained the features of the vehicle and invited us to take a long test drive. When we returned, we knew we'd be taking a new Odyssey home that day. Kevin got us into a nice, new 2020 Odyssey.
As we drove away, we realized the headphones and remote were missing from the van. Kevin graciously offered to drop them off at our house, 50 MILES AWAY!

I just leased a 2013 CRV from Tom Kadlec Honda. I love this vehicle! Working with Andy Gostomczic is always a pleasure, which is why my husband and I have gone back to him 4 times in the past 8-9 years. He is a straight-forward, no pressure, no hype, extremely knowledgeable guy. He makes sure you feel comfortable every step of the way and takes the time to listen to your vehicle/financial needs. Andy, and the dealership as a whole, are really top notch. A sometimes complicated process was made easy for us and we drove away from the dealership feeling very satisfied. What more could you ask for?
Ryan Dowd was a breath of fresh air. He isn't pushy and provides unbiased information. He provided me with several options and ultimately got me the color I wanted even though they didn't have it in stock. I ended up buying a 2018 Honda Accord Sport and I am so happy with the car and my experience at Tom Kadlec. I worked directly with Tom Betzen who knows the features of the Accord inside and out. He took me on a thorough test drive and was professional and attentive to my questions. Both of them gave me an excellent experience and made me feel like family. Thank you both so much!
If I were you I would stay away from this place and check out other Honda dealerships. My wife and I purchased a brand new 2018 Honda Odyssey from Kadlec this summer. I called on a Thursday to make sure an appointment wasn't needed for an oil change, etc. I was told that they should be able to get me in and out without a problem. We live about an hour away so the trip for service isn't convenient; however, with the good customer service I was given during the sale, I thought it would be smart to bring our van back here for service. I can tell you that once they have your money in hand, you are just another number to them. I was told by the dude in the service department that it would be over 2 hours for an oil change. My question is why do you offer an express service on your website? I will glady pay more for an oil change at Valvoline given my experience with this place. In my opinion they could give two rips...

A side note - As of 10/19/18...The management of this place and their service department has pushed my complaint off to the guy who sold me my Odyssey. My experience with him was nothing but awesome and professional. His name is Pedro and I do recommend him as a salesman. He is the only one who has reached out to me about any issues. His manager who I would assume is Kiefer Bartel only requests that you call Honda at your convenience in regards to any issues. They will not contact you! When you buy new, you get subpar service....Buy elsewhere!!!!
Overall I had a great experience at Tom Kadlec, especially working with Kiefer Bartel. When my Honda Odyssey van hit a deer and insurance declared it as a total loss, I had a small window to get it replaced. I was referred to Kiefer and immediately contacted me via the phone and also sent me email about the van I was looking for including the Carfax report. Kiefer really went the extra mile when I visited the dealership. He suggested that I test-drive the van and he went with me driving around. Though I had already secured financing, he advised me to apply another financing through the dealership which may give me a better rate, and that turns out to be true. I got a far cheaper rate than what I already had. He even offered to take my rental van to the rental company so that I can drive my van home. I will recommend Kiefer to any of my friend and colleagues when they need a vehicle. He was a great guy to work with !!!

Used car , nice chevy good price.
All tests were done (the classical ones ) and nothing was wrong with this car.
One week later and a few miles :engine light on ;(.
I convinced Honda to have a look at it : cat converter problem ! How this can happen a week after I bought it , it should have been detected before the sale .
Honda didn't propose anything about it , even though this is straight after the sale, and now they told me this is about 1000 to fix it !
Very dissatisfied, very disappointed , not professional at all.

I needed a oil change and its hard for me to get to town often enough to schedule something. over lunch I thought I would just call to see if they could get me in quick and to my surprise they said just come on in and well get you fixed up quick. I was in and out in under an hour full service inspection, oil change and a car wash for $49 bucks.

I hit a deer on my way to Wabasha a few weeks ago. After stopping at Tom Kadlec for an estimate for the repair, my insurance company gave approval to get the work done there. The process worked smooth and the staff there was very good to work with. My vehicle was worked on the next week and back to me a day early. I hopefully won't need to use their services again, but if the need arises, I wouldn't hesitate to go back.
You'll never find a better buying experience. This place is beautiful and the vehicles are equally as nice. Pedro was exceptional, and is supported by a great manager and service department. HORRIBLE!!!! A guy named Brad was terribly disrespectful. Don't be fooled by the free snacks. I took my car in to get a recall fixed. This Brad guy comes out with the "bad news". "Your engine light is on and something is wrong with your transmission we can fix it for $185."
Funny "Brad" my engine light wasn't on when I brought it in. This guys says to me you probably didn't notice because your music is too loud. Okay "Brad" I'm African American, not Stupid American.
"Most importantly I'm a Christian or else a scene would've been made. I got on the phone with my mother and my mother and I prayed together and God calmed me down. I told them just to give me my car. I don't even know if they fixed the recall. (Faulty passenger side airbag) I took my car to two different places and was told my transmission wasn't a dire issue. Mr. "Brad" was trying to get his hand in my pocket. I will NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN AND I TELL EVERYONE I MEET NOT TO GO THERE! I'm an attorney I wonder if I told him that would I'd been treated with a modicum of respect.
A week ago, I decided to trade my car in and buy a new car. I was initially just looking at cars and not planning on buying a car that day. My sales lady, Crystal was amazing!! She helped me find the perfect car for me and was very relatable and easy to talk to ! I ended up going home with a new car! I absolutely love it! I highly recommend Crystal if you are planning on or wanting to or even thinking about buying a new car, go see Crystal!
We purchased a new Honda today. The customer service was perfect. Neal Moen our sales person bent over backwards to help us select our new car..Finance took about 15 minutes. Neal was very thorough in explaining all the devices on the car. We were on our way with our new accord. We will come back again based on this great experience!!!

Mr. Brian Copp is a great example of professionalism and courtesy. He was extremely helpful working with me by telephone and email communication. And though I ultimately purchased a vehicle from our local Honda dealer, I remain impressed by his no-pressure approach, his timeliness in communicating and his willingness to work with me even though I was a potential customer who lived in another state.

When I came in at a pre-arranged time and had to wait for the finance person to be available, Byron set me up with Dan to start the process and minimize my wait time. They were both great. I worked with Dennis Thompson to get my service update on my 2012 Honda Odyssey. He was excellent went through what was needed updated my service logs and records and discussed tire selection and alignment procedures with me. A very nice pleasant person that puts people at ease. I imagine he is especially helpful with people that are unsure of auto repair and want someone that explains things .

Then he turns around and asked my significant other if he should do paperwork to tells us the cost on tax title and transfer? This was our second time having a service issue with this company. We will definitely never purchase anything from this company ever. They don't even deserve a 1.
We went in to Tom Kadlec last week looking for a vehicle we had seen online. Max Weisheipl came right over to assist us. Took it for a drive and about an hour later purchased the vehicle. No pressure to buy and was great with the kid I had in tow! Steve Kroeger took care of the business paperwork which went super smooth and fast, again zero pressure to buy any add ons to the vehicle (warranty, etc). In the past I have always given 5 star s but this time my car was not ready when promised. I had an appointment I needed to go to. Had to scramble to get a ride to my appointment. I called to check on my vehicle and the service guy said it was just getting of the rack and said he would have it ready for me. When I got to there I stood in front of his desk for several minutes and he did not show up. Finally another service guy asked if I was being helped and immediately got someone to pull my car in and take my payment. The dealership is great the service guy not so much.

Have had nothing but great service here. I am new to Minnesota and was hesitant about getting my car serviced at a different dealership. I realized after my first visit I had nothing to worry about. I've always had my appointments with Dennis Thompson, and he always provides the best service, from keeping me updated on my vehicle to following up on a part ordered for my vehicle. Everyone here is so welcoming, helpful and honest with what your vehicle actually needs. Coming from out of town I called and made an appointment to look at a truck. The salesman said he would would have the truck ready when I got there. The truck was filthy but I didn't think much of it at the time. Looked it over the best I could and even asked the salesman if the truck had ever been an accident. I was a little leary since it was from Canada. He said it was a clean one owner. When I got home (now the truck is clean) I was walking behind it and noticed the rear fender was a different color. Took it to a body man I know and he said it had be hit and showed me bondo and some other issues. Sent some pictures of the issues to the salesman and he was like well you didn't see it when you were here and auto check is clean. Nice. The second issue was after I got home the salesman called and asked if I had any question about the truck. I asked him how to change the climate controls from Celsius to Fahrenheit. He said he would find out. Then I got and e-mail from the dealership asking the same thing. I responded with the same question. Several attempts later and a week and a half passed, I finally got a text saying they didn't know why it is doing that. That's no solution. This is the sort of stuff you would expect from a corner car lot, not a dealership.
Dont answer the phone when directed to a department, dont return voicemails. Once they had the vehicle sold to us they were no longer helpful with questions down the road. Told us when we should and should not come in because some days for only for customers purchasing and they dont want to waste the time on other stuff. They were dishonest about the vehicle we bought and my vehicle that I traded in.
Mr. Dahl got both my cars in and out very quickly . Very happy with the service.

Very fair pricing and Zach looked to get the exact model and exterior/ interior color mom wanted. The follow up text and phone call was greatly appreciated also.
