Mr. Brian Copp is a great example of professionalism and courtesy. He was extremely helpful working with me by telephone and email communication. And though I ultimately purchased a vehicle from our local Honda dealer, I remain impressed by his no-pressure approach, his timeliness in communicating and his willingness to work with me even though I was a potential customer who lived in another state.

I will be looking for another vehicle in the near future and will certainly call on Brian again. He is an asset to Tom Kadlec Honda. Well done.
