We appreciate the service that Jeanne Olson gave to us when we purchased our HR-V from Tom Kadlec Honda. She was knowledgeable, friendly and answered all our questions. We have been satisfied owners of a Honda Fit since 2006, and Jeannie was able to point out that many of the features we liked in the Fit have been incorporated into the HR-V, and showed us the additional features in the HR-V.

What a fabulous experience myself and my family had during our recent visits to Tom Kadlec Honda! We were in the position to end a lease on a car that had overage mileage and the options and availability from Tom Kadlec Honda were exceptional.
We ended up leaving with 2 new cars - one for myself and one for our college bound son! We couldn't have done it without the work of Steve Kroeger and our sales associate, Ryan Dowd! Wow, these guys made a lot of things work for us, our needs and budget.

It was a pretty special experience to be able to hand over the keys to our son for his first new car! We will be bringing our oldest there when he is ready for a new car. The experience was nothing short of meeting and exceeding our expectations!

Highly recommend Tom Kadlec Honda, especially Steve and Ryan!

after a different mechanic worked on my car for two weeks I decided to take it into Honda. They had me back in my car in under 48 hours and offered a different car to drive in the mean time. I will definitely stick to bringing my Honda to Honda for service.

Blake Reiter is my go to guy!!! All my work was done in a timely manner and Blake kept me posted all the way! I will always have my Ridgeline serviced at Tom Kadlec Honda, and Blake Reiter will always handle it!!! 5 Stars easy!!!!

We picked up our new 2017 CR-V on Thursday. It took us awhile to decide between a Ford and a Honda. The first time we walked into Tom Kadlec Honda, the fall of last year, Byron Call helped us understand the models and features. I was mainly interested in the latest safety technology, and Byron very clearly explained everything I needed to know. He welcomed us and was very friendly and helpful. In contrast, when we walked into the Ford dealership, no one even looked our way...and they weren't busy. We have always been a Ford family; but because of Byron's interest, salesmanship, and expertise, We are now Honda fans.

Found a really nice truck, took it for a drive and bought it the same day. Weather was a bit cooler so didn't notice the AC wasn't working. I called back to see if they would fix it and was asked if I had purchased the extended warranty. I had not, so basically I was on my own. In my opinion they could have made things right and fixed it, but they seemed to be more interested in the extended warranty. Sales person was friendly and great selection of vehicles. Just wish I could brag about them going above and beyond

Went to buy a new car. Jake Wessel was very knowledgeable about car specs, and is so friendly and fun to work with. There were a lot of new features we was not familiar with, and his thorough info before and during the test drive really helped. I had a lot of questions, and Jake was very patient answering them. Efficient and stress-free purchasing process. Jake stayed late to set up and give us an orientation to the new car and made a appointment to install accessories within the next two days. We have purchased several cars from Kadlec and have been so happy with the sales staff and the service and maintenance department through the years.

Tom Kadlec Honda dealership has done an amazing job every time. I routinely go here for oil changes and tune-ups. The waiting room is always clean and stocked with goodies, the staff is always friendly and even remembers me by name, and I always get a follow up call to be sure things were done to my satisfaction the next day. Highly recommend working with them.

I worked with service Dennis Thompson who was professional and courteous. He made sure my vehicle was towed in and that I had a way of picking it up. He offered to deliver it to my place of lodging or send a shuttle to pick me up and return to the dealership. I was very ill, 4 hours from home and appreciated this very much.

I was just in for a tire rotation and an oil change. Brad Dahl took care of me and my van. He rose above the normal by how quick and businesslike he was with me. But, the real standout was when he said, "We didn't vacuum your van. Do you have a few more minutes so Ican get that taken care of? " I told him I did and in no time he was back with a very clean van and I was on my way. I've been getting all of my Leased Honda vans taken care of with Tom Kadlec for almost 15 years (4 Honda vans in a row) and this was the best experience yet. Brad is a real credit to the dealership!!!

I really appreciate the speed he helped us through all the hoops. We were on a bit of a time crunch. The sales showroom needs some space, but it sounds like that is coming.

My wife and I came over to check out Kadlec Honda on friends recommendation. On the way over from Mankato we were discussing the chances that we would actually purchase a car and thought it was about 50/50. Once we arrived we met Mark Saba II and were very impressed with his high level of customer service. As a former owner of a Camry, we knew that we wanted an Accord, but Mark was the person that sold us on Kadlec Honda. It's been two weeks since we bought the Accord and are very happy not only with the vehicle but with the follow up customer service by Mark. Kudos to Mark, it was a pleasure. We'll not only be back in three or four years but will certainly recommend Kadlec to our friends.

This is a very developed Honda service garage. The garage door literally opens up for you when you drive in, and there is free food in a sizeable lobby for you to wait in. The workers from my experience know what they are doing and are ready to help. I'm pretty sure you could live in here if you had to.

The service here is good and the staff is friendly and helpful. My only issue is the substantial upcharge on parts. Kadlec charged $631. for a CRV door mirror that can be purchased anywhere on line for around $300. My suggestion is to purchase genuine Honda parts online and have a local mechanic install. I consider this type of profiteering to be a disservice to the customer.

Had a fantastic car buying experience at Tom Kadlec Honda with Joe Limuti and Sean Groves. We called ahead, agreed to a very reasonable price for a used Honda Fit EX and came in to find no surprises, haggling, or anything negative. The new Rochester facilities are spotless, probably the nicest car dealership I have ever been in. Was not pressured to buy anything we didn't need, and everyone was very down to earth. Great people working here, and for a big purchase like a car it's important to have faith in the people to know you are not getting screwed over.

Disappointing service at the body shop. I bought a 2019 civic and it only has 12k miles on it so far. The entire top is rusting across in large spots. I stopped in to discuss the issue and find out my options and was told by the service manager Brad, that I must be parking under someone doing metal work , and that it s not a Honda issue. I asked for another manager so I could get a second opinion and he literally told me no. So I left and drove over to the Kadlec body shop where the guys there were helpful, informative, and had a good attitude about a weird situation. Thumbs down to Brad the service manager but big thumps up to the body shop crew. Unfortunate because I had another service issue that I will now be shopping around other places for

Excellent in so many ways! Cory Greenwood was my main contact. He listened closely to what I needed, looked at the recall document sent to me by Honda, added the extras to the list as I spoke, and called me when the work was completed.
The service drivers that got me to and from the Honda dealership were pleasant, excellent drivers, and extremely courteous. I have always come out ahead at Honda.
Jeanne Olson is the main person I use when looking to trade in and buy used. But she is also fully up-to-date with the new cars and shares information honestly to get me, or my parents, into the right vehicle!

Andy Gostomczik is the best!! He asked if I wanted to be contacted via text, email, or phone. We communicated via text and he was very timely in every communication. I test drove one vehicle and decided I wanted the AppleCarPlay feature. Andy listened to what I was looking for and the very next day he contacted me with information on a different vehicle. I took the Pilot for a test drive and purchased it that same day. The entire car buying experience was seamless. Andy was genuine in every interaction, he truly cares about his customers and listens to what they are looking for. Andy took his time showing me all of the bells and whistles on the vehicle. He set up the AppleCarPlay and showed me how everything worked. I couldn t have asked for a better car buying experience. Just bought a 2013 Odyssey at Tom Kadlec Honda, helped by Andy Gostomczic. I made an inquiry about what I was looking for via the web, got an email and phone call from Andy the following day, and was able to come in at my convenience to meet him to test-drive. Andy was very helpful, personable, knowledgable, and never pushy about anything. He was very up-front and straight-forward about pricing and flexible to negotiation. My interactions with he and all of the other people at Tom Kadlec were very pleasant and extremely satisfying. I would definitely recommend purchasing a vehicle here.

Had by far the best experience from start to finish at Tom Kadlec! Biggest reason began with the experience provided by Anna! She made the decision that much more easy to do business here! Anna made it personable and had us laughing the entire time. She never made us feel pushed towards any decision and only supported as well as gave us all information needed. I have been to many car dealrships and have to say I have never enjoyed my time at a place as I did here. I would with no hesitation come back just because of her and would refer any and all friends to come see her to do business with Tom Kadlec!!! Thank you Anna so much for everything! We LOVE our Jeep Compass.

Also would like to add with finalizing paper work and the financial end, Max did just as amazing in regards to making it smooth answering any and all questions but also making it personable and had us laughing . With these two on your team... can only imagine how everyone else works Tom Kadlec is by far the best place to go. Thanks so much

About an hour and a half later I received a call that a large screw was found in the tire and it was removed and tire patched.picked up my vehicle it was washed and ready to go. I had a great experience with Dennis Thompson during my recent service visit. I went to a discount car repair place and went to Honda the next day to check out all of the things I was told were wrong with my car. Dennis was so helpful in helping me sort out the mayhem I was given at the other place. He was straight forward and allowed me to voice my concerns and work with me to finish up the routine work. It goes without saying that the lobby is second to none. There are refreshments, comfortable seating, and computers to pass the time and allowed me to get work done and relax while they were taking care of my car. I will never be going anywhere else to get my Honda serviced.

I did not know that this needed to be done. I also saved money because my break pads did not need to be replaced at this time. Well done. Thank you!

Leased my first ever brand new Honda CRV EX. I worked with Garrett, Ethan to find the best car for me. Derreck did the paperwork with me and my boyfriend. They were friendly and very helpful throughout the whole process. Couldn't be more impressed with a company and with there employees. The have refreshments while you wait and even when it took longer then it should have they sat and talked with us and made sure we had everything we needed. Garrett even showed me all the new stuff in the newer model that wasn't in the model I test drove as I decided to upgrade models. I would definitely work with anyone of these guys again when purchasing or leasing a new car.

My wife and I had a great experience with Mo in purchasing a new truck. Which is only the second vehicle I ve purchased from a dealership in 18 years. Mo was considerate, prompt with requests and very casual in his approach. I traveled from La Crosse with the intention to purchase a specific truck, but ended up test driving 4 additional vehicles and went with the last one. Never during this time did Mo get impatient or pushy, and even let us take the truck to lunch to discuss or options. We highly recommend Mo if your interested in purchasing a vehicle from Tom Kadlec Honda.

I was very pleased with everything about my visit to the Service Dept at Tom's, from the service team to the waiting room and everything associated with it. Cory (I am not sure of his last name...Greenwood?) met me at my car as soon as I pulled in and he listened carefully to the symptoms I was seeing on my Honda CRV. He explained what they would do to assess the problem and once that was done, he helped me understand what was needed. Luckily it was covered by my extended warranty policy, but it did require they keep the car overnight as the parts were not available in the shop. Before leaving for the day, he also took time to discuss typical maintenance service and costs they charge, so I had them do an oil change as well. The car was done and ready to go the next day, well in advance of when it was promised!

I drove from twin city to Rochester to pick up my new vehicle. I have everything plan with my saleman that I will be using my company money to pay for the vehicle therefore the tittle must be under the business name. At the negotiating room or whatever room you want to name it. The guy try to sell me warranty and all the option to be added on the car. As a business owner I understand that it he is just trying to make a living but he was offended that I decline most of the upgrade then he assume that the title under my name and so he brought the tittle out under my name. I immediately apologize and told him that he title muse be under the business name. He got mad and kick me out of the room after about 15 mins someone else told me to come back to the room and the whole process was horrible and nasty. I was never experienced such a nasty experience in my life.

The vehicle we purchased was used with low miles while driving it home it started to stink like something died in it. Got it home and found dead mice remains and droppings in the cab filter. Had several problems in the first week witch would have been found on their so called inspection! Then said the would take it in trade for another vehicle for 9000 less than we paid they are scam artist pluse the vehicle put my kids in danger

Every time I've walked into Tom Kadlec Honda, whether it was to purchase a new vehicle or to get a service done, it's never been a disappointment. Actually, every single time, someone at Honda has made it a POINT to go ABOVE and beyond expectations. Everyone there is friendly, fun, and energetic. I was actually referred to go here from my sister. She RAVED about how great the people are and how quick and efficient the service is. She wasn't wrong!

Brian Copp was our car salesman and he made us laugh, made us feel welcome and like one of his friends. He worked real hard to get us a great deal and made it the BEST car experience I've ever had. I would recommend him to anyone who wants to have a good experience looking for a car. He's personable and deserves a FREE meal at Olive Garden!

Chase was the guy who did my service. He was friendly, like everyone else there and did a great job! I am sooo happy with everything he did for my car.

Blake in the service dept also helped me have a fantastic experience! He was very helpful and made me feel super welcome. His AH-MAZING costumer service skills make it easy to want to come back for my next service!

Thank you to everyone at Tom Kadlec Honda for being the genuinely great people you are. I'll be back and recommending the place to everyone! :)

Great customer service. They put alot into the waiting area with tvs computers snacks drinks. Very impressive. Went in for a recall and oil change and didnt get it back for 5 hrs so the wait was just too long. I live out of town so it was inconvenient. Im surprised they when they did a check of my car they didnt notice my squeak in my breaks.

If your vehicle is out of warranty, I'd take it so...

If your vehicle is out of warranty, I'd take it somewhere else to get general maintenance done unless you want to drop a car payment every time.
$230 for an oil change, tire rotation, and the cabin/engine air filters.
$88 alone just for the labor only on an oil change and tire rotation?
They do a "free" multi-point vehicle inspection stated at a $40.50 value. A deeper dive into your invoice will show you are paying for it somewhere.
They pulled the filters to check as part of the inspection and yes they needed changed. I expect to pay a bit more to have them do it even though it's a simple change for the most novice Honda owner. I was floored when I looked at the invoice and saw they charged $40.98 in just the labor to slide in the new ones after pulling the dirty ones out to check as part of the inspection.
There is your multi point inspection cost!.. I'm ok with paying the marked up cost of the filters at $58.97, however they had already taken the filters out to check as part of their "free" inspection. If I had said "No, dont replace them, I'll do it", the old filters would have been put back and I would not have incurred the labor charge of $40.98.
Tried calling service manager to discuss but was left with voicemail. I use to get my Honda parts and service completed with these guys for past 8 years and when they were at the other location. If you have a Honda under warranty you really have no choice in Rochester, but if it's not under warranty I would recommend trying somewhere else cause there are a lot of other options. I know a lot of these guys at the dealerships in Rochester get a bonus or commission based on the tickets they write so keep that in mind when getting service done.

Took Accord Hybrid for oil change. Service performed well and quickly, but they also replaced several other filters and oil-related parts, without asking permission or even informing us (we were in their service department waiting area. The total bill was about three times more than I'd expected. I'm sure the items were due for change (80,000 miles) but I would have expected some notification for that much price difference.
