HORRIBLE!!!! A guy named Brad was terribly disrespectful. Don't be fooled by the free snacks. I took my car in to get a recall fixed. This Brad guy comes out with the "bad news". "Your engine light is on and something is wrong with your transmission we can fix it for $185."
Funny "Brad" my engine light wasn't on when I brought it in. This guys says to me you probably didn't notice because your music is too loud. Okay "Brad" I'm African American, not Stupid American.
"Most importantly I'm a Christian or else a scene would've been made. I got on the phone with my mother and my mother and I prayed together and God calmed me down. I told them just to give me my car. I don't even know if they fixed the recall. (Faulty passenger side airbag) I took my car to two different places and was told my transmission wasn't a dire issue. Mr. "Brad" was trying to get his hand in my pocket. I will NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN AND I TELL EVERYONE I MEET NOT TO GO THERE! I'm an attorney I wonder if I told him that would I'd been treated with a modicum of respect.
