I have to say that there customer service is horri...
I have to say that there customer service is horrible. I called to ask a few questions and got a total run around. Was told that a supervisor would be right with me. And they stated this to me with the persons name at least a 1/2 a dozen times. And after a 1/2 hour I was still waiting..
IT is sad because we really like there products, but again there customer service really needs some attention....
WHEN you pay the money that you pay for a Tivo and for the service plans, or the life time membership, YOU would think that they would take the time to care about there customers...
HMMM I am thinking about going through my cable provider and see what they charge for a DVR system..
SAD we have purchased Tivo's for years not only for our home but for family and friends as well..
I HOPE that Tivo take the time to realize that they need to spend just as much time, assisting there customers as they do creating and marketing new products.
