Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers Review

Eee ok store staff wasnt so friendly but food was good

The person wasn't listening to my order she wanted to add things to the hamburger like cheese. If I wanted cheese I would of said cheese anyway the food was good.

I feel like every time I come it is the longest wait, no one has any sort of what sense of urgency is. Today I had one car in front of me. One car in the line at all, and I still waited 10 minutes to get to the window even though there was only one car in front of me whom only received one bag. The worst part is that is probably one of the shortest times I ve spent in the drive thru. I personally would not come here and would have stopped after the second or third time of waiting so long, but my pregnant wife loves the food. Don t give me it s busy or it s fresh, because I know Chick-fil-A doesn t have a problem with the volume or freshness.

Decent place. Friendly staff. Pretty similar to steak n shake. Burger is ok. Fries are small but tasty. Frozen Custard is good. For some reason mine was a lil melted alrdy by the time I picked it up and their plastic spoon sliced up my mouth

I like Freddy's, fast food that doesn't taste like fast food.

Had the Key Lime Concrete. Was good but could have used more flavor

Very disappointed,. They couldn't even ring my order up correctly. The lady behind the counter didn't even know the combo numbers. I kept ordering the number to which is a double bacon and she kept bringing up the California. And she kept giving me the wrong side order. I stood in line for almost 10 minutes before I even had a chance to order and after the third try I went ahead and just walked out. The employees here are not trained or ready to take your order yet. I will check back in about 6 months.

The people here are so nice and welcoming! I used a gift card that I got for christmas and didn't know that I didn't have enough for my order, but they had alreadyade it so I got it anyway! I definitely recomend the one on Meridian! Best one yet!

Good food, always new employees so order carefully.

The food was awsome and the service was just as good.. They had a guy walking around making sure that all the food and service was good. He asked every customer and didnt leave any one out.. There was even a lady walking around and collecting your trash.

I ordered this through Uber Eats. I clearly specified in the app several times that I did not want onions. What I don't understand is how there were extra onions added. Even some in a separate container. Very unsatisfied... Ugh. Then they ask if I want condiments. I specify that I do. They were also not included. No napkins either. I mean it would seem that they just have to read to expedite the order properly.

Great burgers and fries. Love Freddys! Service was quick, store was very clean including bathrooms.

It was an ok place. Fries were amazing but the steak patty melt had hair on it like it was place in it on purpose

Fantastic French Fries!! I often go in just to get an order of fries. Very satisfying and less than $2 with sales tax and the serving size is very generous.

They have amazing hamburgers and fries. The people that work there are so nice and respectful. Love Freddy'S

Good food. Fast service. Good location. Easy in, easy out.

I ordered ONE chocolate malt. It took at least 5 minutes for them to fill order. The drive through seemed to grow significantly while they filled my very simple order.

New Freddy's closer to my location. I just had to check it out, busy but it runs smooth. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Ok my hamburger had this lace like blood cooke on the sides.

The cheese curds were over cooked

Inside was kept cleaner when they first opened, than it was today. Food on floor, tables not being wiped clean, service even lacked somewhat.

Inside is very cramped. Found a hair in one of our burgers, it was remade promptly.

Fairly friendly front staff, kitchen staff fixed my food problem with a positive experience, tables dirty, bathrooms were clean!

Good food! New restaurant with young staff. So I make the assumption that they are still learning. Floor and tables were a little on the dirty side for not being there at a super rushed time. I will be back to get another opinion since it is super close to my home.

This is "the place" to go with grandpa! The grands love the place, the food and frozen custard.

Girl didn't even listen to what my wife said more like ignored they weren't busy and that is no excuse anyways. Got half the fries that any other Freddie's I've been too but at the same amazing high price for so so copycat steak and shake atleast they have some sort of value meal. Wish we had one here.

Very big. New to the area. Brand New. Fully staffed. Clean. Very good fries and fry sauce is the best!

They're quick on getting your food out. It's a little more crowded in there, than the one in Derby.

The hamburgers and hotdogs are wonderful. Fry's sometimes are a little too salty for me. My husband loves all the ice cream!

I always get the Patty Melt and order it (The Bread) extra crispy- delicious- altho the location on S Meridian is the only one that gets it as crispy as I like- the double hamburger with cheese only is also good- I like a cup of Chili with onions and sliced jalapenos- its good- I think they use plenty of Cumin spice which sets it apart from others- iced tea is good there- frys are nice thin and crispy- you cant go wrong there if you are hungry

My favorite fast food joint! Portions are huge! Always friendly staff. Clean inside and out. Highly recommend.

The staff was really friendly. They serve with a smile. Our burgers were dry. But the chili dogs were excellent. And the breaded chicken was really yummy. And of course the French fries were amazing. I don't know what they season their fries with, but I love them. When I go back and try the ice cream I will update the review. Can't wait to try again and see if the food will get better or worse with the longer they stay open.

Drive through can be a little slow. Prices are a little higher than other fast food places. The food is pretty good though! Love their skinny fries and their spicy fry sauce.

It was our 2nd trip to this new location, they are still having problems getting orders correct.

Always good food that is made fairly quickly! I have never had any problems with my order and the customer service is always on point.

We like this place. Our little girl has the shirt to get her free custard she always wears when we go. The restaurant is a little chilly for me, I don't like being uncomfortable while I'm eating. Otherwise it's my rating would be higher.
