Tirana Egypt (Five hotels in Sharm El Sheikh - Egypt) Review

Four Seasons in Egypt is really good. Nice people and service, nice location and sea, tasty food (pleasantly surprised by the good choice of restaurants and meal within the hotel territory).

Amazing service and fantastic accommodations. I recommend to everyone.

Unfortunately the hotel is anti-beach convenience , you cant eat at the beach , limited indoor restaurants

This hotel deserves more than 5 stars. Everything is perfect ... the best hotel in Egypt that my husband and I have discovered. We are usually loyal to the marriott group, being a platinum member. We really fell in love with it. The professionalism of the staff, the welcome by Mr. Albert and Elena, the manager of the restaurant, Mr. Sabawy. Thanks to Sary, mina, narouz for their kindness. The cleanliness of the room is just amazing. The garden and the swimming pool ... everything is impeccable. We will definitely be back.

The best hotel and level is very sophisticated and the problem is that if you came down and landed in any hotel Tani then Htas that the rest of the hotels very bad for him

All is well. The food does not shine, but in general is normal. I can recommend :)

Good, expensive hotel. The price was $ 435 per night for three.

I have to report this complain against the receptionist guy at the time of our check in.

He was literally so bad. We are regular world' travelers and this check in experience with him is the worst ever. Unfortunately we couldn't get his name but the hotel administration may retrieve it by our arrival and check in time (20th Sept 15:30 - 16:45).

The front desk was not busy with guests at that time, but he was totally busy with a long phone conversation and avoid looking towards us. We asked his female colleague to complete the check in process but she was hesitated and paused from any response, as if she was avoiding any confrontation or a trouble with him. So, we were left waiting unattended for a long time until he putt down the phone and started our process in a nervous and tense manner without any eye contact or welcoming words and provided us with the needed information in a dictating and tense way.

Our check in experience was not consistent with the resort high quality and global reputation

Nice place to go...yet I was surprised that there is no open buffet due to covid 19.

The hotel is great .. Smile is always on the faces .. The staff are wonderful .. Green spaces are hidden .. Calm calm do not find it in many places

I usually wait until the end of a trip to write a review but since we booked our Egypt trip staying exclusively in 4 Seasons Hotels, I had to weigh in on day #1 in Sharm El Sheik. (Last leg of our trip & the third 4 Seasons hotel)

Managing expectations is not a strong suit in Egypt. But when booking a room that clearly states it's a 'full sea view' room and then being shown to a room located as far from the beach as possible with only a partial sea view - I don't think so!

We booked & paid for a specific grade/level room and we do not believe we were given the room we booked.

The hotel is lovely.

But unless the situation is corrected, lovely is not going to suffice! We called 25 minutes ago to inquire about the 'disconnect'.....

UPDATE:
24 hours later, we still had not heard back from the front desk. So we spoke to the manager in person.

True to 4 Seasons philosophy, we were given a room for 3 (Jr. Suite) with the view we expected PLUS an adjoining room for our son. While we never asked for the additional room, the hotel occupancy allowed for that special extra 'wow' factor.
And let me tell you, this service, grounds, buildings & Red Sea all combine to provide one if the most amazing vacations ever. Anywhere!

Absolutely awesome family vacation experience! We spent Easter weekend here and everything was great from the facilities (i.e. 2 bdrm/2 bath villa we stayed in) and the friendly staff to the daily kids activities (to include a egg hunt on Easter day). GREAT STAY!

Excellent resort, friendly staff and exceptional cleanliness of the structure, good restaurants and well-kept swimming pools, the only flaw is the beach not very comfortable for swimming in the sea because to take a dip you have to go to the end of the wooden pier, some services like internal transport was slow (electric machines). All in all valid resort

A very ideal hotel for recreation and relaxation
There is no children's amusement park
There is only Kids Club and excellent for children
The restaurants are beautiful and the Fountain Restaurant has activities
Delicious eaters

And the breakfast buffet is very nice. I don't miss Biskan
And the reception, transportation and safety is very high.

A sophisticated hotel I would like to work at this hotel

Very nice and quiet hotel with several restaurants and sea activities, access to the rooms and back to the hotel a little tired and you always need a club car to transport you

-This is not first stay at fourseasons and every time I noticed quality and service get worse
breakfast became very poor and not multi chooses and service very slow
-new staff are not professional and need to more traing

-The television in room is very small and the picture quality is poor not HD there is no mirror in Dressing room ..
hotel is trying reduce cost by all means which really affecting the quality although that is not cheap...

Definitely not the sweetest beach and walk and adequate external Wow means
