Speechless. The place is awesome and always clean, the personal is extremely kind, the food is good and the private residences are so comfortable , amazing rooms , a good hotel for couples and family members

Class resort with very high standard. Complete staff incredibly attentive, nice and accommodating. Food was delicious too. Clean, well maintained ... Everything was great Thank you and always happy again!

Excellent location service Quiet beautiful clean beach close to soho shopping.
The distance between the main building and the rooms is not connected to the restaurants.

Special thanks to brother Mohammed in charge of processing special occasions for the anniversary of marriage as well as the management of the hotel thankfully extended the time to go out at 3 pm after informing them the date of my trip Morocco time

This is the second year we as a family prefer to go to this place. It is wonderful. The service is great and the staff is more than friendly. The breakfast is great and people working in it are call amazing. Especially Emad. I made sure to sit in his station as much as I could. I felt he's like a bee. Hardworking and efficient.
The staff in the spa are also the best. I enjoyed the foot massage daily.
I would love to go there next year.

The view and service are magical! Distance can be a bit too long; but their golf carts are almost all over the place,!

It is calm, classy, amazing water , beach, restaurants.

One of the best resorts I have ever stayed in. The staff is very welcoming, up to my expectations. A free room upgrade was offered which was a nice gesture.
The room was clean, neat although the furniture might need some renovation.
The only thing I hate was room service, kind of slow which would be explained by the location of the room being at the edge of the resort.
Definitely recommend this resort for family escape.

best hotel so far. I went it was frendly staff, good food and the best pool and sea. I stayed there for 5 days 4 nights it was worth it.

Hotel more than wonderful five stars in Sharm El Sheikh next to the airport and the sea directly wonderful views wonderful service excellent food very distinctive and varied and there is all the services and is located near the Soho Square between the hotel Savoy and Siraaa where the restaurant and cafeteria and party area are all wonderful to recommend family visit

The place is very nice and the room is spacious and partly overlooking the sea but very very nice view especially on the balcony side
Services are beautiful and privacy-friendly
Restaurants and sports facilities from playgrounds and swimming pools

Khasoun Al-Sataf work in the hotel and do not forget brother Bahgat

Luxory life for a relaxing vacation. It's not croweded wich is perfect for ppl whom want peace. I'd recommend it for new weds specailly. But the hotel need more night life, it depends completely on the cafes inside it for night activity.

Privacy & relaxation and eye comfortable everywhere to look.

The stay was very good, the room was clean and well maintained/cleaned throughout the stay. The resort is beautiful, you can easily spend 3 days without having to leave the resort. Internet coverage was limited, could be because of the location of the room/suite. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is very busy, crowded and noisy, even though it s in 2 of the resort s restaurants, more room is needed for the comfort of the guests. The choices of the restaurants within the resort is limited, taking into account that this is a top 5-star hotel/resort.

Ohsetly I stayed at the four seasons and a i had very good experience I m willing to go back soon but I heard from the news about people got food poison recently from food tourists that s the only thing that s concerning me but over all it s a great resort

A convenient place to spend your time for recreation

Unlike Four seasons Cairo, Four seasons Sharm el sheikh is perhaps the best hotel I've stayed at! Not only a beautiful location, but the most welcoming staff I've ever met. Their precious smiles & breathtaking yellow/green eyes, are by far the best customer care I've ever gotten. From managers to gardeners, every single staff person, ALWAYS, greeted you & wished you a good day. We were accommodated beautifully & even were able to have our friends join us at our suite villa. Offered by management. The additional services like, offering to clean your sun glasses, or not even allowing you to open your own water bottles, was just beyond special. Without a doubt, this is how a hotel should be run. Cannot wait to be back & enjoy this wonderful experience all over again BRAVO!
My only 2 complaints.
-Beach site should have a better first aid kit. My friend got cut & the kit was not equipped to clean the wound.
- & the Sea grill restaurant, did not seem to be prepared when it came to accommodating a vegetarian. We were told there was s full menu & we encountered a fixed menu which became a problem for none fish eaters or vegetarians. Also, waiters did not offer or ask how would you want your fishes prepared & everyone just got it grilled.
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO PLEASE:
TELL YOUR GUESTS TO WASH OFF SUN PROTECTION OR SUN TANS BEFORE GETTING IN BEACH. IT AFFECTS THE CORAL LIFE.
TO REMIND GUEST TO BE EXTRA CAREFUL WITH CORALS. I SAW PLENTY RECENTLY BROKEN.
AND TO ENCOURAGE PPL TO PICK UP PLASTIC IF SEEING IN THE OCEAN.

Its all about the guest extremely friendly staff very well trained they do little things to make your stay easy but goes a long way by far the best hotel I have been to in sharm elshiekh.
Top notch service and I highly recommend it worth every penny.
