This hotel deserves more than 5 stars. Everything is perfect ... the best hotel in Egypt that my husband and I have discovered. We are usually loyal to the marriott group, being a platinum member. We really fell in love with it. The professionalism of the staff, the welcome by Mr. Albert and Elena, the manager of the restaurant, Mr. Sabawy. Thanks to Sary, mina, narouz for their kindness. The cleanliness of the room is just amazing. The garden and the swimming pool ... everything is impeccable. We will definitely be back.
