I have to report this complain against the recept...
I have to report this complain against the receptionist guy at the time of our check in.
He was literally so bad. We are regular world' travelers and this check in experience with him is the worst ever. Unfortunately we couldn't get his name but the hotel administration may retrieve it by our arrival and check in time (20th Sept 15:30 - 16:45).
The front desk was not busy with guests at that time, but he was totally busy with a long phone conversation and avoid looking towards us. We asked his female colleague to complete the check in process but she was hesitated and paused from any response, as if she was avoiding any confrontation or a trouble with him. So, we were left waiting unattended for a long time until he putt down the phone and started our process in a nervous and tense manner without any eye contact or welcoming words and provided us with the needed information in a dictating and tense way.
Our check in experience was not consistent with the resort high quality and global reputation
