Marvelous sea views, lots of family suites, you can easily enjoy 3 to 4 days with no need to exit the Hotel.
Highly recommended for snorkeling as it has a beach direct on Turtle bay reef.

Friendly staff, good price, food quality is not as expected from 5 star hotel, rooms a bit old and need a renovation.

The service and reception are excellent and all the staff are very tasteful and respectful and the food is excellent but not varied throughout the week

Choosing it ...This was my worst mistake , old poor place to spend even a short vacation ... the cleaning staff hide an important things from the resort room package like the slippers and toothpaste when i asked they bring them to me !! , the food was boring, bad taste and causing stomach ache and finally my deluxe sea view room was far away of beach and lobby , so much walking and so much stairs to climb .. don't even think about it

The place is very beautiful and upscale, starting from the whole reception, especially Ahmed Abdullah and the hotel doctor, Dr. Salah.
At the highest level, and the animation team is above description, I recommend visiting it and, God willing, it will happen again

Great stay. Excellent staff from order service to room cleaning. The kitchen staff, waiters. .. high level transport. Lifeguards on the beach of high security to avoid being cut on corals. Highly recommended.

Very nice hotel and very distinctive service. It has great friendliness and welcome from all the staff. The rooms are distinct and the cleaning is excellent. The restaurant is very special and the buffets are excellent and the service in the restaurant is excellent.

Hello everyone, it's been fifteen years now that I travel to Egypt often during the Christmas holidays and the Easter holidays we are going to Renaissance Sharm-el-Sheikh garden view several times if I'm not mistaken 6 times it is a nice clean hotel the food is good, not very far on foot for a short walk or shopping the staff is quite friendly i have a very good welcome and i have often been offered very nice rooms c it is true that if you have children you lack activity.
but if you are a couple and you need a quiet moment of relaxation this is a hotel where you can find quiet places without children.
I thank the manager of the hotel and his colleague very much for their welcome and their kindness. I am thinking of returning for the Christmas holidays with my family.

Renaissance Golden View Beach Resort is by no means a 4.5 star hotel but probably approaches 3 to 3.5 star. But it depends on how you look at things.
To start with the good, we were there in week 11, 2019 and the weather was super good, the bartenders sweet, and the lifeguard too. The outdoor areas are ok and the tiles by the pool are swept and washed. There are plenty of excursion options if you want.
So 3.5 star here.

Unfortunately, there is something more of the negative:
The place is worn and it is clearly visible, tiles are loose, are being renovated in some places, the beds are totally worn and you are lying on, walls are cracked, the sink is dripping, drying rack is loose from the wall, black stains in the joints in the bathroom, food there is not much to shout hurray for, the staff in the restaurant removes the plate faster than you have time to finish chewing the last bite that is swept under your table while you eat, if there is anything, the staff is scolded in public, the cleaning staff does not do much for their gratuity, there was fire alarm test Sunday morning at. 7:10 and the rest of the week at different times at the rest of the hotel. There are insanely many stairs and they are not made for a size 43 or above. The shopping opportunity at the hotel is so poor and under construction and at sky high prices. There is a little more but thought we had written the most important thing. That part gets 2 stars.
Not a place we would go to again and not recommend.
It is nowhere near what we have otherwise tried when choosing a 4.5 and 5 star hotel.

Hotel is really great and have a very nice views on beach, great jetty for diving and snorkeling, food is really good and there's a great staff to serve you, furniture in room is soo old need to be replaced and bathroom need to be maintained, there are more than three swimming pools, I have tried 2 of them with my wife, these 2 swimming pools are cleaned and water is worm and you can use them after sunset

The worst possible service ever passes and does not deserve a star text
- Very bad room service
- Rooms and bathroom semi-expired
- Delivery service requires an hour to find what you need
- Loading and downloading Shi bags is not described as a huge amount of recklessness of staff

A sophisticated and beautiful resort with a swimming pool, restaurant and beautiful gardens

The hotel is decorated with excellent service and a respectful attitude in respect of the hard-earned 7 stars

This is a quality resort with pretty grounds and nice amenities if you're looking for a relaxing vacation. The rooms don't necessarily match the 5-star quality look of the grounds, but they're still pretty nice. The location is also quite good for snorkeling / diving, as the El Fanar & Gold Beach are in walking / swimming distance, but other than that this area is a bit isolated, meaning you'll need to use taxis to get around.

One of the best hotels. The hotel is not new and therefore has charm and comfort. We were in May - there are few guests, which also added charm to the place. Service and food at the very best. Great reef with amazing fish.
A small minus - natural coffee for an additional charge.

My personal summary: Really strange experience. Never book an all inclusive package.

Hotel & Resort: Nice rooms with average furniture and friendly housekeeping staff. The whole area is perfect maintained, it's pretty quiet everywhere. The first days I decided to spend my day on the beach (it's not a real beach) and afterwards on the pool close to my room. The guy from the beachbar was really rude but Gehad was amazing. Every day he takes care of his guests and is asking all the time if you maybe need something. Either the guys from the Calamari restaurant are pretty nice. All of you made my day, every day.

SPA: I booked a 5 day SPA program and can only recommend it to everyone. There are professional physio therapists (Zainab Ahmad) which are doing it very well and the guys from the SPA reception are really friendly too. Never felted so relaxed, thanks to you guys.

All-Inclusive at the Coast international restaurant: this is the place where you have breakfast, lunch and dinner when you booked an all inclusive package. It's a nightmare there. Unfriendly rude staff without any idea how to handle a guest. Never felt that kind of unwelcome in a restaurant. The buffet is average but after 6 days i was tired of the repeating food. Really nice is the view to the sea.
