Where can I start describing a perfect hotel and resort, the service is truly exceptional, always try to meet your needs and they do. Starting with breakfast they greet you and the waiter makes sure you got all what you wanted (ie coffee different types available, fruit and more). The room we booked was the superior level and I have to say it is very spacious and comfortable and elegant with a beautiful garden and outside seating area. The room and terrace is in a very private setting and truly exceptional makes you feel so relaxed. Greg Pirkle the current General Manager has made this property and exceptional escape and thank to him we keep going back and feel so at home.

One of the best Four Seasons expiriance I had! The Best Hotel in Sharm El Sheikh. All staff and management are amezing, food and service is above any expectations. This is a real vacation place without any stress and abundance of pleasure. If you want someone to take care of all your needs and wants this is the place to be. As they say here "with pleasure".

Can't praise enough the wonderful service, outstanding food, atmosphere, huge pool, amazing private each with free cooled water, occasional smoothies and friendly snd polite staff. Our suite had an amazing sea view. So much privacy in the balcony!
They even got a cable funicular from upper terrace down to the pool and beach.
The reef is clean and the blue waters are perfect for snorkeling. I saw so many packs of colorful fish!
The night shows like the belly dancer or the live Arabic performance on Uod was so professional and and emotionally moving music! Don't skip the best Italian restaurant in the middle east here!

Beautiful and very well maintained resort. Lots of great swimming pools. Beach is small, but the pier and reef snorkeling was superb. Staff were [with one exception] absolutely fantastic. Rooms are a little dated, and could do with renovation soon - I imagine they'll come to that after they open the new rooms they're building in the adjacent plot. Food was excellent - not cheap, but excellent quality ingredients very well prepared. Kids club was good - but we were there over the half-term school holiday in the UK, and frankly I think they were struggling with the extra numbers at times. If we were paying the 'rack rate' for our room $1200p/n, then the hotel would probably deserve 4 stars. But because of the current situation in Egypt (and now, in particular, in Sharm El Sheikh) prices are very good, we were paying well under half of the rack rate - making this hotel a bargain and fully deserving 5 stars.

4 nights we stayed, the service was super, we had a mushroom corbasi, 1 pasta pesto sauce 1 coke 30 euro

The best relaxing place and the best service you can have ever

This is absolutely THE hotel in Sharm el-Sheikh for luxury, location, dining, activities, and shoreline. The food service is their strongest asset for sure, the property including rooms and grounds are a very close second. The pool could use some upgrading but it is still good enough.

The beach area is small but picturesque and offers incredible snorkelling and it has all small restaurant / bar / hookah hangout, a dive shop and a lot of seating. There is beach side service but we found it to be very hit and miss so expect to have to go get your own drinks and snacks. The beach has a lot of bugs in the Kate afternoon and although you can see them fogging in the Venti game they clearly do not control the bugs enough, wear bug spray or expect to have raw ankles after just one day.

The only real complaint is that the concierge service is somewhat weak for providing options and yet are super pushy selling what they do have. Regardless, this resort is truly unique with incredible views, world class snorkelling right from shore, amazing grounds and landscaping, perfectly maintained rooms, 5 star dining and overall is very well staffed and I recommend the Four Seasons over any other resort in Sharm el-Sheikh.

Excellent service , food, cleanliness & scenery. Cost is definitely above average in Egypt even above other Four Seasons Hotels in Egypt. There good attention from staff to hotel guests as the ratio between them is much higher than in any other place. Excellent response when you ask for anything from room service, house keeping or concierge. The only negative in my opinion is that they ask you in advance to make a deposit for the food that you are going to consume during your stay unless you are intending to pay in cash or by credit card for each consumption, meaning that you need to move with a lot of cash or your credit card in T-shirt and swim suit. I find this out of line.

A small product with distinctive service and a permanent smile

I tried the Lebanese restaurant it was normal the buffet was neither wow nor was it bad
But the hotel is beautiful
And the evening at night was a classy and elegant sitting

I stayed there for one week and CAN'T wait to go back . Great services , best food EVER scuba diving and transportation I traveled alone and felt super safe and welcomed.

FourSeasons fell in front of my eyes. The rooms are good. Everything is expensive. The Internet does not work well.

High quality rooms except that their wifi is really slooow, if you want fast internet you have to pay extra which is not what is not how it is supposed to be in a 5 star hotel

One of the best resorts I have ever been to. Great for a family escape or a couples trip.
Weather was amazing, beach is amazing and the water is so clear. We took the one bedroom suit with a plunge it was very spacious and we had an exceptional experience
Despite having a few glitches in service, the management were so professional in solving and addressing our concerns.

A luxurious hotel with outstanding services and very friendly and helpful staff, with an excellent location close to Soho square. Absolutely, this hotel is the most luxurious in the area and the right selection for travelers to enjoy the fantastic Sharm Alshiakh city

The rooms are very large in size with luxury furniture and beautiful decoration. The bathroom is very large and equipped with a brand toileters. Breakfast is also excellent with many selections and varieties.

The Four Seasons Hotel is a luxury hotel with what the word luxury means:

1- Diversity of restaurants Arabesque restaurant, Italian restaurant, Asian restaurant
2-The pools are very clean and thank you for the workers with the presence of a lifeguard
3- The beach is very beautiful and there are diving activities and women s games
3- Servicing golf cars everywhere
4- The train service beautifully transfers you to all hotel floors
5- The workers are like one person, the same arrangement and excellent service
6- Very excellent spa services and psychological comfort
7- Serving the kids club and the female employees who are very helpful and kind
8- Rooms and 24 hour service upon request
9 - The price for services is the immediate season
10- Proximity to SOHO Square
11. Welcome guests everywhere.
12 - The only resort in Sharm has parking service
13- Enjoy the pictures in the four seasons, and don't forget to like it

Elegantly enormous Resort with luxurious facilities and an astonishing views. Spacious rooms with high quality linens and bath amenities. The service team members are friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Spa facilities and service are amazing. The food and beverages are deliciously superb whether you order through the room service or choose to dine in one of their different restaurants. The entire Resort is very clean, neat, and fresh. The Resort has variety of stunning gardens, sandy beach, and massive outdoor swimming pools. Additionally, the Four Seasons Resort has meeting rooms, banqueting facilities, and ballrooms. I really enjoyed my short stay at the Resort and planning to go back again in the near future. Highly recommended for those who appreciate high end qualities and services.
