I am the leasing coordinator for Flat Rate Copiers, a nationwide copier leasing company and have been working with Mike Whalen from TP since 2016. We have been in the copier leasing industry for over 8 years and have several finance companies we work with. We started as a vendor for TP in 2015 and when Mike stepped in as our rep our relationship with Time Payment improved 10 fold! I work hand in hand with Mike on a daily basis and with his help along with a great online admin portal the leasing process is extremely efficient and streamline.

There have even been times where we have made suggestions on how to improve their approval and document signature process and they have implemented those changes within weeks. Flat Rate Copiers prides itself in great customer service and efficiency and TP offer us the support we need to work quickly and efficiently. I can honestly say that Mike Whalen is the sole reason our relationship with TP has grown 10 fold in the last 18 months. He always answers the phone, does what it takes to makes deals happen, and escalates our suggestions and input to the highest levels in order to improve our vendor experience and relationship.

Hope this review helps anyone who is looking for a modern, streamline, and customer-centric finance company that understands what it takes to do business in 2018 and is not stuck in the stone age!

I was able to get the equipment I needed and payment is a breeze.

If new what I know now I would never had attempted doing business with your company. Simply put have a very dishonest business practices.,this I will advocate to anyone and everyone.

It's hard to get a container on a payment plan if you don't have a business. I like my big yellow container. Get the tall! You can make lofts out of it.

TimePayment is a very efficient third party company to work with. They are to the point, friendly, and efficient. We are happy to have them as a partner.

This company is by far the worst company, they use other names to trick you, they screwed me over really good and i hope karma gets you guys!!! from all money you guys scam people from you should be ashamed of your self... ive never wrote a bad review about no business but definitely made time for this one.

Wish I could give zero stars. The printer I leased has been a huge piece of junk. It has been a nightmare dealing with their customer service department. I am at the end of my lease and all I want to do is pay off the lease and walk away from it and they are refusing to assist me. The printer also has been broken down more times then it has worked. I cannot scan or fax from it and 99% of the time paper is jamming or we are unable to use it because it is showing an "error" message, I would think VERY long and hard before dealing with this company for any reason. If you do end up leasing equipment from them I would thoroughly read your lease. It basically states you cannot terminate your contract for any reason.

Don t do any business with this bank they told me I would be financing, found out they don t finance just lease they did not inform me about this. I m paid 9,000$ for two bounce houses and now I found out I have to lease it again or buy it again because the product if not mines after paying 3 1/2 years 211$. Stay away!!!!!

Horrible company beware they swipe your card every month different amounts almost double and when you call they tell you a manager will call back 3 mos later still no manager still no refund and top it all the company runs your credit and gives false inquiries on your report still no call from them for that either

DO NOT USE TIMEPAYMENT THEY ARE THIEVES. I got my own insurance on the equipment and they still charged me 2 months more of their phony insurance. Tried to contact them before the next billing cycle and the supervisor never calles back until it was after the next billing cycle began than I said pro rate me back the difference she said no and an additional mont would also be added . I asked her to prove to me how they came up with the amount of $28 per for insurance and she wouldn't. She told me its not real insurance. So they rob you of all these hidden cost and when you actually have REAL insurance they still charged me for all of January and February.This company is a joke do not I repeat DO NOT do business with them theyre shady and dishonest.Worst financial institution I have ever dealt with .

For the first contract, we had a couple "bumps" but it actually went pretty well. Our customer was very pleased with the process and has told several of his fellow employees about the program. We were very happy with the whole experience and look forward to many future contracts.

Do Not sign your life away to their lease program. We thought it was a loan but it is not. We paid almost double for a faulty duct cleaning machine. It s not their fault for the bad equipment but we couldn t get any help at all to get it fixed or sent back. We were able to use the machine 2 times in the 4 year contract. Run as far away as possible. Do NOT sign their contract. There are so many other ways you can get your equipment. Terrible experience.

TimePayment has changed our business, This is the best company we have even done business with and couldn't make it with out them. I feel lucky to have them on my side.

Horrible customer service , employees seem easily agitated when asking simple quetions about account. I was just told i have a seperate fee to pay after all payments were made plus tax. When i asked what is total with tax the gave me the rate and said go figure it out. Had to change cards at one point and called in to give them new card number they didnt save it then was billed double in one month and told it was my fault. Will never recomend this company to anyone ever . If you need equipment go with a bank for a loan . The intrest is super high with an addition fee to keep the equipment after all payments are paid. Even if you pay a year early the intrest is set in with what you sign for.

Unit stopped working after 6 months called to see if they services it and was told it's just financing. Now that payments are done they are saying I owe a years worth of leasing. This company is a scam find landing somewhere else.

Scam artists - got cold called at my business by these people and my employee told them thanks but no thanks. They then called back and started threatening my employees saying things like "why don't I come down there and we can settle this" and being unreasonably nasty. I don't know what sort of business allows their employees to act this way. I would avoid this company at all costs

This is the worst mistake i ever made in my entire life. I went to a place to buy furnitures for my business then the guy told me he could get me approve from that company to buy those furnitures by credit. Guess what ?? This company charge me double of the money that they approved me for ...This is unfair. Stay away from that TimePayment company...

Talked with time payment yesterday to arrange the purchase of a handicapped scooter. The only thing I had an issue with is, when he gave me choices of payment amounts, he didn t disclose that whatever payment I chose, the amount was BEFORE all the fees they add. I m happy that I didn t go with a larger payment and then find out that it was before the fees. They need to disclose the TOTAL payment amount, instead of what you pay before the fees. Other than that, it was a good interaction with the guy I talked with.

Like others I had no choice in using time payment or another company. I was assigned a monthly payment amount and also later given an insurance rate. The price of my payment seems to go up every month regardless of on time, early, or late payment. The total price I will be paying is over DOUBLE the price of the equipment I purchased. I have no clue how these numbers were made etc. No one at time payment can explain to me how they get their interest numbers, payment numbers, etc. This company is a sca . They are making extreme amounts of profit from blue collar people such as myself that needed a hand getting some equipment for our business. I'm at the point where I'm ready to refinance and pay even more interest on this equipment just to be out from Time Payments scam. Do yourself a favor, find other means of financing. Banks and credit unions are by far the best route to go. Dont get ripped off and pay double the price for something without any explanation or breakdown of how they came up with the amount you'll pay.

I have worked with Time Payment now for over 3 years and they have been great in providing customers with leasing options and been a big support to our company and assisting vendor programs that we work with. Quick response for lending/leasing opportunities. Easy to set up recurring payments.

Beware of this company. After my copier contract ended. I leased a new copier from a different company. It took three months to arrange for the return of the equipment. In this time period they kept invoicing me. Finally, they had the necessary arrangements and I was told to disregard the invoices. Well this turned out to be untrue. I went to get an approval for a mortgage and a blemish from Time Payment showed up on my credit report. I've asked several of their employees to give me proof in writing that this issue was resolved and to make the necessary changes to the credit reporting companies. I was blown off both times. Be very aware of their less than truthful business practices.

This is a follow-up. I was told by two different people at TimePayment that this issue has been resolved. It has not. I received another bill showing a balance. I do not find anyone at this company to keep their word.

If I could give a negative star I would. Don't get a loan through them, they say whatever they want to get you to sign a loan that you will be stuck with and from what i see in other reviews it generally means your paying over double of what you borrowed. Tough lesson learned.

Watch out if you don't really know what you're into I bought equipment that wasn't worth $2,800 and I am ending up paying 7900 it is horrible then if your credit card or account expires and you have to give him a new card they will charge you $20 for every time they try to make the payment go through even though it already was declined

This is a giant scam !!!!!!!! Do not trust these people !!!! Run away as fast as you can and find an alternate plan for financing your equipment. I was taken complete advantage of. I will fight this to the end and reverse the damage they have done.

The application process was very easy and straight forward. The payment options were great.

Great 12 month lease program for small business. Very quick process, everyone we talked to was helpful and friendly. Easy process, just complete application online, sign agreement online and Email them your supporting documents. Very quick turnaround. Be sure to read and understand this is not a loan. You cannot pay off the balance early. This was our second lease thru them in 4 years. Good for short term equipment lease with buyout at the end. Their rates for a long term lease are high, you will end up paying approx twice the cost of your equipment, so be smart and do the math before signing. You must have a business to lease thru them. They do not offer consumer loans.

Using Time Payment was fast and easy. Service representative was courteous and helpful.

good experience with time payment, courteous knowledgeble staff, that being said, they are a lease co. so that may scare some off, but its all good, i'm getting my scooter which i need just a $345 payment at the end which i get 3 months to pay, not bad its to be expected, there's intrest with a lease or sale, if you can make your payments, go for it my credit is 730

HORRIBLE! Their accounting dept is horrendous. Don't ever try to pay down your lease early by making additional payments or paying a little extra. It won't be credited to your account nor will it be reported to the credit bureaus. STAY AWAY. You've been warned!

UPDATE:
As you can see, Time Payment has not reported my payments since Sept 8th. The Balance if off as a result resulting in lower credit scores. Ask yourself....What company just stops reporting your payments????? I don't run my business like this and that's why we maintain a much higher rating on both Google and Facebook!

Made it very easy to make the first payment over the phone

It seems to me that when you make a complain on social media it is heard and taken more seriously. My account number with time payment corp is 36310019. For over three years I have been paying on a monthly basis a specific amount listed on my contract. 5 months ago my monthly payment increase 20% and nobody in the company is giving me an answer to why. I had automatic payment set up and that I had to remove my account information, how is a company increasing a contract amount without any notification to me.

Not a terribly positive experience. Mistakes were made on my account that were eventually corrected but I had to call several times. In fact, I called just today to confirm a zero balance and was told that I hadn't made any payments when I already paid off my balance in full. Eventually I was told that yes my payments were received but I don't think it should have been that difficult to deal with a company.

I m very impressed with this company for they went out of their way to make sure I received the correct loan for the scoter I really needed. It was very hassle free and quick on their decision. I highly recommend them if you need to finance a scooter.
