I did not have a good experience with Time Payment s Customer Service Dept. Very glad I never have to use Time Payment services ever again!

Truly a shameful company to do business with. I wish I hadn t. During this pandemic, and the crisis it s caused for people financially especially small business owners (which is most screen printers) they are on it with their hands out. No real understanding because if their site is forced to close down they will most likely get to work from home and collect a paycheck. For those less fortunate we are just trying to survive, spend our money wisely because our livelihood is being taken from us. I can t collect unemployment being self employed. Yet they try and give you deals during this crisis and say we can work out a deferment plan, that isn t even a deferment plan. To try and trick you into giving them the last of your money. The money you need desperately right now to ensure you have a place to live and food to feed your kids. Tread very cautiously with these snakes.

Time Payment has been a big help in getting my business off on the right foot. They're Employees are great and through with the whole process and making getting a loan not so scary. Would totally recommend hands down!!!

We had our new cameras installed yesterday. So far we are pretty happy. The only complaint I have is that the camera outside needs to be a 360 degree view instead of a 180 and the resolution on the outside camera could be a little clearer. For example, a car was outside our shop last night and we couldn't make out the customer dropping off their car nor was the license plate clear.

Words cannot express how shady this company is. I own two small businesses and have never experienced such treachery and evil ways in my life. Equipment leasing is a great option, just not with this company.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING. TimePayment is a scam. They lead you to believe you are financing business equipment, in my case, an $1849 laptop computer. I came to find out that I am paying them $4800+ on a lease to own. I was mislead by them and I am reporting them to my state attorney general and their state attorney general for misleading business practices. Proceed at your own risk!!!

Horrible services they charge for everything even a phone call

LOL at the one Vlogger account that gave five stars. This is the worst company in America. If a lender ever tells you that your loan will be serviced through Timepayment, do yourself a favor and have them shred your application and look elsewhere. A total trainwreck of an experience.

Got my lease done quick and painless have used before with no issues

Just found out we're paying $21,000 on an $8,000 loan over 4 years. Also just found out they have been charging me $40 a month because they thought I wasn't paying insurance even though I was and won't credit it back even with proof.

Horrible experience! My company leased a POS system with Timepayment through I Connect(which we never used) it wouldn't work correctly so we gave up. We got stuck making payments on a POS system we leased for 3 years (again, wouldn't work). Now its 3 3 years and 2 months past the contract and we are still getting invoiced. Tried emailing and calling and nobody can help. I was put on hold for 45 minutes. This is a terrible company! They do not want to let you out of a contract even when its ended.

Reviews speak for themselves. This company is doing the same thing as the "payday loans" scam - They put you in a non cancel-able lease for x amount of years. I got conned into leasing 6 phones that retail for $85 each right now. My lease on these phones, over 3 years, will be over $6,000 - and i still won't own them at the end. They are extremely rude when talked to on the phone. Won't provide a return address for their equipment unless i pay off the full lease amount. STAY AWAY.

been having issues with Customer service and figuring out the loan structure since can never get a hold of anyone nor does Timepayment respond well to email however I'm hoping in time it will get better

The experience was simple and fast. Being able to acquire this tool for my business was key and TimePayment afforded me that opportunity.

I have no idea who these folks are and, as far as I know, I ve never dealt with them so I really don t know why they asked me for a review.

I have never dealt with a more unprofessional company in my entire life. I have sent at least 10 emails and have gotten no response from anyone. I signed a contract for a lease I realized I messed something up so an hour after the contract was signed I called him and said I made a mistake and I cannot go through with us. They told me tough luck you signed the contract you cannot get out of it on the any circumstances. I called numerous times only to have them tell me there s nothing we re going to do about it pay it. I even told them I would be willing to pay a few hundred dollars for the time and paperwork but was still treated with complete disrespect. I would not recommend this company to anyone they are complete crooks and criminals

One of the worst financial decisions iv ever made, 4500ish dollar loan and here over a year later I still owe 3000$ and I pay like 300$ a month! what s happening!! I also blame the company that financed me through them but this is crazy I honestly thought it was payed off until I opened a letter from them recently. I wouldn t recommend them to my worst enemy. Well maybe my worst enemy I guess.

This is very unethical company that will hide things from you as best as they can to get you to sign the contract, then immediately after that, throw in taxes and fees all over the place. This company does not operate with morals and withholds information from you that could possibly make you second guess what you are getting into. The guy on the phone who went over the contract with me before I signed, was telling me don't worry about that, don't worry about that, that doesn't apply to you, until I find out that it really did apply to me and really did effect me. I do not trust this company with anything and found out the hard way that it is a scam and I will never use this company again for anything.

I bought barber chairs for $4000 and they are making me pay more than double that amount. THEY HANG UP ON YOU, TELL YOU TO FIX YOUR BEHAVIOR AND CALL BACK (A REP BY THE NAME OF SARA HAD THE DESENCY TO SAY THAT TO ME) THEY DO NOT LISTEN TO ANYTHING YOU WOULD LIKE TO SAY. THEY JUST REPEAT THAT YOU OWE MORE THAN DOUBLE EVEN IF YOU RETURN YOUR EQUIPMENT THEY SAY THAT YOU ARE STILL LIABLE FOR THAT AMOUNT!!!! MY NEXT STEP IS GOING TO COURT! When I found out the terms and conditions of the Contract, I was not happy. They told me it was a loan with interest. When I received the details and it turned out to be a Lease to Purchase with a Balloon Payment at the end almost canceled the order. Singing the paper and the need for the Electric Scooter I accepted ALL the conditions and are waiting for the Electric Scooter.

Sign-up was easy and painless. I received the documents and my questions were answered promptly. Would do business with again.

I called them last week.stateing my credit report was behind 3 months on both accounts.i paid one off and still have a balance on the other.they said they would fix it.well i got my report today.the one isnt changed still say sept 10 was my last payment.on the other still the same info after they changed it.i dont understand why these people cant get there stuff right.they charge an arm and leg to lease.and i really dont care about that.but now there messing with my credit rating.i may contact an attorney to go after them.unfair reporting isnt fair or right.my nice ways are about to change. We have executed multiple business leases with Time Payment over the past 12 years and while their product may be a little more expensive than other vendors, they worked with us when we were new and no one else would. Now in our 13th year of business in the restaurant industry and we own the equipment that we have leased, generally for a $1 buyout. Customer service has been excellent for us. I have had as many as 4 different leases with Time Payment at one time and have always been able to call and get the status of the various leases with ease. It is what it is, but if it wasn't for Time Payment we would not have been able to grow our business when we needed it most. No BS here, just writing about our actual experience.

If I could give this company negative stars I would please do not sign up for this company it is terrible and they have to manually give you a total amount owed to your account and only your supervisor can perform such duties I am so disgusted with this company that I am going to do everything in my power to make them pay for what they have done through the correct channels such as the BBB to include lawsuit to make sure this does not happen to other business owners. Please stay away from this company not worth the time. I bought a Vertimax and they recommended this company. Stay clear please if you know what is best for you and your business and your stress level.

The installer was great. I was not inform on the three year plan so got set up for five years automatically. I will say I did get a better offer from another company. With this company it is a no cancellation so just explore all options

It took a while but I finally realized what a scam this leasing company is. This company is actually the poster child for predatory lending. The amount of money that I am paying is double the purchase price of the item. Watch out for the "fair market value" of the item. They actually add this amount onto your total payments if you keep the item. Did I mention the insurance addendum they add on after you sign the contract???? I can't believe this company can operate legally. Don't ever use them!!!

So far, no problems. I am a new NovTech customer. My experience with the TimePayment representative to confirm my information was smooth and easy. Drafts were set for the date I chose and for the amount specified in my contract. The representative was knowledgeable and able to answer my questions.

This company should be ashamed of there repayment plan. More than double the cost of the part I bought and no way to get out of it. A total ripoff and Massachusetts should not allow them to do business the way they do. Stay away!

They made the process of purchasing/leasing my equipment very easy and I am grateful that this is a payment option. To be able to pay over time for high prices gym equipment is a blessing.

TimePayment Corp has been so helpful in setting up our financing for our business. Each Dept has been approachable, timely and thorough in initiating our start position. Ive spent yrs looking at lower quality chairs that I didn't buy because they wanted a huge payment often as much as this chair which is professional quality!!!
