Not a terribly positive experience. Mistakes were made on my account that were eventually corrected but I had to call several times. In fact, I called just today to confirm a zero balance and was told that I hadn't made any payments when I already paid off my balance in full. Eventually I was told that yes my payments were received but I don't think it should have been that difficult to deal with a company.
