Beware of this company. After my copier contract ended. I leased a new copier from a different company. It took three months to arrange for the return of the equipment. In this time period they kept invoicing me. Finally, they had the necessary arrangements and I was told to disregard the invoices. Well this turned out to be untrue. I went to get an approval for a mortgage and a blemish from Time Payment showed up on my credit report. I've asked several of their employees to give me proof in writing that this issue was resolved and to make the necessary changes to the credit reporting companies. I was blown off both times. Be very aware of their less than truthful business practices.

This is a follow-up. I was told by two different people at TimePayment that this issue has been resolved. It has not. I received another bill showing a balance. I do not find anyone at this company to keep their word.
