TimePayment Corp. Review

I called them to tell them that my business was being closed due to the virus and their response was that if I didn't pat they would report me to the credit bureau. They send me threatening letter if I am 1 day late and they call me every other day. Even now when I am closed asking or money. When this virus broke out I tried to reach out to them to inform them of my closing down for the month of April. I called not just once but 7 times. Never did anyone get back to me acknowledging my phone call. But they did call me when the check was late. Bad service and I see they really Don't care.

Process was quick and easy. Payment plan is reasonable also.

My wife was in dire need of getting a scooter, the company that I was using to get the scooter offered for me to use TimePayment to finance the scooter. I filled out the form and in just minutes I had the approval. I spoke with one of their representatives and she made the process so easy and offered multiple finance options. I gave them a 5 star rating because there was not an option to give them a 10 star rating. I would recommend this company to anyone. Like many others have said, they ended up charging me double what the equipment I leased was worth, by the end of the lease. Don't commit to lease equipment through them.

Processed transaction in a timely fashion. Interest rates on the high end, but they tell me it s the nature of the game. If you have to use a service like this, I would highly recommend Drew and Kristy.

To any first time business owners out there , I know it can t be very hard to borrow money , but do not use this company under any circumstances. It s been the worst experience ever. I believed I was financing to buy bounce houses & equipment. They charge double
Of what you borrow + other fees ! And then you have to pay a fair market value on top of everything once your done with your payments if you want to keep the equipment, if not you have to return it because it s a lease . If you re seeing this , please back away now! I m so disappointed with Timepayment, I wish I would have been warned.

There is congruency and transparency within the company that allowed me to talk to many different people and the ball kept moving forward smoothly.

I could leave a message or respond to an email and it would be answered, addressed and fixed in a timely fashion.

I know they want my business, but this seems like a very together place.

The application was easy to navigate and quick. I ve already referred friends to use Time Payment.

They are not only the most unprofessional business I have ever dealt with in 33 years, what they are doing is ILLEGAL in my state. I had one payment left on a lease set for 5/18. All things considered, I was obviously not looking forward to having to pay over $700 during this. All of a sudden, one of their reps contacts me and says "do you want to make it two payments"

THEY CONTACTED ME... of course I said yes. I made the first of those 2 payments on time 5/15. The next is scheduled to automatically draft 6/15. Should be a done deal, right?

NO, they have sent me to collections, for an account that is NOT "past due". I have the email conversation saved. I have a confirmation number. This will be sent to my state attorney general now.

This company is almost as bad as AMERICAPITAL. I still have not talked to someone about me having to pay 16 grand for a 8 grand machine. I called and I was told some will call me back. It's been several days and still no answer. The last review I put on here I took it down bc they asked me to and it was dealing with the people I spoke about up top. So this is the only way I can get someones attention and I will not take it down. The only other thing I have control of is not paying for this piece of equipment, BTW i cancelled the card I gave yall. So until I get a phone call I will not be making payments. You have my number and my address. Pick one or the other call me and let's get this contract straightened out or come get the machine. As you told me before this is out of your hands now, get another contract lease in your hands and let's make this a fair deal or come get this equipment and put it in your hands. I will not be taken advantage of and pay more than fair market value. I just want what is fair, i dont mind paying a reasonable amount but certainly not double. Hope to hear from some one that can make a change and not excuses. NOVEMBER 15 2018 AND NO ONE HAS CALLED ME YET. OFFICALLY WORSE THAN AMERICAPITAL. BOTH COMPANYS WORK TOGETHER TO SCAM PEOPLE. It was a very quick and efficient process. The lease rate I was told was $30/month OVER what the actual payment turned out to be in the end....but it was a pleasant surprise nonetheless. Other than that, I don't see how anyone could possibly streamline a more efficient and easy process. I will be using them for all of my purchases.

Easy to deal with. This is our second time dealing with Time Payment Corp and they have been fantastic through the entire loan process from beginning to end.

Right back to charging me insurance on the equipment that i have my own and provided them the policy. Instead of crediting me a month and a half as stated, they charged another month with insurance. This place is ridiculous. Do yourself a favor and NEVER use them

0 star Worst company to borrow money from, I wanted to pay off early so I ask how much do I owe and they informed me that I owed triple the amount of how much I had borrow. And it s only been 6 month since I borrowed 3000 from them so I don t understand how I owe 10000 when all my payments have been on time and Ilv been paying 250 sometimes more. I understood if I had waited until the full 4 year term but it s been 6 month how did it accrue to that much how did 3000 dollar accrue to 10000 within 6 month

Terrible company. A company rep called and offered to have me make my last fair market buy out in 2 payment instead of one. I made half of my payment as agreed upon and on the exact same day they took out my whole last payment. I over paid and the agreement wasnt honored. I overpaid more then 2 weeks ago and still haven't received a refund.

"Horrible services, horrible costume service, everything bad from this company. They charge for everything and don't give you the exactly details as monthly fee or any fee you have to pay. They hide from you important information for late start to bill you. DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THEM. If I had to do it over again, I would NEVER, EVER do business with this company."

When other lenders were giving me a hard time for approvals they gave me one. They made it very easy to process as well. I recommend them.

I applied for a lease/installments and was approved instantly! It was on Sunday night and their office was closed. By 9:15 on Monday 01/14/19, a Representative was on the phone going over terms, etc. with me. Great job!!

I have lease with time payment to lease me 5 equipment , they are delivered 1 wrong equipment and they're is 2 counter top it's not working i let them know they told me i have to call quick spark company i contact to quick spark they told me i have to call the rd (restaurant depot) i called the Rd they told me i have to call quick spark, now 1 year no body fix the problems, please don't go to this 3 company's it so bad customer service and time payment broke my credit report , be careful don't play by your credit score and your money with those company's

Worst decision I have ever made. This cfos should be in jail for the business practices they follow. You can never get a response from an agent, and after spending hours on the phone( because we all have so much free time) the agents offer up inaccurate information and actually refer to " the fine print"

During this pandemic I keep getting an email saying my account is past due and my account is set to go to collections unless I call them. I DO NOT HAVE AN ACCOUNT and have never had an account with them. During this time where most are laid off I hope most of their clients are not trying to choose between food or their past due payment.

The approval process for my business was pretty quick and painless. They worked with the vendors that sell the equipment I am leasing. While that was a tedious process, they pushed and got everything set up. Now I am waiting for the equipment to arrive so I can start another service in my business.

Hello, everyone be very careful with this company, they will steal your money don't lease ATM machine from those robbers the machine they lease you only cost from the factory $1500-2500 and they will have you pay more than $15000.00. please stay away from time payment they never have time to explain the contract to you until they hook you up. they have a non return policy. please stay away from them go online buy your machine directly from the manufacture company.

Working with Time Payment has been great I am in contact with Ben and Lohannythe past 2 weeks and so far they funded 2 of my customers loans.

You will regret signing any documents with this company. I thought I was financing an air conditioner or that s what the company that sold it to me made me believe, but according to them they don t finance because they re not a bank they only lease and once you sign their paper you re pretty much screwed up. $3900 which is what I thought I was financing through them because I failed to pay in the first 12 months now became a 65 month non-cancellation lease and if I want to purchase the equipment I will have to pay more money according to them. What I thought it was $3900 now became a $10,000 debt. I started paying $50 for the first 12 month now I will have to pay $155 a month for the next 65 months for a lease , if you don t think that s outrageous I don t know what is. I m definitely hiring a lawyer to deal with these scammers, they re out of control stealing millions if not billions of dollars from hardworking people. They need to go to jail.

Total scam in that the offer and contract is presented in a misleading fashion where you choose to sign as if it's a great deal but figure out that you'll pay double the amount of the purchase price if you go through the whole term of the "lease". Go to your local bank or credit union and do not use this option unless you have no other options.

My experience was terrible. The level of incompetence here is absurd. They are understaffed so trying to speak with someone will take 20-60mins. They canceled my purchasing account after 15 of 21 payments.
They refused to put me back on autopay. Absolute nightmare.

When I opened my first salon suite I wasn't sure where to turn for financing my furniture (I wanted the best chairs and shampoo bowls) time payment helped me find the equipment I was looking for and made my financing experience very fast and smooth. When my town Paradise,Ca burned down in the campfire they were very prompt and understanding, there agents helped me in every way they could. We are planning on rebuilding and making a comeback better then ever and I will be turning to time payment to help me make that happen, I am so thankful for the people that worked with me, at the beginning and now at the end.

They were so nice and polite from the get-go helping me along the way as I was kind of up in the air about what to do they left it all up to me said they'd be here if I needed them and they sure were. When I called upon them they made the entire process go smoothly I really didn't have to do hardly anything and for that I'm grateful to them for helping me out I most certainly would recommend them to anyone. And their options can meet just about anybody's needs or requests on payment plans.

I have to tell you that Customer Service Rep Keira did a stellar job today. It wasn't a big thing she did, but her small gesture sets her apart in the customer service industry and I have managed contact centers and been a rep myself for several years.
I needed some documentation and she was able to send that to me via email. No big deal, right? Except she waited on the line to confirm I received that email and that the documents were what I needed.
It's a shame that more companies don't do this because there's nothing worse than being promised that something would be sent and having to go through a phone tree gauntlet for a second time to start the process all over again with a new rep when the first one didn't get the job done. Thank you Keira. If you lived in my area, I'd hire you in a second!

Run Far, Run fast. Vultures at their finest. You can't get anyone to correct your account when they make billing mistakes and they charge outrageous fees if you try to withhold payment until they correct the account. Don't do it! Find any other way to get financing. Can't wait until we are through with them! Our problem has been going on for over a year. No resolution.

our old mobility access seat that lifts our special needs son into the van went kaput.a new one was $10,000 that we didn't have.Timepayment financed it for us and saved a bad situation.he had to crawl in and out of the van for almost a week before we got the new one.one thing you want to do if possible is pay it off early.that $10,000 chair will cost you $24,000 if you pay it out all the way.

Time payment has some rude, crude, crass employees. My chair was stolen. I sent, I thought, all that was required of me to get it replaced. They denied every bit of paperwork I submitted. Now I am leading a chair as I need one and they would not replace the one I had.
Being on fixed income, it's hard to make ends meet sometimes. So, yes, I fell behind in my payments. I was working with Kelly and getting my payments in as best I could. Then, all of a sudden, my account was turned over to Leslie. After making my February's payment, my account was placed in default all while this person named Leslie snickered and giggled about my account possibly going into default! I'll NEVER do business with them again and will make sure I let my experience known to everyone that will listen! And that does include utilizing all social media outlets!

Joanna and Drew are the best when it comes to getting what I need. They are on top of everything concerning my business needs. I could not ask for a better team! Would Definitely Recommend.
